In today's dispatches, more reporting - and a mugshot! - from Fitzpatrick's arrest. The Pest and eFail does it's usual catering to conspiracy nuts and treason freaks, inbetween hot and steamy reporting on Walter Fitzpatrick. The NAACP - you know, that group Philip Berg is a "lifetime member" of - reports on the racist elements in the Tea Party and the Birthers. Gary Kreep shows that while he's a horrible excuse for a legal hack, he's still light years beyond the rat-infested nitrous queen. And more political flirting with the birtherstani.

26 October - Over at the Pest and eFail, Miki Booth goes completely into conspiracy land.

"The evidence is all there for anyone to see if they take the time to look."

Huffing Liquid Gold and doing NyQuil shooters helps though.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 27 October 2010

A very short dispatches today, as a stomach bug is causing me to throw up something akin to Dr. Orly's legal briefs, and my lower digestive tract to discharge something not unlike the contents of the Pest and eFail.

27 October - And speaking of the Pest and eFail, they're reporting that Walter Fitzpatrick is in custody.

"10:54 a.m. EDT: The Post & Email has just received word that Walter Fitzpatrick was arrested.

12:53 p.m. EDT: We spoke with Mr. Fitzpatrick’s landlady, who said that she could confirm that Fitzpatrick had been arrested this morning after what she described as a “physical struggle.”

While she did not personally witness the incident, the landlady said she heard some “loud talking” after spotting four police cruisers across from Fitzpatrick’s home. She stated that Officer Prock, a “very nice, well-spoken” officer, went to her after the arrest was made and explained that there was some damage to the front door. She said that the way it was explained to her, the police had been “surveilling the house” and had “rushed him” when Fitzpatrick had gone back into the house."

At least he didn't take anyone else down. Whew.

There are unconfirmed reports that he was tasered, and a deputy suffered a broken rib in the arrest.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 26 October 2010

In today's dispatches, more coverage of wanted fugitive Walter Fitzpatrick, including Fitzpatrick giving the Pest and eFail the legal version of "the dog ate my homework, I mean the check is in the mail, I mean.....". Also the Pest and eFail wants one-party rule to save them from the non-humans. Open racism the closer to election day we get. Dr. Kate's comments may be of interest to the Secret Service. A conspiracy theory *about* Dr. Orly, for a change. CEL3 gives his opinion on his former lady love's legal skills. Keyes v Bowen's dismissal gets coverage as well. And Therese Daniels is abusing her dog's medication again.

21 October - The Pest and eFail seems to have an interesting definition of "human", which they take to mean "anyone who agrees with their politics"

Here's a clue - "democrat" doesn't equal "marxist" to anyone who's not to the right of Genghis Khan.

And the answer to this is simple - one party rule.

And again we see the meme that the tea baggers and birthers are promoting - that anything other than a GOP/tea bagger landslide in November is de facto proof of "voter fraud".

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 22-25 October 2010

Up until about 11am PST, I would have said Berg's failrally in Washington DC was the big Birtherstani news.

Not anymore. Walter Fitzpatrick posted a ranting article at the Pest and eFail decrying the court system and claiming everyone involved is against him. Furthermore, he's stated publicly he will resist arrest. And then news came out of Monroe County that Stephen Pidgeon is attempting to withdraw from Fitzpatrick's case and Fitzpatrick now has a warrant for his arrest due to failure to appear for a court date.

This has BAD written all over it. Fitzpatrick is unstable, has a history of increasing violence, and now feels that the entire Tennessee court and law enforcement community is against him. This is a recipe for disaster - and I hope they find Fitzpatrick before he hurts anyone - or himself.

Other than that, we have a luv note for Dr. Orly. More claims that Hillary Clinton is going to run in 2012. Ron Polland has his next steaming pile o' conspiracy poo. Dr. Kate is quoting Lyndon LaRouche profusely. Berg flogs his birtherpoluza, was late for it, the dog ate his homework, and he had an anti-Semitic band playing for the tens of people there. Not to mention giving the mike to another 9/11 truther and Lyndon LaRouche fanboy. The Pest and eFail whines Hawaii won't give them the answers they want, wants to harass the Army's Provost Marshall General, and is now a co-sponsor of Andy Martin's next Hawaiian vacation. GOP dirty trickster Floyd Brown talks to Gary Kreep. World Nut Daily, Democratic Underground, and AIPnews all have pictures of Berg's rally, which seems to be missing a key ingredient. The appeals court rules in Keyes/Barnett v Bowen - and it's another "no" for the birtherstani. And CEL3 resurfaces in Birtherstan, and it's a doozy.

In today's dispatches, we have the new tactics by Lakin's lawyers, and the denial of reality by certain of his fans. Sharon Meroni seems to be making the big time - in much the same way Dr. Orly has. Namely for being a racist asshat who the cheese fell off of their cracker a while back. The Pest and eFail wants money. Philip Berg is pimping this weekend's planned bitherpoluza rally in Washington DC, with both a video done by an anti-Semitic conspiracy nut, AND a billboard in Arkansas!! The Pest and eFail has a problem with maps, directions, geography, and distance. We have open racism in Houston. And Miki Booth uses the Pest and eFail to flog Manning's months dead play trial.

19 October - Republican News Watch" comments on the Sharon Meroni / Illinois GOP tie.

"But here’s what I do have a problem with. Illinois Republican Party Chairman Pat Brady has put a “birther” in charge of the GOP’s program in Illinois. If you want to be a poll watcher or election judge, you’re supposed to go through Sharon Meroni. See here.

Meroni (who blogs under the name “Chalice Jackson”) went into a McHenry County court in late 2009 seeking to challenge the citizenship of Barack Obama. Her website has some similar themes.

However I had never heard of her until this summer when she filed 31 frivolous objections against the petitions of independent and new party candidates. Meroni challenged the petitions of every single candidate – with the exception of Randy Stufflebeam who she apparently overlooked. Meroni didn’t care about the number of petition signatures or any of the other claims made in the typical petition challenge. Meroni instead wanted every candidate to produce a birth certificate."

I'm the one who you slashed his bicycle tires so often that I had to get solid tires instead.

I was the one you punched out for no reason.

I was the one you constantly called "fag", "queer", "homo", "gay". Not because I was mind you, but because you THOUGHT I was. And that was good enough for you all, right? Just the suspicion of being Gay was enough for you.

Does that refresh your memory schoolmates? What about my teachers, staff, and faculty members of my high school?

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 19 October 2010

In today's dispatches, we have more info about the reasons behind Fitzpatrick's court martial. It looks like James Manning has been "punked" by a hacker. More comments on the ties between the Illinois GOP and Sharon "Chalice Jackson" Meroni. And Pam Barnett goes on an extended press release whine.

18 October - The Pest and eFail prints Walter Fitzpatrick's latest recreation of the Bandini Mountain that is his trying to explain away his court martial.

"CDR. FITZPATRICK: If Admiral Bitoff didn’t like me personally, that could have been a motive. I don’t know what I don’t know. The rest of the staff didn’t like me; that much I can tell you, and if this was some kind of way for them to take out their vengeance on me, that’s certainly possible. I had my swordfights with the staff, and Zeller certainly knew that. These guys were full of glee that I was being court-martialed and that they were behind it. It was payback."

Well, if you were as dogmatic, unwilling to listen to reason, stubborn, blind to reality, generally unable to accept "no" as an answer, they might have cooled to you long before you ended a report to them with "there endth the lesson".

"CDR. FITZPATRICK: Sure. And they certainly had reasons to do that; I had been complaining about their performance for some time. I believe it was a combination of at least two things: (1) the fact that I had ticked off people on that staff,"

You're good at that, as members of the Tracyton Port Commission can attest to.

In today's dispatches, we have Linda Bently getting all damp and bothered at the Arizona appearance of her idol, Dr. Orly. Politicians playing birtherstani flirty games. Another "Impeach Obama" attempt. Dr. Orly tries to play connect the conspiracy dots. More Pest and eFail whining that their heroes won't go full tilt birther. A new video that proves....well, that someone kinda sorta knows how to run a video camera. And Sharon Meroni bands with the GOP to play voter challenge games.

13 October - Manning "trial" witness and b-level birther Linda Bentley of the Sonoran News acts like a rock star groupie at Dr. Orly's appearance in Surprise, Arizona.

"Despite the cancelation of the event that originally would have brought her to the Valley"

Wonder why it was canceled?

"Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. decided, due to the dedication and support from those who organized her speaking event at the Holiday Inn, she would come anyway."

Did you expect anything different from the nitrous-addled attention whore??

"Jeff Lichter, who organized the event, also attended Taitz’s hearings on behalf of Capt. Pamela Barnett regarding Obama’s eligibility in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California last year before Judge David O. Carter.

He said Carter’s demeanor changed markedly from September, when he stated he would hear the case on its merits and set trial dates for January of this year, and October when Carter decided to instead dismiss the case."

Except Judge Carter never said any such thing. Dr. Orly claimed it, and you idiots take it as holy writ.

"Townsend stated there are people out there that may believe Obama is ineligible but are afraid of being ridiculed and called a “birther” and said, “All it takes is one to speak the truth and others will follow.”

Ah, so that explains the constant low numbers at birther events. It's not that there's a minority of nutters, but that others are scared to express their solidarity with the birtherstani.

Or. as is more likely, they're a minority of nutters.

Calling the Certification of Live Birth posted on the Internet “a piece of garbage,” Taitz said it contained no corroborating information saying Obama was born in Hawaii."

Except, you know, that whole "State of Hawaii confirming they hold the original" thing.

"Lichter then introduced Lyle Rapacki, who recently returned from meeting with Pastor James David Manning of the ATLAH World Missionary Church and the transcript committee in Harlem to determine how the transcripts from the May Obama CIA Columbia trial would be released."

Oh goodie. Manning Fake Trial 2 - Electric Booagloo.

"Laying out what was proved during Manning’s 10th Amendment trial, Rapacki explained that Obama was a CIA operative in Afghanistan from 1981-1984."

No such "proof" was ever made. Repeating lies over and over doesn't make it "proof"

"With the transcripts being released in a matter of days, Rapacki said Manning was getting ready to conduct the sentencing phase of the ATLAH trial and stated, “We’ll be armed with facts instead of emotion.”

Facts? From Manning? Yeah, right........

A Modest Proposal

(Whereas Patrick offers some suggestions on the ideas of illegal immigration, "anchor babies", and overseas workers).

For the last 30 years so so, I've mostly lived within a few hours drive of an international border. Mostly the US/Mexican border. And more many of those years I was minutes from said border.

And, like most residents in said area, I found the routine stops "up the road" by the US border patrol to be annoying at best. We're in the United States, we're US citizens, and we still have to go though a secondary border crossing. Mostly due to undocumented migrants from a country with draconian illegal immigration policies of their own.

I've heard the arguments that they "do jobs US citizens won't do". Tell that to me when I was in my 20's, training and taking classes to work in horse ranch management, getting certified by the State of California to work as a hot walker and exercise rider at horse racetracks, and then finding the only ranch jobs available to non-illegal workers in the Southwest were "ranch owner". That's just one example.

One of the main problems with the entire issue is most of the enforcement against illegal migration is focused on the migrants themselves. Very little is done to make it economically nonviable for them to find work in the first place. The punishment is to the migrant, but the employers simply go "there's more where that came from" and hire more illegal workers.

In other words, it's more economically viable for employers to break the law and for these migrants to break the law. The solution has to be one that makes both side of the issue economically non-feasible.

So here's some ideas.

Casual Treason

I wrote about this on 14 October 2010, but I wanted to give this a bit more coverage than in the usual dispatches.

Mark S. McGrew wrote a piece called "American military officers against Obama" that was published in the 13 October 2010 edition of Pravda On-Line.

Now this isn't McGrew's only article in Pravda On-Line. On 30 October 2008, he wrote about Philip Berg's original lawsuit and made claims about Obama being a Muslim. On 11 November 2008 he claimed Obama hadn't been elected because the Electoral College hadn't voted yet. He continued the birther claims on 2 December 2008, (expressing hope the Supreme Court would rule him invalid), and on 8 December 2008 as well. He spewed forth the claims about Obama's law license being invalid because it didn't list "Barry Soetoro" as another name on 18 December 2008, and ratcheted up the birther myths on 24 December 2008.

2009 started with an 8 January 2009 article that repeated the birther and PUMA lies about Michelle Obama's law license and and claims that the military showed Obama no respect. 19 January 2009 had more of the same lies, including the "hundreds of thousands spent" myth.

This was all before Obama took office.
