In today's dispatches, Lucas Smith accepts the offer from the Lakinistas to review his fake "Kenyan" birth certificate - with a few catches. Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi's latest bookstore remainder is looking to be the next "Great White Hope" for the birthers. So far, 9 out of 16 states have said "no" to birther bills.
Manning grovels to the people who offended him. "One Pissed-off Vietnam Vet" is being both honest and upfront about his racism and his call for a military coup. The Democratic Governors Association is using birtherism as a fundraising tool. Lakin is told "No, you can't have clemency, not yours."
AP reports on the publicly-available data to show that yes, Obama was born in Hawaii. David LaRocque wants to know why he hasn't had his military coup yet. Dr. Kate once again projects like a drive-in theatre. Trump wants Indiana to revive their dead birther bill. Peter Boyles calls the hospital Obama was born in, and tries to go fishing.
"RacerJim" is a birther asshat outside of the Pest and eFail, where his statements are flailed and paddled repeatedly. The New York Times goes into birther psychology. And we have a sneak preview into what Dr. Orly is going to try and cram into ten whole minutes.
22 April - Lucas Smith donates part of the money he made off of the nude painting of Dr. Orly to the Terry Lakin defense fund.
(Scribd link here)
"As you know I've recently sold a painting, 'Orly Taitz and her Exhibits', for $350.00 After eBay fees ($34.50) and Paypal fees ($11.15) my net profit came to $304.35.
Stipulated in the comprehensive terms of sale of 'Orly Taitz and her Exhibits' I am to donate "7.5% of my net profit, from the sale, to Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin or designee that is authorized to accept donations on his behalf and also another 7 .5% to Orly Taitz."
This part is interesting:
"I am thrilled and delighted to accept your perspicuous 04.03.2011 offer to pay for review of Barack Hussein Obama II's 1961 Coast Province General Hospital(CPGH), British Protectorate of Kenya, British Protectorate of Kenya, Mombasa, certificate of birth (2009 certified copy), in person, by what you refer to as a 'certified document forensic investigator'."
O RLY?? Well, not without a FEW catches....
"For the record, I don't believe that a forensic document examiner can/will authenticate the birth certificate in a manner that they might typically authenticate other documents. I offer the following explanations(a thru e) in support of my foregoing opinion: "
Oh, this is going to be good.
"a. This isn't an 'old' document that can be carbon dated or dated with some sort of chemical testing procedure. "
Or, alternately, because it was provided by a known and convicted forger and con artist.
"b. A simple telephone call, email or other correspondence with the issuing hospital in Mombasa,Kenya is not going to suffice in authentication. "
Because they're going to say "Lucas who??"
"c. I don't believe that Kenyans are going to help us and if they do we will have no way of knowing they whether are being sincere or if they are just feeding us disinformation."
Translation - Lucas knows damn well that any investigation will prove his so-called birth certificate is a forgery, so he throws this out as an excuse.
d. A forensic document examiner is going to be putting his or her life LIFE ONTHE LINE (literally) if he or she deems the to be document to be authentic.
*Yawn* More "dead rabbit" claims.
e. The only way that I see this document being authenticated is through painstaking research and analysis.
Maybe you can get Polland/Polarik to do it for you.
22 April - Media Matters reports that Fox News plans to help promote Swiftboat Liar Jerome Corsi's birther book.
"Continuing Fox News' full embrace of birtherism, WND CEO Joseph Farah will reportedly appear on David Asman's program on the Fox Business Network tonight to "talk birth certificate" and discuss Corsi's upcoming book. This should be a friendly place for Farah to promote Corsi's book, considering Asman's recent assertion that before he declares Obama was born in the U.S., he wants to "see all the evidence."
During an interview on Bill Cunningham's radio show last month, Farah claimed to talk to Fox's lead birther Sean Hannity "every day." Farah also suggested that he had been blacklisted by Fox over birtherism: "I was on Fox regularly before this... the minute we started on this campaign, the minute we started putting billboards up across this country, it stopped."
Looks like the ban has been lifted."
22 April - We have an updated birther bill spreadsheet.
(Scribd link here)
In the 16 states that versions of the birther bill has been introduced, none have passed it, and 9 have rejected or vetoed it. In two more states, they're unlikely to proceed further.
22 April - The AP reports on Oklahoma's birther bill.
"Republican leaders are pondering whether to allow the House to vote on a controversial bill that would make Oklahoma the first state to require presidential candidates to prove their citizenship before appearing on the ballot_an outgrowth of persistent suspicions among some conservatives that President Obama was born overseas and should not be eligible for office.
Oklahoma is one of about a dozen states where so-called "birther" legislation has been introduced, but the measures have stalled in most places. State officials in Hawaii, where Obama's birth was recorded in 1961, and national Republican Party officials have discredited the questions about Obama's birthplace. This week, Arizona's Republican governor, Jan Brewer, vetoed a similar measure, saying it was a "bridge too far."
But the Oklahoma Senate and the House Rules Committee have approved a proof-of-citizenship bill sponsored by Sen. Rick Brinkley, R-Owasso, and it is pending on the House floor. House Speaker Kris Steele, R-Shawnee, said he has not decided whether to schedule the measure for a vote before a legislative deadline Thursday. He said he wants to consult with Republican Gov. Mary Fallin, who has kept her distance from the legislation and declined to discuss it publicly."
22 April - James Manning decides to forgive the birthers on his shit list, Miki Booth, Neil Turner, Linda Bentley, Susan Daniels, Mario Apuzzo, and Jim Lichtner
It's funny how he tries to compare himself to Christ without actually doing such. That being said, Manning comes across more like a "house boy" who's trying to get back into the good graces of his white "masters". You would think getting kicked to the curb would get him to rethink his viewpoints, but no, he's still quite willing to crawl on his belly for his fellow birthers.
22 April - You know, I have to at least acknowledge the fact that "One Pissed-off Vietnam Vet" is HONEST about his call / demand for a Coup d’Etat.
"So we’ve eliminated the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Media, and the Judicial/Congress from those who could have saved our republic to aiding its destruction. But we have one more avenue (actually two) left on our countdown list. This last group can make it happen: they have the numbers, they have the experience, and, just as important, they have the weapons."
And just who would this be?
"Calling all Chiefs and Sergeants! Put that coffee cup down and listen up. You, that’s right, get your men together and take over this government."
Wow. He's demanding a military coup right this very minute!
"Arrest everyone, we’ll sort it out later. "
So much for things like "rule of law" and the like......
"Once you kick all the bums out of Washington, name a civilian President to hold office until 2012. Name someone who isn’t a politician; Donald Trump will do. Let him straighten this mess out, and then in a year or so, maybe he’ll want to continue or say the heck with it. The point is, we need your help to get rid of the crooks in Washington now."
Sedition AND incitement to mutiny. Wow, that's special even for him.
I’ll help, and there are thousands more like me who will lend a helping hand to restore the Constitution as the law of the land.
O RLY??
"We’ll find those who are responsible for voter fraud."
Unless they happen to be committing voter fraud for reasons he supports that is.
"We’ll deport every illegal immigrant and Muslims."
Racist much??
"We’ll free Terry Lakin and let him call the shots on the (real) court martial of the Joint Chiefs of Staff."
I see he has the same regard for the UCMJ that Fitzpatrick has.
22 April - The Democratic Governors Association decides to use birthers and birther bills as a fund-raising tool.
"It’s a new low. No matter how many times it’s disproven, Republicans still embrace the dangerous conspiracy theory that President Obama wasn’t born in this country and is not eligible to hold office.
It’s just not true. But that hasn’t stopped Republicans in numerous state legislatures from introducing “birther” bills aimed specifically at undermining President Obama. And it hasn’t stopped Gov. Bobby Jindal (R-Louisiana) from promising to sign one of these bills. More and more states are considering these bills. In Indiana, radical Republican legislators have introduced a birther bill, and if it gets to Gov. Mitch Daniels, you know he will be under extreme pressure to kowtow to the Tea Party and sign it.
ENOUGH! Stand with the DGA today against these birther bills. The Republicans need to stay laser-focused on creating jobs and improving the economy, not supporting sideshow issues in order to score cheap political points. Click here to stop these senseless political games. Show Republican governors like Bobby Jindal and Mitch Daniels that you oppose these so-called birther bills. "
23 April - The Pest and eFail reports that clemency was denied in the Lakin case.
"On or around April 18 notification was sent to MAJ Matthew Kemkes that LTC Lakin’s pleas for clemency were denied and the findings of the court martial were confirmed."
But wait, there's more.
"The standard process for Terry now is the possibility of two stages of appeals before he is formally discharged from the Army. This process could run out a year or more."
It's important to note Lakin will have no pay or duties during that appeal process.
And oh look at comments. (Bold face mine)

Pity your father didn't tell you it was spelled "Slovik" That is, assuming that you're not completely and totally full of bovine excrement.
"I should be so lucky to witness the trial and execution (by hanging) of Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama, the only usurper of the Office of the Presidency of the United States of America since Chester A. Arthur (1881–1885)."

And today's visit from the Secret Service goes to...
23 April - According to the AP, it's quite easy to check for yourself to see what publicly accessible data the State of Hawaii has for Obama's birth.
"Lost in the renewed scrutiny into President Barack Obama's birth records is the fact that anyone can walk into a Hawaii vital records office, wait in line behind couples getting marriage licenses and open a baby-blue government binder containing basic information about his birth.
Highlighted in yellow on page 1,218 of the thick binder is the computer-generated listing for a boy named Barack Hussein Obama II born in Hawaii, surrounded by the alphabetized last names of all other children born in-state between 1960 and 1964.
This is the only government birth information, called "index data," available to the public."
Oh and look.
"Possible Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has repeatedly stoked the birther fires recently, and last month called on Obama to "show his birth certificate." Trump said he has investigators in Hawaii searching for more information.
"Nobody has come in and said they're investigating for Donald Trump," said Department of Health spokeswoman Janice Okubo, who acknowledged they could've come in without identifying themselves as representing Trump."
Wonder if they said "World Net Daily" or something like that.
23 April - The Erie Times-News comments on the Pennsylvania birther bill.
"Pennsylvania has the largest full-time Legislature in the country, and Pennsylvania House Speaker Sam Smith, R-Jefferson County, supports a state constitutional amendment to cut 50 lawmakers.
Doesn't Pennsylvania have enough issues for politicians to decide? Nevertheless, state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Cranberry, has introduced a bill with 28 co-sponsors that would require presidential candidates to file documents proving they are "natural born citizens" in order to qualify for the ballot.
This is an obvious play to the "birthers" who want to falsely claim that President Obama wasn't born in the U.S. "I have not seen the actual documentation," Metcalfe said when asked whether he also doubts that Obama is a U.S. citizen. "I would expect he'd be natural born," he added, according to an Associated Press story.
Our lawmakers have more important things to accomplish than this nonsensical venture into conspiracy theories."
23 April - Paul Vallely whines that he hasn't seen a coup or rebellion yet. In this case, he simply republishes a letter by David F. LaRocque, and let's him do the whining and sedition.
"If we cannot produce millions of people in front of the White House and the Capitol building demanding action on our grievances, then I am afraid that we will have lost our country by default. I do not see any other solution at the present time.
Who is the leader who can inspire the millions of American patriots unwilling to let this Communist take-over of our country stand?
Are you that leader, General Vallely?"

It’s time for action. All the talking, complaining, quibbling and such has resulted in no change to our country and its dilemma. With all our great military leaders active or retired we should be able to form a force of patriots to go to DC and correct the problems facing this great nation by apprehending every elected member of the now uncontrolled government and place guards at their offices and place them in confinement until they could be tried by our new court system for their treasonous dereliction of duty. A good place to start recruitment would be VFW’s, Legions, DAV , VA Centers and general population.Very little training would be required for these type Patriots due to prior experience. The recently elected members are also on this list as they are already kowtowing to to the DC system and failing to do what they were sent to congress to do.
This will let WE THE PEOPLE get our government back to the way our forefathers intended for this country to be governed. Just think of the money this operation will save on bloated salaries and all the retirements that won’t have to be paid.
I’m tired of all this thievery, fraud, treason, and lawless state we’re living in. I hope and pray that someone will take heed and act. I’M READY AND WILLING!!!!!!!!!!!

24 April - The Pest and eFail publishes another racist rant by "One Pissed-off Vietnam Vet"
"Once the takeover by the Obama regime is completed, superficiality will become immediately obsolete. No Congress, no defense attorneys, no recourse, no end to the torment that the original citizens of the United States will be subjected to. "There shouldn't be one Muslim in our country", eh?? It's ironic that such a phrase would be appearing in an article where the writer is claiming Obama is turning the United States into the Forth Reich, since there's very definite echos of what the Jews called the Shoah, the Roms called "the Devouring", and what most English speakers call "the Holocaust".
"There shouldn't be one Muslim in our country"
"There shouldn't be one Jew in our country"
"There shouldn't be one Gypsy in our country"
"There shouldn't be one leftist in our country"
"There shouldn't be one disabled person in our country"
"There shouldn't be one homosexual in our country"
"There shouldn't be one Jehovah's Witnesses in our country"
"There shouldn't be one Freemason in our country"

The rest are refrains heard in Nazi Germany.
And "One Pissed-off Vietnam Vet" has the gall to claim OBAMA is trying to make the US like Nazi Germany.

And today's visit from the Secret Service goes to....
24 April - The Pest and eFail whines that the Democratic Governors Association is actually using birthers and birther bills for - *gasp* - fundraising.
"This letter highlights the problem with the entire issue: No matter how many times Dem, Reps, reporters, etc. say that Obama’s eligibility has been proven none of them can demonstrate that it has been proven."
Except that it has by the State of Hawaii, the US legal code, US Constitution, the US State Department........
"Not one legally admissible piece of evidence can be noted in defense of Obama’s eligibility. Why?"
Actually the reverse is true. There has yet to be any form of credible or legally admissible piece of evidence to support any of the birthers claims.
"Because the courts have repeatedly refused to allow any normal requests for discovery (including documents and witnesses)"
Burden of proof rests upon the accuser.
"and Obama and his representatives have refused to provide even the most basic documents of confirmation."
Actually he has. The birthers refuse to accept this confirmation, but that's their fault, not Obama's.
"Finally, it is very interesting that the DGA labels them “Birther Bills.” Why not label them what they are: “Bills that require candidates to prove their compliance with the Constitutional and state guidelines for office.”
Because most of them are written to deliberately exclude the legal information that Obama has provided, and demand proof that the birthers claim Obama doesn't have. Not to mention a couple that go de Vattelist and demand proof of the parents US citizenship as well.
And look, one of them EVEN ADMITS they're aimed straight at Obama!! (bold face mine)
"Bob1943 says:

I don’t like calling them “birther bills”, or even “eligibility bills”, the more accurate term is, “Barry bills”. Without the obvious usurpation of Obama/Soetoro we would have still needed a way to insure presidential eligibility, which most people wrongly assumed was already being done. However, it took Barry, his enablers and puppet masters pulling off the biggest fraud/scam in history to demonstrate what can happen to the country we love when we abandon the Constitutions requirements for who can hold the job of president of the U.S.A. and commander-in-chief of her military.
We must remove the usurper and take whatever steps necessary to insure in the future that none other than natural born Citizens are allowed to become president, we have seen the results of abandoning that requirement, and it’s not a pretty sight.
Well, at least he's honest in admitting these "birther bills" are aimed directly at Obama....
24 April - Dr. Kate seems to be projecting again.
"Obama has lost the battle to conceal his records and now resorts to his final, desperate tool–blaming the victim. He is now blames Americans for not asking him for his birth certificate."
Well, by "lost the battle" she means "unbroken string of courtroom failures on the part of the birtherstani" and by "blames Americans" she means "hasn't given into the demands of a batch of conspiracy cranks."
"At the LA Fundraiser, Obama said (h/t Army D.A.V.):
“A lot of you got involved when the prospect of electing Barack Hussein Obama to the Oval Office was slim. None of you asked for my birth certificate. It was a complete leap of faith.”
As a "smoking gun" goes, it's the usual birther leaky water-pistol. It's obvious to anyone with a functioning brain cell that Obama was directing his comments to those who's brains aren't taken up with a long-since disproven conspiracy.
But, since Dr. Kate HAS had her brain eaten by birtherism, she doesn't see it as such.
"This is Obama’s abusive behavior. He was supposed to have the honesty and integrity to show all his documentation before he even signed up to run for the office. "
He did. You didn't want to believe or accept it. Next?
"Because no one asked did not mean he could sneak in until someone found him out. And then feign ‘hurt’ and ‘shock’ that anyone would now ask for his documentation."
I wouldn't call it "hurt" or "shock" as much as "bemusement"
"He spent $2 million to fight the disclosure of every single record, and countless more millions bribing, intimidating, forging documents, and quashing all questions of him."
Conspiracy much?
"By blaming the victim (voters, his supporters, the media) for not asking him for his birth certificate and other documentation, and taking a “leap of faith”, he hopes to engender emotional reactions that stop any further questioning. Any of those emotions will do to keep his supporters victims in the dark and blissfully blind. They avoid the hard work of realizing what has happened and pulling themselves out of the obama koolaid whirlpool."
The funny part is, once again, Dr. Kate uses an image that applies more to the birthers than Obama or his supporters. Then again, they've been playing "blame the victim" since day one.
It's the birthers who have demanded people take a "leap of faith" rather than question their claims. It's the birthers who have done their best to keep their supporters in the dark and to avoid the hard work of realizing they've given into a pack of lies" It't the birthers who have failed to pull themselves out of the paranoid whirlpool that is birtherstan.
"And to a large extent the guilt tripping will work, as so many realize that their failure to understand the Constitution, and their civic responsibility to not lose their minds over any candidate, did indeed bring this crisis to America and their children"
Oh, we understand the Constitution quite well. And, unlike you, we have no need to try and rewrite the Constitution to claim things that were never part of it.
"Obama’s first victim to blame was former Lt. Col. Terry Lakin. Obama’s actions were necessary parts of the conspiracy to (a) focus solely on the birth certificate, and (b) demoralize the military at the highest ranks."
You mean the same military that donated to Obama 3:1 over McCain??

25 April - Donald Trump is trying to urge Indiana to revive their birther bill after it was killed off.
"Trump returned phone call from Delph to express support for the resolution Delph sponsored.
"I had about a three-minute conversation with him yesterday on the phone," Delph said. "He's certainly supportive of this effort here in Indiana."
Delph's resolution amounts to a suggestion that lawmakers study the issue over the summer and then pass a law next year that would require presidential candidates to produce a birth certificate. Yet Delph insists this is about the constitution, and not Obama specifically.
When asked, whether he had doubts about Obama’s status as a natural born citizen, Delph said: "That's not the issue in my mind. I don't."
But he'll never convince Tew that the issue isn’t about Obama.
"We've entered the realm of complete nuts, is what we've done," Tew said."
25 April - Radio show host (and birther) Peter Boyles calls Kapiolani Hospital in Hawaii to ask if Obama was born there.
The audio is linked from Boyle's site. What's funny is that the receptionist does acknowledge Obama was born at that hospital and remains polite even after it becomes screamingly obvious Boyle is trying to fish for anything he can, fishing about Obama's school, implying Obama got a scholarship there either due to being a "foreign student" or though Affirmative Action, asking a lot of questions about his father (and almost none about his mother or grandparents), and other such tell-tales.

25 April - The New York Times talks about the "Psychology of the 'Birther' Myth"
"Hawaii state officials have repeatedly confirmed President Obama's birth in Honolulu, and his Hawaiian birth certificate has long been made public. Yet doubts about where Mr. Obama was born persist among a segment of Americans, despite all factual evidence.
A New York Times/CBS News Poll released on Thursday found that 45 percent of Republicans think that Mr. Obama was born in another country, while 33 percent said he was born in America.
Several states are now considering bills to require presidential candidates to provide certified proof that they were born in the United States before they can appear on the ballot. Arizona's governor vetoed the bill there, but Oklahoma lawmakers and those in Georgia are moving forward with similar legislation.
What drives this kind of false political belief and why is it so hard to dispel? "
David O. Sears:
"Party identification and racial resentment are perhaps the two most strongly held contemporary political attitudes. But one might protest, no authoritative sources associate Obama with foreign birth. Wrong. The New York Times and other mainstream media are not considered authoritative sources to most birthers, especially compared with many low-level conservative political operatives, or their like-minded social networks."
James T. LaPlant:
"The “birthers” can be viewed as part of a long tradition in American politics of attacking politicians as “other,” “foreign,” or “not one of us.” At the dawn of our republic, there were fears of the Illuminati and Freemasons. Fear of European influences and cabals were part of the revolutionary fervor in the colonies. In the 1800s, we witnessed an anti-Masonic party and fear of Catholics as part of the concern over foreign and subversive influences."
David P. Redlawsk:
"In the case of President Obama, people who already dislike him at a gut level have little motivation to revise their beliefs, whether about his place of birth or, as we have found in other research, the persisting belief that he is Muslim. It’s not the evidence that matters. Feelings come first, and evidence is used mostly in service of those feelings. Evidence that supports what is already believed is accepted, that which contradicts it is not."
Mark Fenster:
"The president faces a difficult choice. He can respond to questions about his birth certificate either by arguing that he has already provided adequate proof of his birthplace or by producing some additional proof. Neither is likely to persuade those who already disbelieve his efforts to date.
Alternatively, he can refuse to grant these doubts the legitimacy of a response. This strategy could harm his political adversaries by enabling the so-called birthers to capture increasing proportions of Republican primary voters and in the process repel centrist voters. But doing so risks the possibility that disbelief migrates from the hard right of the G.O.P. to the mainstream.
None of these choices would produce a reasoned debate over the president’s legitimacy reasonable enough to persuade committed disbelievers. In an actual debate — say, in a legal or scientific forum — one can try to produce the requisite quantum of data as evidence in order to prove the correctness of a claim."
Nicholas DiFonzo:
"Why don’t people believe the facts that clearly refute the “birther” rumor? To many, this resistance to refutation seems incomprehensible. How could this be?
The answer lies in the increasingly disconnected ideological echo chambers that are distrustful of one another, and of official information sources.
People exist in like-minded social cliques, clans, or clubs. Take the Internet: conservative political blogs tend overwhelmingly to link with other conservative political blogs; liberal blogs to other liberal blogs. This polarization makes for fertile soil for rumors."
Jerrold M. Post:
"For too long, McCarthy opportunistically played out this destructive drama, while political leaders stood by mutely, afraid to reap the whirlwind. It is sad that some political leaders are exploiting the “birther” conspiracy theory, while others stand mutely by, afraid to reap the anger of the true believers. We cannot afford to be distracted by this paranoid thinking from civil debate over the major issues confronting this country."
Michael Barkun:
"Ideas like the “birther conspiracy” would surely never have gotten the traction they currently have 25 or 30 years ago. The difference lies in the radical transformation of the media environment. Before, say, the early or mid-1990s, that environment consisted primarily of major newspapers, television and radio networks, newsweeklies, and wire services, with gatekeepers filtering their content. But now the Internet has dramatically expanded the playing field, producing massive amounts of unfiltered content, widely distributed through the blogosphere.
A dangerous implication of these two factors is their potential to undercut the legitimacy of institutions, since the “birther” idea erodes the legitimacy of the presidential office by implying that Barack Obama has no right to occupy it. Equally disturbing, this kind of conspiracism implies that conventional political action and the electoral process are meaningless. The consequence is political alienation."
25 April - New American covers the upcoming appeal of Keyes/Barnett v Obama.
"Arguments in one of the lawsuits challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President of the United States has finally worked its way through the California court system and will be heard by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on May 2.
“I can’t believe it, but after two years of Obama litigation, for the first time the court of appeals scheduled oral argument in [the] Obama case,” said Orly Taitz, a California attorney who has litigated a number of challenges to Obama.
In this complaint, Taitz represents co-plaintiffs, who include former Ambassador and presidential candidate Alan Keyes, 10 state Representatives, and 30 members of the military.
An attorney representing another group of plaintiffs in a case that was joined to the Taitz case expressed joy at the circuit court’s announcement, saying he was “pleased we’re going to have a chance to argue this issue before the 9th Circuit. We hope they see the merit in the constitutional arguments.”
Yeah, good luck with that Skippy.
Amusingly enough, one of the things Dr. Orly plans to bring up is:
"6. Dr. Taitz has served President Obama with a complaint five times, but she said the President has defaulted and failed to answer the complaint thus far. Taitz asserted that Judge Carter has "defrauded us" [her clients and the American people, in initial District Court filings]. "It was a clear case of an error by the judge, abuse of judicial discretion and possibly judicial misconduct. Not only did Judge Carter dismiss the case; he also used his final order (undoubtedly written by some Obama supporter) to viciously attack me and my clients."
Remember that Judge Carter had to force Dr. Orly to properly serve the attorneys from the US Justice Department, because she kept failing to achieve proper service?? Somehow in Dr. Orly's rat-infested brain, this is somehow Obama's fault. As I have pointed out, you can't default if you weren't served properly and legally.

I enjoy how much suffering the birthers inflict upon themselves day after day. They are swirling in a whirlpool of misery, fear, and hate- mostly of their own creation.
Their pain will increase tenfold when Obama is reelected, which is why I am donating the max to Obama's campaign.

Usually I'm opposed to fear mongering but I can't think of anything scarier than Birthers. Give and give some more.

> his final order (undoubtedly written by some Obama supporter)
Yeah, like that's gonna go over well when she tries to bring that up in the appeals court.
Then again, she might just spend her 10-15 minutes babbling about her nonsense so she can whine afterwards they "didn't let me feeneesh"...

And speaking of Corsi and his book, you should see the Amazon comment section for it. It's a smögåsbord of birther talking points >_>
