"A Sweetwater man accused of disrupting a Monroe County grand jury hearing while attempting to make a citizen's arrest was found in contempt of court Tuesday.

Walter Fitzpatrick III, 58, was given a 10-day jail sentence for missing a court date.

Fitzpatrick was jailed last month and held without bond when he failed to attend an October 22 hearing.

His latest fight started when Special Circuit Judge Jon Blackwood of Knoxville denied a request to dismiss the case against Fitzpatrick."

So let me get this straight. CRS produces a document that debunks just about every birtherstani claim, and somehow it's proof of a conspiracy with the *Hawaiian* State Government???

Agreed, Congress, both R & D, are guilty of not having properly vetted him. I gather they all believed Pelosi, who signed off on the certification, was responsible. I can’t imagine all 435 members of congress having to personally examine a birth certificate. And yes, I agree that Fox instructed their talking heads to not discuss the issue. Frankly and simply, his DNA lent him a patina of teflon. Because he was 1/2 black, they dared not challenge him. It’s that simple. His puppet masters (Soros et. al.) 15 November - Looks like Joe Miller has some more birther help in that there Alaska. Namely infamous GOP dirty trickster and birther Floyd Brown.

If not Dr. Orly, then someone associated with her has gone to a LOT of trouble here. Lisa Liberi might want to find a lawyer that actually knows a thing or two about the law (unlike, oh, one Philip Berg) and go looking for the person who did this.
