In today's dispatches, we have an new military officer in violation of the UCMJ by publically going birther. The bloom is off the rose between CEL3 and Lucas Smith. Dr. Orly gets fawned over by the UK Independent. Obama discusses the Tea Partiers, Off-Shore Jobs Campbell is rehashing old scary stories, LaRouche is warning about assassination, and Lame Cherry needs a better quality of tinfoil.

29 March - Well now, is the bloom off the rose that was the friendship between convicted forger Lucas Smith and disbarred felon Charles E. Lincoln, III??

"I no longer, at least for the most part, work with Charles Edward Lincoln, III.

There are a few reasons why I have decided to part ways with Mr. Lincoln. One of those reasons was specifically because of his not honoring promises and commitments that he made to you (Requeal).

You appear to be an honest and hard working person, e.g., you work, attend college classes and as far as I know you have always paid the Sterling HOA and/or Team America even though, in fact, they probably never had the right to collect any monies from you. In any case, you still paid them $700.00 every month which is commendable.

If Charles does continue to fight for the condo which you are living in (#5103) then there should be no problems such as the bank successfully evicting you or the Sterling HOA successfully evicting you."

Agreed, if CEL3 continues, there should be no problems with the bank or HOA successfully evicting her.

He then includes this email from a "Melissa Shepherd" to CEL3

Charles liked to keep them down and out so that he can use them in much the way a slave would be used. "

I also called Mr Lincoln out for dipping into the "trusts" which some of his clients deposit mortgage payments into instead of making those payments to the bank. The theory is that these clients will have their money safe instead of paying it to the banks which if in the future they go under will not be able to return money to them even if a judge order the banks to return the money.

The problem with these "trusts" (and also any payments made to Charles Lincoln by clients for his work) is that Charles has absolutely no understanding of balancing a budget nor does his Mortgage Redemption business have any "structure" to it. Long story short, Charles blows the money as soon as he receives it."

Wow, the bloom is definitely off that rose - and CEL3 looks more and more like the type of predator that scams people when they're most in need. Though I have to wonder who started the trist between him and Dr. Orly, since they're both self-absorbed scumbuckets.

And the quotes around "trial" are also interesting. I think it's obvious they know this is a crock of bullshit, but they're still planning to milk the party faithful and those still believing in their jihad against Obama.

30 March - In a particularly bad example of journalism, (though doubtless Dr. Orly will LOVE it to pieces), the UK Independent does a fawning article on Dr. Orly.

"Dr Taitz is therefore a busy woman. When we meet, she's just finished filing a lawsuit which aims to prevent the new US healthcare bill taking effect. A few days earlier, she made headlines by entering the race for the Republican nomination in November's election for the position of Secretary of State of California. She is also pursuing 18 legal cases on behalf of around 200 US soldiers who are contesting their deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Her clients are arguing that Mr Obama is unqualified to act as their Commander in Chief because he was born overseas; possibly, they say, in Kenya or Indonesia.

"We are fighting a global war against radical Islam," she says. "We know about acts of terrorism in Indonesia and Kenya. Let's say those incidents repeat themselves, and we need to send troops to those countries. Don't you think it's important for my clients, to know where the loyalties of Barack Hussein Obama lie?" With this sort of rhetoric, it would be easy to dismiss Dr Taitz and her followers as a shouty fringe group on the far right-wing of US politics. But that is not necessarily so: a poll out this week showed 57 per cent of Republican voters believe Mr Obama to be a Muslim. A quarter believe him to be the Antichrist.

"AOL has also published a study saying 80 per cent of Americans believe there's an issue with Obama's birth," adds Dr Taitz. "A Pew poll said 85 per cent would like to see his birth certificate. So there is a vast majority who think there's a problem and say that we cannot have an unknown sitting in the White House."

The problem with the article is that very little Dr. Orly says is challenged. As I left in comments:

"Dr. Orly Taitz currently has had one case dismissed, three cases on appeal, (one of those under appeal just upheld the US$20,000), and a single Quo Warranto case.

Her filings are a marvel of legal insanity, which is not surprising, since she's a graduate of a non-accredited on-line "law school". Most of her arguments are copied word-for-word from the lawsuits of Philip Berg, and she quotes a variety of claims about President Obama, failing to back up a single solitary claim with anything even close to facts or evidence. She's constantly going off on paranoid conspiracy claims and theories to boot.

At various times she's managed to claim that Obama has a fake birth certificate, that he was born in Kenya or Canada, that he was adopted and lost his US citizenship in favor of Indonesian citizenship, that he's using up to 35 fake social security numbers. She's presented in court "Kenyan birth certificates" given her by known and convicted forgers, used a disbarred lawyer as her legal clerk without telling her clients or the court, and has claimed that people have hacked into her website, her paypal account, and other records. She's claimed her opposition in the California Secretary of State race is running illegally (curiously enough, he also happens to be an African-American male), and claimed her car was sabotaged. She also claims to be a "Constitutional Lawyer", when her previous legal experience was in defending herself from malpractice lawsuits.

She's accosted Supreme Court Justices in public, called Federal Judges traitors and worse, called for Military Coups and open rebellion, claimed Obama is a "stealth Muslim" out to destroy Israel, and openly published private information about anyone who disagrees with her, all the time calling for those people to be censored or shut down.

Last but not least, she quotes a version of de Vattel's "Law of Nations" that was published ten YEARS after the US Constitution was written to back her claim that one has to have two US citizen parents to be a "natural born" US citizen - a claim that has no basis in US Law, US legal case study, or the US Constitution.

In short, she's paranoid, borderline racist, and has little to no knowledge in US Law, the US Constitution, or US legal practices. And she's trying to use outright lies and falsehoods in her personal jihad against a democratically and lawfully elected President."

30 March - CEL3 strikes back in his blog against Lucas Smith.

"Lucas Daniel Smith is an American Hero of the 19th century variety. He is a rough and ready Cowboy who lives outside the law and knows no boundaries, and for that I admire him a great deal."

Well, you're both felons and scam artists, so no wonder you feel a kinship.

30 March - On the Today Show, President Obama made an observation about the Tea Party, observing that the "core group" seems to be made up of people who think Obama wasn't born in the US, and those who think he's a socialist, with a broader spread around them with legitimate concerns about the directions this country is going in.

30 March - And off-shore Jobs Bob Campbell tries to stir up the hatriots still following his "grand jury jihad" against Obama.

30 March - The AP talks about Obama's NBC interview.

NOV 20, 2009 • Submitted Art. 138 against GEN Casey, Army Chief of Staff. Reply 11 DEC.

Note this is now against Gen. Casey rather than Obama. (PDF of his complaint here)

And it looks like he did get a response back (PDF) about his questions.

"I responded to LTC Lakin by email on 14 April 2009 and then by written memorandum on 11 June 2009 (attached) informing him that his Article 138 complaint was deficient. As I advised LTC Lakin, Article 138 provides an avenue for service members to request redress for perceived wrongs by their commanding officers. The President as Commander in Chief is not a commanding officer for the purposes of Article 138 and, therefore, no complaint against him may be addressed through this procedure.

Army Regulation 27-10, Military Justice, paragraph 20-10(a) directs that no determination on the merits will be made when an Article 138 complaint is deficient. It further directs that the complaint will be returned to the initiator with an explanation of the deficiency. I returned LTC Lakin's Article 138 complaint accordingly, with no determination regarding the President's eligibility for his office."

Article 138 provides a means for service members to request redress for perceived wrongs by their commanding officer: Army Regulation 27-10, Military Justice, paragraph 204(b) defines a commanding officer as; "an officer in the complainant's chain of command, up to and including the first officer exercising GCM jurisdiction over the complainant, authorized to impose nonjudicial punishment (UCMJ~ Art. 15) on the complainant." The Commander in Chief does not meet the definition of your commanding officer for the purposes of Article 138, UCMJ, and therefore no complaint against him may be addressed through this procedure. This deficiency is· not correctable.

Further more, the JAG weighs in (PDF) about his 138 against Gen. Casey.

"Your complaint is deficient and will not be processed under Article 138 and its implementing provisions in chapter 20 ofAR 27-10, Military Justice, 16 November 2008. Article 138 permits Soldiers to complain of alleged wrongs committed by a commanding officer. However, as explained below, General Casey is neither your commanding officer nor did he commit any wrongs against you. Additionally, neither General Casey nor any other Department of Defense official is in a position to provide any redress for your complaint.

He then submits a report published by World Nut Daily's "Western Journalism Center" (PDF) He also has a "hard facts" section, with things like:

"The Obama campaign posted an online, computer-generated document, a Certification of Live Birth (COLB), which it offered as a birth record. The truth is, this document could have been created recently by submission of sworn statements, even if no document from 1961 existed. This COLB is not a standard birth certificate. The irony here being that Lakin submitted on this site a COLB of his very own. Nor are "Hospital name" or "attending physician" "common, standard identifiers", but rather something that varies state to state.

It's pretty obvious to me that Lincoln and Lucas are stepping up to "the line that must not be crossed," but have not stepped over it yet.

Each of them are signaling to the other that they can seriously damage the other. I believe that Lincoln is signaling to Lucas that he can prove Lucas' BC is a fake...as in a taped confession of the hoax. I believe Lucas is signaling to Lincoln that he can prove there never was an affair between Orly and Lincoln - that when Lucas announced to the world that there was an affair, that was all just part of the deal between the two guys.

In reading the comments so far, most of the things I was going to touch on have already been covered by everyone else, so I'll just state that I concur with them. Particularly in terms of the strong message that needs to be sent to restore discipline and discourage this traitorous crap from within our military ranks, I support the sentiments expressed by joeymac and Phil.

The only thing I wanted to add that I don't see covered yet is in regards to perennial political whack-job, LaRouche - his followers are the primary ones behind many of the Obama-Hitler signs at the Tea Parties, so I consider them to be a key integral part of the extreme vile wing of that movement.

That Independent article was just atrocious in the way that the reporter simply accepted Orly's farrago of lies. I thought they were supposed to be a reputable broadsheet in the tradition of the Guardian and the Times of London. Patrick, I'm glad you stepped up to set him straight and I noticed several other commenters did too. I was tempted to chime in and point out that her claim to be the busy mother of three children also isn't quite as impressive as it sounds when you consider that her "children" are 16, 18 and 20 years old. But then the birthers arrived and the comments section degenerated into the usual nonsense. No-one wins with them.
