Dispatches from Birtherstan - 15-17 January 2011

In today's dispatches, Lame Cherry's cheese fell of their ritz cracker a while back. Dr. Kate seems to be on a voyage to the bottom of the cesspool. Meanwhile the PUMA turds floating in said cesspool seem to think Hillary Clinton was threatened into giving up the nomination (as opposed to, oh, I dunno, not getting enough votes). Dr. Kate and Lame Cherry also bang the "Obama had Dr. Kate fired" gong, with Dr. Kate spinning dark stories about having been chased from her home (more than likely had to give it up when she lost her job), and her need to go to an open carry state. (Great, a nutjob with paranoia and firepower). Bill Bowman continues to ruffle Dr. Orly's feathers. Dr. Orly continues to show her racism, and Miki Booth has a mad because her Senator co-sponsored something she sees as pro-Obama a year before Obama got elected as a Senator.

10 January - Can anyone figure out just what the hell Lame Cherry is babbling about now??

"Passive surveillance, the kind which is supposed to be turned on Chicoms, Bolsheviks and Muslims are an artificial intelligence which sifts through various protocols that reveal patterns. Something which most folks are not aware of, is the fact that every person has speech patterns from regions whether you are a Kurd or a Brit. Programs can literally monitor anyone long enough and trace phrases, dialects or specific words from a cultural area will reveal who that person is by their simply emailing.
If you expose an American to Islamist training, those Muslim thought patterns will print upon that mind, and a spider can indeed pick out in profile a terrorist even if they are white and graduated from Harvard, or tan and were handed a diploma.

What transpired a few days before Christmas peaked my attention, as I can tell how many dates I have by the consistent happenings on my systems which at most times are just meant to intimidate and harass this blog to scaring it into silence.
What occurred was I lost one of my main antagonists, which surprised me as I was operating under the logical conclusion that all had upgraded to the artificials.

In essence, someone when Boss and Bossette Obama went off on vacation (this transpired to the time Muchelle was leaving early), shut down their monitoring of this blog.
Computers do not go on vacation. Back log systems do not go on vacation. Spiders do not go on vacation.
What was revealed was one of my overt antagonists was human.

So you understand this, as I can not be a lone case being harassed by the regime, this means that as I noted previously "someone" is working freelance with the regime and they are illegally piggybacking on the NSA systems, and somehow the NSA either does not know this, or Naps Napolitano has a carte blance directive which is protecting Obama Inc. from being nosed around by the real intelligence operatives.
Granted, someone in NSA or other agencies knows damn well what these Obama folks are up to, as that is what they do, and their superiors can always use blackmail information as readily as Julian Assange for George Soros."

And it looks like Lame Cherry has been crackers for a long time now.

"Granted this could mean that Jarrett is pulling back operations due to the Republicans taking over the House, as I experienced like moments in the Clinton regime when the Bush folks took over. I never had any problems with Bush and Cheney in their entire 8 years, but when Obama's folks were telling drug cartels in South America he would be in the White House in the summer of 2008, the same things happening to me in the Clinton years, spiked again as Obama's benefactors started ramping up operations."

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 14 January 2011

In today's dispatches, we have people making fun of Cao, including right-wing nutcase Ted Nugent. Another fake Examiner, this one a birther debunking one, makes some accurate observations on Dr. Orly and on anti-Semite Andy Martin. Someone is either a birtherstani pretending to be an "obot" at Dr. Kate's cesspool, or someone needs to stop stooping to the birtherstani's level. Speaking of stooping to new lows, Lame Cherry keeps on digging. And Anthony Martin of the fake Examiner is still crying "Mommy, they keep making fun of me MAKE THEM STOP!!!!"

6 January - Anderson Cooper discusses Cao's little performance in the Congressional Gallery with James Carville, Ted Nugent, and Debi Mazar.

Nugent plays a bit with the birtherstani

"NUGENT: Let's get over with it. If you demanded it of me, Anderson, I'd go, all right, already, here's the damn paperwork. Now let's get on with our business.

COOPER: Right. But they did that years ago. They got the certificate of a live birth which, if you're from Hawaii, that's what you get.

NUGENT: I don't think that's conclusive.

COOPER: But if you're in the passport office and someone from Hawaii comes in with that and shows it to you, they give you a passport. That's conclusive. Anyone from Hawaii.

NUGENT: You think that documentation is conclusive all around?

COOPER: The Republican governor -- then Republican governor of Hawaii has said on the record the guy was born in Hawaii. I have sent my health direct or to the records room and we've seen the long form original.

NUGENT: Well, you know, I've been busy hunting all year so maybe I missed something. "

Yes, yes you did.

Carville (who I admit I have little use for) then says:

"CARVILLE: Yes, sure. Look, of course, they had two newspaper articles the day after he was born that said that he was born. There were people in Louisiana that don't believe anyone landed on the moon. It looks like Arizona to me. I'm not going for this.

And so what -- they show pictures. They've got people walking around. You've got NASA. You got everything. And they've got people who don't believe the earth is round. They've got people that believe that tax cuts pay for themselves, which is a sort of economic equivalent of birtherism.

And so at a point, you just -- these people -- there's nothing you can do about that lady. There's an entire country to go and you just move on. I mean they're just oblivious to anything. And you're right. The problem is, as you ask (INAUDIBLE), Anderson, if you keep arguing with these people.

And then Nugent shows some sanity

"COOPER: James has said the looney, I would just say that look, they have a belief and they're sticking with it. You know you can categorize why James would do that. That's not my job.

But -- I mean my job is to look at the facts and I have yet to see any fact that indicates President Obama is not born anywhere else and I've seen plenty of facts which indicate he is including the birth certificate which is accepted by the U.S. Passport Office.

NUGENT: All right. Well, if Boehner won't do it right here, Ted Nugent at "ANDERSON COOPER 360", everybody get over it. The president is an American. Move on. "

Looks like Ted Nugent just became unpopular in birtherstan.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 13 January 2011

In today's dispatches, Sharon Rondeau sparks a "But that Trick Never Works!" moment. Dr. Kate and Dr. Orly seem upset that Obama dared speak at a memorial service he was invited to. The Pest and eFail along with Free Republic waste electrons and bandwidth reporting on a *comment* The other Anthony Martin of the fake examiner notices that there are *gasp* debunking sites out there! A mental health professional wonders if the type of political rhetoric out there may have sparked Jared Loughner. And seditionist Neil Turner wastes time, money, and paper.

13 January - Sharon Rondeau comes up with a great spanking new idea for the birthers to succeed.

Namely "Grand Juries".

No, really. And to back up this claim, she cites noted paraclete and poker player Leo Donofrio.

"According to Leo Donofrio, JD, the power of the grand jury has been subverted by the 1946 Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, Note 4, which has attempted to render presentments from an independently-convened grand jury “obsolete.” However, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia in 1992 affirmed the original role of the grand juries when he stated:

In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people."

She goes on to claim:

"Many citizens’ grand juries convened in 2009 and 2010 and were deemed “constitutional” by Chief Judge Royce Lamberth of the U.S. District Court in Washington, DC. "

Actually he stated that the Fantasy Tiddlywinks League "presentments" were invalid as they were not part of a legally recognized Grand Jury.

"Hundreds of presentments were served upon public officials across the country. However, not one would consider the evidence presented of criminal activity on the part of Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, Congress, and former Vice President Dick Cheney for having certified the Electoral College votes for Obama without any vetting of his constitutional eligibility to serve as President and Commander-in-Chief."

Because none of them came from a legally valid Grand Jury.

"Further, Lamberth stated that “the Presentments will be dismissed as the petitioners lack standing to enforce the criminal laws of the United States.”"

Wow, she actually told the truth for once.

"If citizens’ grand jury presentments will not be acted upon by those in government positions, what about currently-seated state and federal grand juries? These bodies could be informed of their true power by “We the People” since “In conducting investigations, a federal grand jury can pretty much do what it wants, other than violating certain testimonial and constitutional privileges. Federal grand jury subpoenas are almost never quashed on grounds that they call for irrelevant information or go beyond the grand jury’s authority.”

That's what Fitzpatrick tried. They looked at his claims and said "no".

"If “We the People” want to rein in our government, what better way than to take back the grand juries from government control? Does there exist one federal grand jury in the country comprising people who will think and act independently and issue a subpoena for Barack Obama’s vital records"

Translation: "Does there exist one federal grand jury in the country comprising people who will ignore the facts and evidence and do exactly what we demand they do?"

In today's dispatches, Dr. Kate is on the move. In "yes the sky is blue" news, the Pest and eFail is lying again. We have a new(ish) birtherstani lawsuit that World Nut Daily is flogging, but seems like the same old birther barf. The Pest and eFail continues to jones for a military coup and are lying again. And we have a conspiracy-laden "White Hat Report" that's less White Hat and more Brown Underpants.

Ron Ewart is wondering why they haven't had their revolution and overthrow yet, while the Pest and eFail ratchets up the treason-talk. World Nut Daily does a "help, we're getting harassed too" article with former Lakin puppetmaster Margaret Hemenway. The Supreme Court tells Orly, once again, "no". And more Cover Your Ass attemps by the far right, including birtherstani, to distance themselves from the attempted assassination of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords

8 January - At the Pest and eFail, anti-Semitic Internet Outhouse Andy Martin responds to requests he show his eligibility to be President.

"We have had a couple of more requests similar to yours to release personal data. I strongly support the concept. However, I believe that the overall goal of making Obama release information in his case is better served by making my information available as part of a reciprocal agreement with other candidates including Obama. Premature release on my part does not serve the larger cause of getting Obama to comply. In other words, we are working to obtain release of all candidates’ information as part of a larger strategy."

In other words, "no".

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 8-10 January 2011

Short and early dispatches today, as I'm spending family time. The birtherstani are trying to spin saturday's shooting though, with expected disgusting results.

7 January -World Nut Daily talks about Dr. Orly's upcoming refusal by the Supreme Court.

"In the separate cases of two U.S. soldiers – Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin and Capt. Connie Rhodes – who refused orders from a commander in chief they allege has not demonstrated eligibility to hold command, attorney Dr. Orly Taitz says lower courts have issued contradictory rulings to defer making a decision, rulings that now must be resolved by the nation's highest court."

Not really. Dr. Rhodes withdrew her civil lawsuit, fired Dr. Orly, and followed her deployment orders. Lakin publically disobeyed orders, resulting in his being found guilty under the UCMJ.

Apples and Oranges.

"In the case of Capt. Rhodes, Judge Land insisted the legitimacy of the commander in chief was a question for the military and issued Taitz a $20,000 sanction for thus bringing a "frivolous" lawsuit to a civilian court."

Actually the $20,000 was due to courtroom behaviour and her response to his Order to Show Cause as to why she shouldn't be sanctioned for $10,000.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 7 January 2011

In today's dispatches, there seems to be this sudden rush to anoint Theresa Cao as the patron saint of birtherstan - if not the birther messiah. Added to that is the fall from grace that Speaker of the House John Boehner has suffered by daring to speak the truth about Obama being born in Hawaii.

Also, more Dr. Orly dingbattery against Philip Berg. CEL3 shows his mad legal skills in divorce court. Dr. Kate shows why she might have been told by her employers "go away, you bother us." The Pest and eFail is packed full of treasonberries. And Lame Cherry is.....well...

You know, if anyone was going to pull the stunt Theresa Cao did, I'm kinda glad it was her. Her videos, blog, and every square bit of anything about her is so chocked full of sheer insanity and religious mania that anyone who sees her as the public face of the birther movement is going to rightly assume they're all a giant jumbo bag of frosted flakes and nuts.

6 January - Looks like bigfoot expert "Citizen" Larry Wells has a mad about the new Speaker of the House for *GASP* daring to say he doesn't believe the birtherstani.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 6 January 2011

In today's dispatches, World Nut Daily will cover conspiracies even they have debunked in the past. CEL3 files another motion in his lawsuit against the family Taitz that is gonna need a whole lot of popcorn. Darren Huff is still a free-range dolt. Jack Cashill has a new theory about Obama's parents. Carl Swensson gets a taste of what he's been egging people to do. and Molotov Mitchell has a new video chock full of lies.

The big news of the day, however, is during the reading of the Constitution stunt the new Congress was doing, a birther, Tea Partier, and religious nutcase disrupted the "Article II, Section 1 portion of the Constituion, earning her an escort out of the Congressional Gallery and an arrest.

Wheeee!

3 January - You have to wonder if there's a conspiracy World Nut Daily won't cover. Even very old ones.

"Adding fluoride to city water systems, hailed by the Centers for Disease Control as "one of 10 great public health achievements of the 20th century," actually becomes an IQ-killer for children, according to a new report.

A Chinese study has been reported by the Fluoride Action Network that found a startling difference between children in two cities with significantly different levels of fluoride in their water systems.

The study involved 512 children between 8 to 13 years old in two Chinese villages that were about 50 miles apart. Wamaio had 2.47 milligrams per liter of fluoride and the village of Xinhuai had 0.36 milligrams per liter of fluoride.

The test showed the city with the higher fluoride had children with IQ scores 5-10 points lower.

The reports said the study rated 28 percent of the children in the low-fluoride town of Xinhuai as "bright, normal or higher intelligence," while only 8 percent in the high-fluoride Wamaio were in that category."

It then goes on to say:

"St. Lawrence University Chemistry Professor and environmental activist Paul Connett says the two towns studied were remarkably similar in demographics and infrastructure. And he said the Chinese study is only the latest in a long list of studies that have produced alarmingly similar results.

"This is the 24th study which has found a relationship between fluoride exposure and lowered IQ. They come from China, India, Iran and Mexico," Connett stated."

What World Nut Daily fails to note, BTW, is that Paul Connett is the Director and one of the founders of the "Fluoride Action Network"

What's even funnier is on 22 July 2010, World Nut Daily denounced Connett and others like him.

"Five years ago, the leading dental researcher at Australia's Adelaide University decried the misinterpretation of Australian research into tooth decay. Conspiracy theorists such as Paul Connett (of the quack-group "Fluoride Action Network") were, you see, falsely claiming that the Australians' work had shown no benefit from water fluoridation.

"Dr Connett misrepresents the study as an analysis of the benefits of water fluoridation, which it was not," John Spencer explained. "[Connett] also misinterprets the study's indirect evidence on the benefits of water fluoridation on decay. ... [O]ur work has repeatedly found support for the benefits of water fluoridation."

And in today's dispatches, not a lot really. The floaters at Dr. Kate's cesspool o' treason are grumpy at me for some odd reason. And the Pest and eFail whines about the Tea Party types not boarding the crazy train into birtherstan,

4 Janurary - Wow, looks like "Quantum Leap" over at Dr. Kate's cesspool got a little annoyed at my pointing out certain details about Dr. Kate's background and likely reasons why she was told her services were no longer required.

(On Edit, and hello to those from Dr Kate's septic tank who dared brave Google to find my little bad movie and birther debunking site. Welcome!

Allow me to explain something that you might be unfamiliar with. This blog, unlike Dr. Kate's, Dr. Orly's, the Pest and eFail, or any other birther blog, actually practices something called "Freedom of Speech". Unless someone posts private information or spam, they are actually ALLOWED TO SAY WHAT THEY WANT WITHOUT FEAR OF CENSORSHIP!! I realize this might be a foreign concept to many birthers who enjoy their Stalinist-style echo chambers where only the approved party line is allowed, but Freedom of Speech is one of the many wonderful things about the Constitution. You might try reading it sometime.

Anyway, you're welcome to post and try and defend your beliefs. All birthers are welcome to post. Most never stick around though.......)

Today's dispatches are pretty short, with the majority given over to my opinion why Dr. Kate was told her services were no longer required by the Northern Arapahoe Tribe.

In addition, "Victoria Windsor" makes demands of Congress to do something about Lakin, and Dr. Orly takes a snort off the jumbo-sized nitrous tank and dreams up a clueless of conspiracies.

3 January - Dr. Kate gives her take on her loss of employment.

"Well, this little blogger has just been crushed by the regime, a life time of work with specific, professional expertise, in an area I absolutely love, water, and, in a hugely important area for the American west, Indian water rights and water management. Honest work.

While I am personally and professionally devastated, it is even ‘lower than a snakes belly’ to engage in this kind of economic devastation or blackmail of anyone. And, in my experience and observation, you can never mess with water and get away with it; and water is sacred to us all.

But more importantly, is a settlement between the United States and an Indian Tribe legal if signed by an ineligible President? Is the concept and practice of sovereignty being used to mask an agenda that is ultimately unhelpful to tribal people, and to our security?"

She later goes on to say:
