Lame Cherry thinks Apuzzo is the birtherstani's best hope. As does World Nut Daily and the Fantasy Tiddlywinks League. Carl Swensson is being his usual keyboard commando. And Dr. Orly screws up. Again.

"What Mr. Apuzzo can do is argue this case in New Jersey, or if John Roberts wills with a majority, the Supreme Court can hear this case on Obama being undocumented.
I noted here after a certain State of the Scrotum speech by Mr. Obama when he had Charles Schumer spitting on the Justices in Congress, that Mr. Obama in berating these High Court Judges, that he had made an immense 3rd world mistake.
Literally, the Supreme Court can remove Mr. Obama by the end of the week and in discovery actually force all what Mr. Obama has spent 2 million dollars hiding, to be made public.
I pray that this is the case in the Court actually doing it's Constitutional job for the first time in protecting America that they will find the facts in this case."

I see Lame Cherry is buying in to those stories "Ulsterman" is writing. As for poll numbers, Obama's poll numbers are still higher than Clinton or Reagan at this point in their presidencies.

A theory curiously not backed up by over 200+ years of legal decisions, Supreme Court rulings, or US case law.

Funny how that "ironclad case" has been rejected by the two lower courts it's been though.
"If the Supreme Court decides to grant the "writ of certiorari," it may direct a federal trial court in New Jersey to hear the merits of the case, or it may choose to hear the merits itself. The court's decision on the writ could be announced as early as Wednesday."
Or, more likely, they simply say "no"

I’m with Lesley-TX and I’m going to keep the faith as well. It’s only a matter of time and this has to come out. Too many people know about it. If it doesn’t happen with the Supreme Court, then something else will trigger it. And I for one don’t give a hoot what happens with the Black population if they get upset when their Messiah is exposed.
