In today's dispatches, is there something in the Arizona water that causes their politicians to act like asshats?? Dr. Orly reposts LaRouche droppings, wets herself over Luke Scott, and gets told "No" by the courts again. Birthers show many of their true colours in a Luke Scott news article. Dr. Kate plays nice (unless one isn't a birther that is). And Neil Turner whines some more over the fact that people aren't taking Manning's play trial seriously.

8 December - More Arizona birther madness.

"Today, a right-wing organization called Judicial Watch hosted a panel discussion on the “current and upcoming fights over immigration enforcement” featuring Arizona state Sen. Russell Pearce (R). Pearce, the author of Arizona’s controversial immigration law, railed against the Obama administration for “siding with a foreign government” against the state of Arizona. However, looking on the bright side, Pearce joked that Obama may not want to come to Arizona as they will require him to show his papers:

A little levity is okay, I hope cause I like to [inaudible] at most things. But I can tell you that the best thing about [SB]-1070 is that Obama may not be visiting Arizona because we actually require papers now.

Pearce may have been joking, but it’s not the first time he has indicated that Obama isn’t fit for office. Back in November, Pearce accused Obama of waging jihad against the state of Arizona and stated that it was an impeachable offense. “When you talk about jihad, that is exactly what Obama has against America,” said Pearce. “It’s outrageous and it’s impeachable.” At a tea party rally in August, Pearce similarly stated, “I think it’s treasonous, in my opinion.”

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 8 December 2010

In today's dispatches, the cranky and bitter PUMAs at "HillBuzz" are once again their racist, hate-filled selves, as are their buddies and soul brothers at Free Republic. Lakin tends to plead "not guilty", (I guess he thinks "terminally clueless" is a defense). Dr. Kate is pissed that the military is daring to court-martial Lakin, while the turds floating in her cesspool continue their verbal farting. "Miss Ticky" doesn't seem to grasp the concept that people leave appointed positions after elections. Luke Scott seems to be wanting to play ball for the birtherstani national team. Sasquatch expert "Citizen" Larry Wells also doesn't seem to understand the after-effects of an election. Looks like Dr. Orly's going to be making a trip to see how military courtrooms work, while she gets another crack at the Supreme Court. Miki Booth ALSO doesn't understand elections. And Gary Kreep tries to reanimate Keyes v Bowen.

3 December - Looks like the cranky and bitter PUMAs at "HillBuzz" are upset because WikiLeaks doesn't have what they want.

"Can WikiLeaks find and release:

(1) Obama’s birth certificate clearly showing his current actual name, the race of his father and mother, and his father’s actual name."

The COLB that was confirmed by the State of Hawaii has that.

"(2) Obama’s college transcripts — which are believed to be those of a D and F student who used affirmative action and an exotic pedigree to get Ivy League degrees without having a GPA high enough for any honors societies like Phi Beta Kappa"

"(3) Obama’s 1980s passport documents explaining how he was able to go to Pakistan with his male lover when US citizens were forbidden from going there"

Because a) there was no US travel ban to Pakistan at that time, and b), WHAT male lover???

(Besides which, who in their right mind would go to an Islamic country with their male lover, considering what Islam feels about homosexuality??)

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 4-7 December 2010

And in today's dispatches, the doctor sent me home with a diagnosis for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. (this dispatch now brought to you by Mueller-brand wrist braces and 800mg of generic Ibuprofen twice a day. Remember, when you really screw up your joints, think ibuprofen.)

The birtherstani continue to be a pain further down the body. We have pretty open threats of violence in Monroe county. The Pest and eFail finds a witness (other than videotape), to Fitzpatrick's April arrest. Berg fires back in the birtherstani civil war. Bob Pinkstaff really needs his medication adjusted. Birther Reports shows that Lakin's attorney might be trying to play to the birtherstani. Lakin's Arizona support rally gets a crowd in the low double-digits. The Pest and eFail bangs the drums of conspiracy. And Dr. Kate's supporters show the sad, lonely side of birtherstani obsession.

Due to the fact my wrist and arm are requiring a trip to the doctors (well, demanding might be a better description), today's dispatches will be bumped.

In today's dispatches, a dig at Sarah Palin, courtesy of the birtherstani's favourite media outlet, Pravda Online. The Pest and eFail lies even when begging for money. The birtherstani are still begging / threatening officials to PLEASE take Manning's play trial SERIOUSLY. The Spoof makes light of birthers. And finally World Nut Daily claims Lakin's chances at aquittal are roughly "snowball's chance in hell".

30 November - You know how many of the birtherstani love them some Pravda Online??

I suspect they would be less than fond of this article on Sarah Palin.

"If Sarah Palin is not some kind of a massive political joke in the USA, wheeled out to liven up the political scene from time to time with nonsensical and pastiche (one hopes) displays of sheer and utter ignorance, then it is worrying. It is even more so if anyone other than a manic depressive suffering from a chronic lack of lithium takes this...female...seriously.

Hockey Mum Sarah ex-Governess of Alaska is famous for her shrill shrieking style, displaying a pitifully shallow persona which one hopes is stage-managed to give the rest of the world a good chuckle at the Americans' ability and unique quality to make fun of themselves, a real-life female version of Homer Simpson-cum-Belching Barney at Mo's, giving us ever-more hilarious soundbites as she sets herself up as the dumbest woman on Earth.

Just occasionally, one encounters a bar-room idiot whose party piece is belching loudly before falling backwards off his stool, bouncing off the floor on his backside with a background provided by guffaws of laughter, yet who winks knowingly as he is carried out with his feet scraping along the ground and says "Don't worry son, most of it is an act".

The act. It reminds one of Marilyn Monroe putting on the act of the dumb blonde. But an act it was, a character projected by a shrewd, intelligent and charismatic woman with the ability to invent a persona. Sarah Palin, however, is the real-life thing. And it is becoming patently obvious that it isn't an act."

And ends with:

"If anything is a threat to the national security of the United States of America, it is this screaming, unrefined oaf with as much class as a searing release of flatulence followed by hysterical giggling at a state banquet. Is this what the people of the USA deserve?

In today's dispatches, the verdict is in and Fitzpatrick is going to be in the greybar hotel for a few more weeks, with a year of minding his p's and q's afterwards. The Pest and eFail tries to spin the results for their audience. World Nut Daily is demanding to know how dare Anderson Cooper use "facts" and "evidence" to contradict the birtherstani. Off-Shore Jobs Bob talks of retiring the Fantasy Tiddywinks League, and shows his unique brand of patriotism along the way, (here's a hint, Comrade Campbell seems to be happy there). And Philip Berg announces that he's going to flog one of his many dead horses all the way up to a Supreme Court rejection.

1 December - Knoxnews.com reports on the outcome of Walter Fitzpatrick's trial.

"A Sweetwater, Tenn., man who attempted to make a citizen's arrest of a Monroe County grand jury foreman was sentenced Wednesday to a $3,000 fine, 60 days in jail and a year of probation, said District Attorney General Steve Bebb.

Walter Fitzpatrick III, 56, was charged with riot, disrupting a meeting of procession, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, retaliation of past action and civil rights intimidation. Bebb said late Wednesday that he wasn't sure which specific charges he was found guilty of, but did know that Fitzpatrick was found not guilty on at least two.

One of Fitzpatrick's supporters, Darren Wesley Huff, 41, of Dalton, Ga., pleaded guilty Wednesday to the charge of disrupting a meeting and was sentenced to six months' probation, Bebb said."

Now to me, a $3,000 fine, 60 days in jail and a year of probation sounds like he was found guilty on at least one felony charge, but I've been told that is is in line for some misdemeanors .

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 1 December 2010

In today's dispatches, the unkillable "Obama's grandmother" myth. World Nut Daily tries to spin Texas State Rep. Berman's epic fail. Dr. Orly loves her some old urban myths, while allowing some questionable statements though her Stalinistic moderation. The droplets at Dr. Kate's cesspool are still calling for sedition and revolt. Jerome Corsi lies. Again. Dr. Kate needs to put down the conspiracy and treason water pipe and come back to reality. Mario Apuzzo stamps his little feet and claims the Supreme Court is in error, not him. The Pest and eFail starts spinning Walter Fitzpatrick's trial. Fitzpatrick throws a temper tantrum about not being allowed to disgrace his old uniform further. The trial starts and no attorney is seen (or paid for) for Puff, while Huff bravely and defiantly pleads "no contest" to his charges. "Give Us Liberty" pretty openly declares war on the majority of American citizens. The birtherstani civil war might get an actual hearing. And American Journalism Review reports on the birtherstani.

29 November - David Weigel comments on the "unkillable Obama's Grandmother Says He Was Born in Kenya Myth"

"The Truth About Hillary author Ed Klein and occassional GOP troublemaker John LeBoutillier have decided, for some reason, to torpedo whatever reputations they have left with a cheeky novel titled The Obama Identity which repackages conspiracy theories about the president as mysteries investigated by a man named "Higgy" Higginbothem. It's extremely weird for two reasons. One: Based on interviews it seems like LeBoutillier actually believes the conspiracy theories. Two: The book takes debunked conspiracy theories and reframes, recasts and rewrites them for the sake of drama."

So they basically took what World Net Daily, Atlas Shrugs, and all the other birther sites publishes, and correctly called it fiction???

"Take one case I know very well. In the novel, Higgy visits Kenya before Obama in 2004, during the candidate's shoe-in U.S. Senate bid. He visits the home of "Obama's grandmother" and discovers -- shock! -- that she admits her grandson is Kenyan but fiendish translators are trying to cover it up."

*Snork* Yeah, the "translators are covering for Obama" excuse to try and explain away that Sarah Obama never said what they claim she said.
