Birtherstani New Year Shindig - Birther Update

And as 2009 draws to a close, the birthers and the birtherstani mullahs are running around screaming because not only is no one taking them seriously, but it's almost 2010 and Obama is still, despite their claims and projections and on-line petitions and fake "grand juries" and lawsuits, STILL in the White House and the birthers are STILL losing in the courts.

This tends to make them a wee bit cranky.

22 December - CEL3 seems to like to air his dirty laundry in public. Case in point:

"I do not think for two nano-seconds that what has happened between Orly and me is merely a “falling out.” Her treachery to me and the mortgage litigation which could have saved thousands of people their homes and showed the flaws in “Obamanomic” Socialism (which is, honestly, just a logical and even incrementally predictable outgrowth of Bush’s Grand Old Party Socialism) is not merely personal but leads me to question her willingness and commitment to fairness, honesty, justice, openness, and transparency, all the qualities for which we are allegedly fighting against Obama."

Ooooh, get the feeling he's a tad bit annoyed at his former paramour??

"You see, I happen to believe that Obama is a secretive, lying, thief who stole the Presidency based on fraud and trickery. He is also a socialist."

Sounds like he's trying to position himself as one of the next big names in Birtherstan.

Which sounds much better than "My hotter, wetter, tighter Moldovanian love muffin and I were copulating like lust-crazed ferrets any chance we got while on her Dental Chair o' Loooove"

"My feelings for her were always entirely honorable"

In the sense of "abusing her law license to play my mortgage games" is honorable.

"Orly promised to aim her passion and dramatics against the Banks, which would have been a fantastic use of her talents."

In the sense of watching a mentally-challenged chihuahua trying to fight against a pack of very annoyed rottweilers would be.

Treason to end the new year with - Special Update

I'm working on the current update, but these two deserve some special notice. Both have been passed along to the FBI.

The first is a 24 December blog post from court-martialed ex-navy officer Walter Fitizpatrick. Who has gone completely off the deep end and is swimming happily in the waters of treason bay.

Yes, you read that right. Mr. Fitzpatrick has actually crossed the line into demanding the speedy trial and public execution of Barack Obama. To hell with such things like "fair trial", "credible evidence", or "rule of law", he wants that darkie dead, dead, dead.

Walking in a Birther Wonderland - Birther Update

"...Yosef said / Orly's gonna drive me to drinkin'
if she don' stop riding that Hot Rod Lincoln...."

The holidays are alive and well, except in Birtherstan, where everyday is the "24-hour hate" against Obama. The Fantasy Tiddlywinks League have their "Super Grande Iced Mocha Presentments with extra foam" or something like that. On a site started to support Alan Keyes, one Jamie Freeze upsets birtherstan by pointing out silly things like "facts" and "reality". Dr. Orly ends up on a few holiday lists, Russ Alan gets his pull-ups in a knot over Ms. Freeze daring to point out that the birthers don't have a legal cup to piss in. Amazingly, things actually rise from the dead. as the same old tired myth about Indonesian citizenship lurches up to devour more brains, and Dr. Orly tries to get her dismissed case moved to another court like it was still active. The birther civil war is still active, and Andy Martin manages to lie about something again. Oh, and Dr. Orly is starting to get in the press again - or at least her riding an older Lincoln is....

21 December - The Fantasy Tiddlywinks League file their "Super II Grand Jury Presentments" in the US District Court for Hartford, CT, according to Off-Shore Jobs Bob Campbell.

"The lady asked me why I wanted to speak with the clerk. I explained I was here to serve Presentments of a Grand Jury to the court."

Lie #1, this wasn't a real grand jury.

"I entered the U.S. Attorney’s office which consisted of a waiting room. The counter was separated by a glass partition. I rang a buzzer on the counter. A lady appeared and I explained I was there to serve the AGJ Presentments. She stated I would need to fill out a form. I informed her this was not a lawsuit but a presentment of criminal charges"

Lie #2

"She then walked away and returned approximately five minutes later and stated it would be reviewed and then notify me. "

At which point they will tell you you're not a real grand jury and ignore them.

"She could not tell me the process or how long it would take."

About as long as it takes for the staff to pass it around, laugh at it, and ignore it.

So what's in the "Super II Extra Foam Grande Latte Grand Jury"??

The Drums of Birtherstan - Birther Update

On the banks of the river denial, you hear the drums of the birtherstani natives, pounding out their erratic tribal rhythms and retelling each other the same myths and fairy tales over and over again.

Zampolit Charlton maintains his 110% fact free, trying to spin evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii, trying to keep Dr. Orly's buttocks nicely polished, and publish letters from fellow travelers on the treason train. Meanwhile Dr. Orly gets a "what part of no do you not understand" note from Judge Carter, while Dr. Levy tries to appeal the sanctions for her behaviour in Georgia. Internet Outhouse and Anti-Semite Andy Martin has a hissy fix about Wikipedia for printing things that are true about him. Poodle-brained Therese Daniels still has her fear of Muslims and seems to still be taking her dog's painkillers. CEL3 pens a "I love you, I need you, and I'm going to ally myself with your foes and publicly disgrace you if you don't do what I want you to do" letter to Dr. Orly. Philip Berg and Lawrence Joyce are still trying to get their noses in the door on the Hollister v "Soetoro" appeals, including some shots about Dr. Orly's unethical behaviour.

Which seems to me at first a case of pot calling the kettle black.

Though honestly, Dr. Orly is in a class by herself when it comes to "unethical behaviour"

16 December - "Spin spin, spin to my loo, spin spin spin...." sings Zampolit Charlton as he tries to spin additional proof that Obama was born in Hawaii.

"A second citizen-investigator has recovered a copy of a different Hawaii Newspaper from Aug. 1961, which contains the same birth annoucement for Mr. & Mrs. Barack H. Obama.

Page B6 of the August 13, 1961 edition of the Honolulu Advertiser reports the following birth annoucment:

Mr. & Mrs. Barack H. Obama, 6086 Kalanaianaole Hwy., son, Aug. 4."

Ignoring the fact that CEL3 "kisses and tells", or that he seems to be broadcasting a mix of "how DARE you dump me" and "please come back, oh my love" that's actually kinda creepy, he gives a lot more....details....about the supposed love affair between him and Dr. Orly.

Now note, I don't trust anything CEL3 claims as far as I could throw him. But I will say that I found how close he was to Dr. Orly in videos and the like more than a bit suggestive. I joked about them having an affair long before the claims of CEL3 and Lucas Smith came into play.

And while I disagree with Philip Berg on a great many subjects, I seriously doubt either Berg or Lisa Liberi is silly enough to get mixed up with CEL3 for any reason or subject.

With that in mind, here are some choice selections from CEL3's 11 December 2009 letter to Dr. Orly. You might want to have something to vomit into handy.

Orly and the Magic Failboat - Birther Update

Cruising along the fetid shores of Birtherstan, we see the Fantasy Tiddlywinks League crowing about a Chicago protest that didn't seem to actually take place, not to mention fighting on who gets to be their captain. Sean Hannity flirts with the birthers, causing Dr. Orly to wet her panties in glee. Paraclete and Featherrat set up shop together, (one wonders who gets followed on what days), and Gary Kreep has his fingers in a lot of pies. Zampolit Charlton is increasingly divorced from reality or common sense, as is Walter Fitizpatrick. Bad Fiction places #4 on a list of birther debunking sites put out by the birthers as "propaganda" (defined by the birthers as "true stuff we don't want people to see"). Dr. Orly thinks she's getting a hearing and is paling around with UFO kidnappees. "Nobarack08" serves up some leftover Polarik. "Intellectual Conservative" turns out to be dumber than a Yugo full of anvils, and Hollister gets a response from Obama and Biden's lawyers.

Something I'd like to comment on.

From day one it became obvious that no amount of evidence was going to convince the COLB cultists that later became the birthers. That every time a pet theory was disproven, they would ignore the evidence or move the goalposts back again.

Currently there are claims by many about the emails hacked from climate change researchers, and claiming that it's proof the researchers were ignoring data that disproved their theories or cherry-picked the data.

Ironically, this is exactly with the birthers do all the time. Presented with proof, they ignore it or cherry-pick it, and then dismiss the rest as "propaganda". More than that, they insist people believe unquestionably their theories as if they were gospel truth.

That's because in birtherstan, it's accepted as a fact that Obama is guilty. Of what, they don't know. Hence the reason why they come up with these theories - because they're trying to find proof to support the "fact" they have already come up with. To hell with democracy, to hell with the people who voted for Obama, to hell with the ideals this country was founded on. All that matters to these people is finding "proof" to explain away their beliefs.

Aw, they like us.....

Awww, Zampolit Charlton gave us a tip of the hat at The Pest and eFail. How thoughtful..

"After 12 months of investigating the truth behind the lies which are Obama’s public persona, citizens should investigate the connections and players in the campaign of misinformation waged by Obama supporters during the 2008 Election."

By "campaign of misinformation" he means "publishing the truth and giving factual evidence of the birthers lying."

Basically the rest of it is whining about how George Soros is supposedly bankrolling all the sites and organizations that are proving how much and often the birthers lie about their claims and therefore helped Obama get elected.

"So the next time you hear that Obama was “the peoples’ choice”, ask, “Which people?”

The majority of American voters obviously. Though Zampolit Charlton can't stand that idea.

But when you get to their appendix, it gets funny,

Well, any birthers from his site are more than welcome to post here. Unlike most of the birther sites, we don't practice censorship. Though for some reason, that tends to lead them into running screaming back to their safe, protected echo chambers where they can continue to vomit the same lies without fear of having an opposing view or any factual evidence abuse their minds.

Tea Party Observation

On the way back home, I was listening to an "All Things Considered" story on the Dallas Tea Party The part where they were talking to organizer Lorie Medina really caught my ear though.

When the reporter asked what about Obama upset her, she gave a pathetic sigh and said, "I couldn't even begin to list it all", without any details. She then said, among other things:

"It's like I wake up every morning, and there's something new on the news that's upsetting that I read about that he does," she says. "If you look at the way he speaks, the way he talks about our country, if you look at the programs and the things he tries to put into place, it really appears that he does not love our country like most Americans do — and like past presidents do."

Then she went on about how he doesn't "sound like us" and other interesting tell-tales that added up to "he's not one of us" in my mind. She didn't give any specific details about what in particular about Obama bothers her, it was all very general, very sound-bitey, and really boiled down to "he's not one of us, he's not a REAL American. She was absolutely unable to articulate coherently why she disliked Obama, other than "he's not one of us".

Which makes me wonder what the real reason why Ms. Medina doesn't like Obama.

I suspect we already know though.

On the Birtherstan dancefloor, Dr. Orly's Should be Dancing (around the facts) as she tries to convince Judges Carter to change his mind and the court of appeals to overturn Judge Land. Zampolit Charlton thinks Sarah Palin is More Than a Woman and tries to get her to join the Birther Inferno. "Steve Cee" gets an Open Sesame on his real identity. Saturday night's alright for fighting over at Lil' Davy-Crockett's place as an internal blowup has the hatriots there taking potshots at each other. Stephen Pidgeon and Leo Donofrio are makin a little (legal) love as they get down with a few former car dealers. Sarah Palin makes the birthers wonder How Deep is Her Love. Chalice Jackson puts on her Boogie Shoes to to try and convince a real Grand Jury to listen to her, while Walter Fitzpatrick gets slapped down for Jive Talkin by another real Grand Jury

26 November - The irony of this post by Zampolit Charlton at The Pest and eFail is rather hysterical.

It seems Charlton has his panties in a knot because - wait for it - anonymous internet experts have questioned if a potential presidential candidate was actually born in the United States!

"There is an internet rumor going about that Lou Dobbs, potential presidential candidate in 2012, and former CNN news anchor, is not a natural born citizen.

The author of the rumor is an anonymous commenter, quoting an “academic.”

So, all things being equal, you're immediately demanding that he show proof of his citizenship then.

"To be a natural born citien of the United States of America, one must be born in the United States of two parents who were citizens of the United States at the time of one’s birth. "

Untrue. But since when do lies matter to a propagandist??

"This is not the first time that Dobbs’ lineage has been under fire. Ever since his comment on live television on Wed., January 16, 2008, that he did not care who his grandparents where, genealogists have wondered at his ancestry.

One Obama supporter even put out a fake Dobbs birth certificate, replete with missing filing number and an asterisk on the place of birth, with a footnote indicating he was born in Mexico."

So let me get this straight -

Fake birth certificates are bad, unless they're obvious fakes against someone YOU don't like, in which case they are immediately to be believed, right??

"Internet site with reliable information, however, confirm that Louis Dobbs was born in Childress, Texas, in 1945; the son of Frank Dobbs and Lydia Mae Hensley."

This said after the birthers have spent over a year claiming you can't trust any information confirming Obama's birth in Hawaii no matter HOW reliable the internet site is.
