Always hilarious!

John

I'm convinced the birthers are performance art. Just look at that courthouse interview. I know I'm probably naive about human stupidity but I sincerely believe at this point it has to be a put-on. A "Show cause" motion that doubles down on the stupid. Lawsuits that ask for redress through the Electoral College when the Electoral College does not convene? The statement "There will be discovery" when the judge says "Discovery is stayed". I refuse to believe my fellow humans could be that stupid since that would violate their human dignity, ergo performance art.

Patrick, you've outdone yourself with this one. I really was laughing out loud (not just LOL) at many points!

In response to John's comment above - I'm sorry, but there are quite a few of our fellow humans out there who are that stupid, that hateful, that obtuse, that blind to reality, etc. I'm sure quite a few of them meet clinical definitions of mental illness.

I seriously hope the Secret Service is keeping really good tabs on all these creeps, as there seems to be another uptick in violent fantasies being vomited forth by some of these loons. I know we all laugh at these pathetically delusional hatriots, but it almost seems inevitable that some of them will snap and try to go all "lone wingnut" and someone will unfortunately end up getting hurt as a result.

To some extent, I think the false hope they harbor for these ridiculous frivolous lawsuits and fantasy "Grand Juries" are the only things keeping some of these idiots from completely snapping and going over the edge. The only value to their delusions is their delusional hope that "any day now" they will win. I am truly concerned about what happens when they realize that Judge Carter is not their "great white hope".

RE: Oh, and look who are the top three nominees for "delegate" from California:

"Tony Dolz 79
Joseph Andrews 77
Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ. 58"

Excerpt: ... The only restrictions on participating as a Delegate to the Continental Congress 2009 is that the person be a U.S. Citizen, and not currently be serving as an elected state or federal official.

Does Orly meet this restriction?

Poe's Law states that "Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of Fundamentalism that SOMEONE won't mistake for the real thing." This is the same kind of thing. These people are sooooo loony that it's almost impossible to believe it's real enough to clog up our court system. And yet, there they are.

John

Sorry, I needed to go into denial last night. The $20000 fine convinced me she really IS that stupid.

"Of further prima facie importance"

Any judge reading this would know at this point that these briefs are worthless and the lawyer writing them has no clue what law is. You would find better legal reasoning ability smeared on toilet paper every day.

And thus using them for this purpose could only increase their legal value.

Ohhhh, did Sammy get his feelings hurt? Poor Sammy. Perhaps he should seek out CERTIFIED mental health services.

That man is nuts and he is one mean MF. That man tracks obot IP addys and shares them with other birfer sites. Sam tries to find obots and he tries to do his darnedest to cause harm to us. He has repeatedly tried to get my real name and other identifying information.

This man hangs out with the AGJ movement. He was their "official spokesperson" for a brief period of time. I suspect the AGJ crowd got tired of hearing about his MENSA membership.

I personally believe that Sam is committing professional fraud. He won't give details about his education, and for a "pastoral psychotherapist", he seems to know very little about what he does. I have asked him about his credentials (he makes good money off his online therapy clinic) and Sam refuses to share them. Sam does claim that due to the Constitutional Separation of Church and State, he, as a "pastoral psychotherapist", cannot be licensed. This is of course a total lie.

Sam seems to have significant issues with narcissism. Seems to be a pretty common mental health issue amongst the "Who's Who" of birfers.

This man deserves everything he gets and more. He is vile, and his need for self-aggrandizement is disturbing.

Congrats for pissing Sam off so much that you have been officially declared a threat by Sammy. I think that is a high compliment!

"I'm puzzled as to why he mentions RADM John Bitoff (Ret.), as it doesn't look like he was in the JAG and currently is an Emergency Services consultant."

RADM Bitoff presided over the investigation of Fitzpatrick and appointed the court-martial that convicted him.

Linda

Thanks for the chuckle...I needed it.

Was the $20K fine enough? Maybe when Taitz becomes a real lawyer she will appreciate what just happened. I wonder if she is a mail order bride, just like her law degree? She is perfect reporter material for “Fake News”, where unfounded rumors and innuendo reign supreme , unlike a our US courts of law, where you need to present facts, not half baked lies. After several times of flying into the lights, flies get burned, Taitz just got burned, thing is, she will continue, no end in sight. Poor Birthers they hate and can’t debate.

A lawyer, dentist, realtor, black belt, I must say she is a Jack of all trade master of none.

Ryan

What is your issue with Continental Congress 2009? Do you feel represented by this government? When was the last time you felt represented by this government? Ever?

Patrick McKinnion

Ryan - Well, this one is being ran by a birther tax cheat (Bob Schultz), has a batch of people in the "Sovereign Citizens" movement, and several of the names I'm seeing as delegates are also well known birthers. So yes, I find that particular grouping questionable, since many of them don't seem to understand the Constitution we HAVE, much less 200+ years of US law and court rulings.

It's been a long time since any administration has made me feel "represented", but the Obama administration seems to be coming closer than Bush I or II, or Clinton for that matter.
