Vogt seems to have become the Polarik or TechDude of the long form, with examples like:

Some even have religion. The Birth Certificate would be the source of the same information that would be typed onto the Certificate of Live Birth (the Long Form, COLB). What President Obama released is supposedly the Long Form that the County gets from the hospital, which is typed on a blank form given to the hospitals by the county. That copy is then mailed to the county Board of Health and kept as a legal government document."
Gee, this looks rather.....familiar. I'm all for recycling, but he's now trying to reuse the same arguments that they used against the COLB!!

No, he had to get special permission to get a certified copy of the long form because the State of Hawaii doesn't GIVE those out anymore, just the COLB!

26 May - The Washington Post writes about Lawrence O'Donnell, and Dr. Orly gets a mention.
"Sometimes he goes even further. On the day Obama released his long-form birth certificate last month, O’Donnell had kooky birther Orly Taitz as a guest. O’Donnell tried to beat a mea culpa out of Taitz, repeatedly asking her if she accepted the “veracity” of the document. 26 May - Oh look. Someone's calling for Dr. Onaka's arrest. For, I guess, the crime of certifying that Obama is a natural born US citizen or something equally as foolish.

26 May - And it looks like some of the birtherstani are starting to throw Trump under the bus for daring to claim swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi might be misstating things. World Nut Daily rises to Corsi's defense, claiming Trump got an advance copy of Corsi's book.
"Donald Trump today issued a written statement to the leftist Mother Jones magazine and other news outlets denying he told Jerome Corsi, author of a new bestselling book about Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility, he suspected the birth certificate released by the White House is fraudulent.
Trump also said he had not read Corsi's book, "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President," despite having his staff sign a non-disclosure agreement to get the book three weeks before it was released May 17.
Trump does not deny calling Corsi this week but claims in his statement it was only to congratulate him on the sales of his book."
It's quite possible that Trump himself didn't read it, but that his staff did and mined it for tidbits - since a lot of Trump's birther claims was stuff Corsi claimed in his book.
And it looks like World Nut Daily is going with the "Trump was an Obama plant" claim:

"Was his intent all along to violate the NDA and give it to someone else? Was his intent other than what he represented to us – to go to school on the eligibility issue? Farah and Corsi say Trump talked about a golf course designer he works with – someone Trump described as a "genius" on the computer – who shared with him his expert opinion that the birth certificate was a fraud. Trump said he was considering renewing his calls for Obama to establish his eligibility, but wanted more to go on.
"He kept urging us to hold press conferences – assuring us he'd be right behind us, holding our coats, so to speak" said Farah. "When I pushed him to join us, he quickly backed off – saying he couldn't jump back into the issue right now. I have strongly begun to suspect that Trump had other motives than seeking the truth about Obama. I think he was pumping Corsi for information for some other purpose than being on the right side of history."

One Pissed Off Vietnam Vet has another gem this week on P&E with his "Impeachable President" article - mandating that everybody age 16 or older carry a firearm, and saying that the US should "Deport all deportables - illegal aliens and Muslims". As Patrick has pointed out many times, OPOVV doesn't seem to understand the whole concept of there being natural born US citizens who are Muslim and who he can't just "Deport" somewhere. Maybe next he'll suggest creating a prison island - worked for Australia...
