"Is "spoliated" even a word?"

Yes. In the context of litigation, spoliation is the act of destroying relevant documentation or evidence prior to discovery. Spoliating evidence can result in a negative inference being made as to the content of the destroyed materials.

Yes "spoliation" is a word. It's a legal term, referring to evidence that has been destroyed in some manner.

Learn something new every day :-) Thanks for informing me

That Other Mike

To spoliate also means rapine, plunder, steal by force etc in a non-legal context.

Wow Patrick, you outdid yourself today with all the nutcase happenings.

Meanwhile, Lucas Smith is currently whining on his little YouTube corner of the world, about someone named Sean Boyer, who is or was his "agent," because Sean claims to see Jesus.

Considering that Lucas tried to sell his house by claiming the Virgin Mary visited, talked to him through a Metronoma machine, etc., Sean's claims (according to Lucas) sound somewhat reasonable...at least to insane nutcases.

" "I remembred that about a month ago they found a burned body of Jim Miller, a Republican elections chair, and Obama supporters tried to pin it on a Conservative retired Commander FitzPatrick, who filed a criminal complaint against Obama."

Actually quite a lot of us were careful to report there was no known connection at that time."

Actually it wasn't "Obama supporters" who "tried to pin it on Commander Fitzpatrick " -- IT was ME and ONLY ME, and I did it in an experiment in baiting these loser birthers. Everyone on the left that I saw reply about my little prank, including you patrick, called me out for my nonsense...

Orly LIES OUT HER ASS yet again and the birthers buy her bullshit hook line and sinker.

Hey, Patrick - look who showed up to criticize poor Max Blumenthal....
