Tracy - I see you've made it over to here.

You might want to check out the "Birther Mythbusting" section towards the top, since a lot of the claims you were making at FogBow are debunked up there.

Oh, and my two commenting rules are

Awww, poor Tracy. Upset that Fogbowers won't buy into your insane birther BS? I'm sure Pat's posters won't be any more interested. Good luck though! And God Bless!

NBC

Poor Tracy, she'd rather believe some foreign rags than the COLB and official statements by the DOH of Hawaii.

Why does she hate our President so much.

Patrick McKinnion

NBC - Well, remember that she seems to think that foreign law trumps US law for purposes of stating US citizenship.

So one could ask why she hates America so much.

Well for someone who believes that Law of Nations apply to who is a US citizen then she is in fact arguing that the US has abandoned its right to determine who are its citizens.... The Founders would never have allowed for such follies.

Oh God. THAT person again.

*rolls eyes*

I think Tracy needs a hug. So who's it gonna be?

"They are reticent to discuss their own backgrounds but have shown to be as expert in constitutional law, United States Supreme Court case law, and federal civil procedure as one can be without having any formal legal education or training."

And I'm as expert in flying an F/A-18 as one can be without any formal avionics education or pilot training.

Wow. The birther delusions just get more and more detached from reality... how predictably sad.

> but have shown to be as expert in constitutional law, United States Supreme Court case law, and federal civil procedure as one can be without having any formal legal education or training

Then one must necessarily conclude that "without having any formal legal education or training", anyone's expertise in these fields of law must be zilch, or slightly less than that.

Actually, there are pro se litigants who do a better job than the average lawyer, but this lawsuit clearly shows they have no idea of even the most basic procedures, let alone the law.

I always shake my head sadly when I see these filings filled with accusations and allegations and not an iota of proof. It's like saying "my neighbour can attest to the truth of anything I say" instead of "Mr Puckett promised me on January 2nd, 2011, to sell me his house. Proof: Testimony of Ralph Xylophony, 12345 Evergreen Terrace; affidavit attached hereto as Appendix A2". Heck, even I can get that right and I know most of US law from watching Matlock! *lol*
