Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 30 June 2011

In today's dispatches, the Pest and eFail parrots part of the Tea Party / Birther healthcare lawsuit, while a whiney letter demands to know why the Tea Party hasn't gone down the birther rabbithole. Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi finds a "new" "expert" with past experience in certain litterboxes. Cody Judy wants the birthers to pony up some money to give to him.

World Nut Daily does a birther press conference to announce their next waste of wood pulp, namely the court case "WND vs. The Big Meanies at Esquire Who Made Fun of Us!!" Lawrence Sellin complains Congress is lying, by which he means "isn't believing the birthers". And, of course, he continues to flog the "Second American Revolution" and "Second American Civil War" drums.

Several news outlets over World Nut Daily's lawsuit, none of which take WND seriously, though Dr. Kate seems to think that it's the latest birther Great White Hope. And "One Pissed-Off Vietnam Vet" is standing around in footie pajamas going "mommy, daddy, check behind my bed for Muslims please??"

28 June - The Pest and eFail reprints part of the Tea Party / Birther lawsuit in New Jersey.

"It does not matter whether or not Barack Obama Jr was born in Hawaii or not. Because his father was not a citizen of the USA he, Barack Obama Jr, is not a natural born citizen and therefore is not eligible and is therefore not the President of these United States of America. His election was illegitimate as was his name being placed on the ballot. He does not meet the qualifications to hold the office.
Now someone is going to start screaming “Birther” and ignore the simple and publicly acknowledged facts and issues. "

I don't know if this is a case of screaming "birther" as much as simply stating the blindingly obvious that the writer is a birther.

Birther Spotlight - Lawrence Sellin

Lawrence Sellin seems to be showing up more and more of late in birtherstan. And he seems to be an....interesting character.

A Ph.D. who was a former Army Reserve colonel, he lives in Helsinki, Finland as a defense contractor. Outside of that, he was known for articles like this 15 November 2009 UPI one on Afghanistan.

"A new strategy for Afghanistan can correct many of our past errors, if we do so in time. By effectively addressing the Afghanistan-Pakistan cultural environment within the context of a comprehensive and bottom-up counterinsurgency program and in cooperation with allies and regional partners, it is still possible to reverse the momentum of the Taliban and avert a disaster potentially affecting all of southwest Asia.

Mr. President, faster please."

He started going more to the right around 15 June 2010 though.

"Much of our current leadership seem less committed to addressing critical national security issues than pursuing political agendas dedicated solely to the perpetuation of personal power and privilege.

Soon, after this piece, he was deployed to Afghanistan, where he served as a staff member for Gen. David Petraeus. Where, on 24 August 2010, he released this rant to UPI about PowerPoint slideshows and his commanding officers.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 28 June 2011

In today's dispatches, a new Polland/Polarik video. Lawrence Sellin seems to be selling treason to the birtherstani. Walter Fitzpatrick makes the local news.

Dean Haskins seems to be annoyed that people are telling him to leave them alone, so his response is to unleash the birtherstani flying monkeys at the offenders.

Dr. Kate loves what Sellin is selling, and does her own call to treason. The Pest and eFail publishes a particularly ugly whiney letter. And Terry Lakin wants the Army to go "aw shucks, it's okay, you can have your retirement benefits back."

20 June - Ron Polland / Polarik continues his decent into conspiracy theories, with a new video claiming that an unknown (and non-US citizen) woman is Obama's real mother.

"His mother was a white Christian...but she's not from Kansas anymore, Toto, and not an American, either ."

What this shows is that Polland / Polarik has discovered photo-morphing software. And that's pretty much it.

This follows on his 23 March video where he claimed Obama's father was Malcolm X. So he new seems to be claiming that his father was a US citizen but his mother was not.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 24-27 June 2011

In today's dispatches, Sharon Rondeau gives Dr. Orly an open mike at the Pest and eFail, and Philip Berg gets a grumpy because of it. "Ulsterman" continues his fiction. Carl Swensson tries to convince the birtherstani he really is on their side, honest, even going to sit though Walter Fitzpatrick's verdict.

Rep. Allan West continues to get crossed off of the birthers card lists. Dr. Kate is upset towards the former speaker of the house and wants to revoke citizenship for everyone who doesn't believe like she does. "One Pissed-Off Vietnam Vet" suggests that law enforcement might be keeping an eye on him.

Gee, I can't imagine why.

Jerome Corsi finds another expert that isn't, and writes another article that doesn't say what the headline is. World Nut Daily releases the results of another poll, but doesn't release anything pesky like "numbers" or "data" or "questions asked" with it. Reality Check Radio gets both a real document expert and a fake one in the same show.

Lame Cherry gives their forgery opinion. "Birther Report's" trip around the world doesn't seem to match up to actual flights. And Dr. Orly appeals to more useless international agencies.

13 June - Sharon Rondeau lets Dr. Orly print her spin on Dr. Orly's FOIA lawsuit.

"Taitz has redacted the last four numbers of the social security number which her investigators have identified as being used fraudulently by Barack Hussein Obama, who currently occupies the highest office in the land."

Problem is that the local rules for that court state the the first FIVE are to be redacted, not the last four. Dr. Orly can't ever seem to follow the rules, can she?

"A subpoena has been issued to the Director of the Hawaii Department of Health requesting all information in their possession on Obama’s social security number. Taitz stated that she expects the Health Department to say that they are state officials rather than federal officials and therefore do not have to honor her subpoena."

No, instead they correctly pointed out the "subpoena" wasn't valid and that under state law they couldn't give you that information anyway.

"Taitz also told The Post & Email that the lawsuit filed against her by Atty. Philip Berg is about to yield a new 800-page complaint and is consuming much of her time and energy"

Ah, continue, the birtherstani civil war does.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 22-23 June 2011

In today's dispatches, the Pest and eFail continues their proud tradition of whiney letters. Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi comes up with two separate World Nut Daily articles where the title doesn't match what is actually said in the article. Almost as if he's, oh, I dunno, lying.

Dr. Kate wants a Sheriff to come and arrest the scary black man. "Loren" uncovers evidence from the Dawn of Birtherism. Rep. Allan West, long the darling of the birtherstani, takes a massive fall from birther grace when he blames Lakin's troubles on....wait for it....the birtherstani. Which results in a massive hissy fit against West.

Dr. Orly gets told off by a real attorney, which is cause enough to send her cavity creeps and assorted minions off to harass the woman in question. Joseph Farah manages to godwin himself AND show a lack of historical knowledge to boot. Oh, and comes up with a new warning device for drivers as well.

21 June - The latest whiney letter at the Pest and eFail, this one claiming that the Congressional Research Service memos are relying too much on things like "facts" and "information" and "legal history" and the "Constitution", rather than saying what the birthers want to hear.

"I’d written you a few weeks ago but it may have been “lost in the shuffle.” Since that time I’ve done my own private poll of a sampling of three percent of current Congressmen and find an appalling lack of knowledge of our “elected officials” as to the requirements for Presidential eligibility. "

In other words, the Members of Congress didn't say what you wanted to hear.

"I’d also suggest a Congressional investigation as to the genesis and authorship of both Memos as they are a serious waste of tax money AND are clearly politically biased which should not be the province of an “unbiased” Congressional service. "

Am I the only one who finds it funny that a birther is calling CRS biased because it's not giving THEIR biases and lies any credibility??

In today's dispatches, "Rudy", aka "LoneStar1776" shows the world the definition of "bigot". Joseph Farah seems to think this week will be AOK for the birtherstani. Devvy Kidd is still having problems that there's a scary black man in the oval office.

Two updates in the birtherstani civil war, while RacerJim makes a comment at Dr. Orly's that may have been too foul even for the nitrous queen.

Dean Haskins doesn't like being told "no, you're full of it, go away" by elected officials. World Nut Daily notices the birther bills didn't do has well as they were expecting, and warns people that there's a chance other dusky-hued US citizens might want to be President someday. Dr. Orly still wants her default judgement. James Manning interviews the birthers favourite Blue Falcon. The Pest and eFail asks why the CIA hasn't done something about Obama. We have some birther humor, and Dr. Kate whines again.

14 June - Just in case you wanted to know what a class act Rudy "LoneStar1776" was, he posts a video of him urinating on a burning copy of an English translation of the Qu'ran. Not to mention a copy of Obama's long form.

Charming individual.

Oh, and he's flying his US flag backwards to boot.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 17 June 2011

In today's dispatches, World Nut Daily's blog war against debunkers continue, complete with a comment threat that is simply chock full of racist birther asshats. Lame Cherry weighs in at their blog as well.

Birther Report uses T&A to explain why they're going to Hawaii for "research". Dr. Orly gets all ranty and screechy about people who dare to disagree with her, while Sher Zieve pens a love note to her.

The Pest and eFail publishes not one, but two articles calling for coups and military revolts. Including one that seems to be expecting the military to act any day now. It's interesting to note that the racism at the Pest and eFail has become far more overt since comments were turned off as well.

16 June - World Nut Daily continues their blog war against the Fogbow, with an article that was original under Jerome Corsi's byline, and was later edited to remove such. Which of course means that World Nut Daily takes full ownership of the contents.

"A radical leftist sidekick of Bill Bryan, aka "PJ Foggy," who writes Internet comments typically supporting Bryan on pro-Obama extremist websites such as Politijab.com and Fogbow.com is Kurt Coleman, who posts under the username "Rikker."

"Sidekick" eh?? I would rate "Rikker" and "Foggy" at roughly the same activity level actually, and both are damn good at uncovering facts and information that the birthers would rather not have people see.

"Rikker" even went to a courtroom to get the full report in one of Dr. Orly and Philip Berg's skirmishes. Though the fact he noticed Dr. Orly was going commando under her inappropriately short skirt should mandate some treatment for PTSD.

"Among the claims by PJ Foggy and Rikker are that they have taken steps and have encouraged others to take steps to interfere with presidential eligibility litigation brought by attorney Orly Taitz and to abuse anti-Obama posters on Fox News host Greta Van Susteren's blog."

By "taken steps" they mean "debunked lies"

"After the WND article exposing PJ Foggy as Bill Bryan, many Obot posts encouraged Bryan to file a defamation lawsuit against WND."

With good reason.

In today's dispatches, World Nut Daily keeps claiming forgery. Keyes v Bowen is conferenced for the Supreme Court. Walter Fitzpatrick shows he's just as much an immature toddler when told "no" as Dr. Orly.

The Pest and eFail publishes a letter to the Supreme Court from Gordon Epperly, which boils down to "how dare they allow Negros and Women to hold office like they were human beings or something like that". But the Pest and eFail isn't racist, oh no..... And Dr. Kate complains about being called "racist" and then goes racist on the reader.

The biggest nugget is Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi's chock full o' libel attack piece on the gentleman that runs "The Fogbow". An attack piece that should, in a fair and just world, end up with "Foggy" owning World Nut Daily, Corsi's home, and Joseph Farah's supply of mustache dye. And Walter Fitzpatrick joins in with a whine on his own.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 15 June 2011

In today's dispatches, Dr. Orly reacts to her being told "no" by the State of Hawaii Department of Health by trying to go over their heads and blackmailing said person. Padawan Pauly thinks the Tea Party / Birther Case in New Jersey is Very Important Indeed even if it doesn't expressly quote his Sacred Sperm of Citizenship theory.

The word is out on Louisiana's birther bill - put a fork in it cher', it's being dead. Speaking of things dying, Corsi's book continues its freefall.

Cody Judy wants to run for President on the "Looney Nutjob Birther" ticket, and Dr. Kate thinks the time for action is now......but just can't seem to think what that action should be.

14 June - So how does Dr. Orly handle being told "no" by the State of Hawaii Department of Health??

By writing a letter to President Barack Obama demanding his permission for her to see his birth records.

No, I'm not kidding. (Malware and redirect warning)

You mean "Dear President Obama"

"On April 27 2011 with great fanfare you unearthed your long form birth certificate"

Yep. The one you all kept insisting didn't exist.

You mean "100 legal actions by birthers, all of which have failed", right?

As for "keeping it sealed", well, as anyone in the reality-based community knows, the short COLB was an authentic and legal document by the State of Hawaii.

In today's dispatches, Lolli Lolli Lolli continues to spew bile bile bile at the Pest and eFail fail fail.

Meanwhile Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi blames the fact that the birthers ate up the Bomford Fake Keyan birth certificate on....are you ready......birther debunkers. Rather than, oh, I dunno, a group of credible fools willing to believe anything that supports their conspiracy theories. Meanwhile, "Birther Report" gets all hot and bothered about Corsi's attack on debunkers. Not surprising, since their lies get more traction if nobody challenges them.

The Pest and eFail publishes a "white paper" warning about the spread of Radical Mexican Muslims and calls for the United States to trash the Constitution, organize itself as a police state, and kick Guam, Samoa, and Puerto Rico out of the US clubhouse. And "Defend Our Freedoms" has some information that Corsi seems to have....overlooked somehow.

12 June - At the Pest and eFail, William Lolli (Lolli Lolli get your traitors there) joins the birtherstani choir of the dammedfools in calling the long form "proven-as-forged".

Well, yes. If you accept the claims of a man who also believes in Pyramid Power and Multi Dimensional Reality that is.

"Before the White House released the now-proven-as-forged Long Form Birth Certificate, many of us were warning the Birther Community and Constitutionalists that Obama & Company were about to ‘pull a fast one’ on the public, the mainstream media [MSM], and draw an ‘I dare you to cross me’ line in the sand to any who questioned the authority of The One."

Translation - "Wahhh! He might actually call our bluff and present facts and evidence!!!"

"The LFBC was released with a big media splash, the MSM certified it as a completely valid [wink-wink] document, the Corsi book was trashed as pulp-fiction, and Corsi himself was blacklisted by the MSM and Fox News as being unworthy of interviews."

Maybe because the long-form was valid, Corsi's book was pulp fiction, and Corsi dared to talk to nobody but other nutjobs and conspiracy cranks.

Funny thing that.

Well, first we have to have Judge Lamberth actually ISSUE or have approved a court-ordered subpoena. If that's ignored, then your claim might be valid. Until the court actually issues subpoenas though......

"I suspect he will take his cue from the other federal district court judges and do nothing. It would not surprise me that these ‘good ol’ boys’ talk to each other about — and characterize — Taitz as a smarty-pants upstart."
