Eye surgery went better than expected - except they only did the right eye rather than both. So I get to do this all again in August. (with a visual field test in July.)
Doctor said it was almost textbook results, and that the pressure check 45 minutes later showed low pressure AND the angles were wide open, showing pressure had equalized.
Should be back to snarking at birthers tomorrow :-)

Glad to hear you're in good shape, Pat!

Get well soon. And now I have to go off and freak out about eye surgery, because I am neurotic about it.
Anyway, glad to hear you're OK!

Great to hear. Having had a couple of eye surgeries myself (cornea transplants...) I welcome you to the "Now We're (almost) Blase About Razor-Sharp Instruments Coming At Our Eyes" (NW(a)BARSICAOE) Club.

Well, one down & one to go. Rest & recover well!

Glad things went well Pat. Don't worry, I'm sure the birfers won't accomplish anything while you are gone.
