In today's dispatches, Pam Barnett wants her judge to recuse herself because Barnett is afraid the judge has Obama cooties. Slate notices disturbing similarities. A tea party double-header, as Jeff Lichter in Arizona has some groups demand Congress investigate Obama's citizenship, and tea party birthers in South Carolina learn the difference between "free market" and "copyright theft".

"LoneStar1776" posts another hate-filled rant. The ABA comments on Dr. Orly's SSA case, while Dr. Orly prepares ANOTHER FOIA case. And the Pest and eFail seems to think it's birther veterans week.

25 July - Pam Barnett files a request for Judge Mueller to recuse herself in her jihad against Damon Dunn, because, Pam Barnett doesn't consider her a real judge.

26 July - Slate notices the similarities between Anders Behring Breivik and birthers.

"More recently, right-wing illegitimism has taken the form of birtherism. The attempt to prove that Barack Obama isn't American-born was, at base, an attempt to prove that he is illegitimate and that he therefore deserves to be removed from power—somehow. birtherism is also linked to other forms of illegitimism, such as the belief that Obama is a Muslim, and is thus controlled by international jihadists, or the belief that he is "Kenyan" and thus motivated by anti-colonial hatred of white people in general and Americans in particular. It is not accidental that the one note of sympathy for Breivik in the U.S. media came from the lips of birtherist and illegitimist Glenn Beck, who helpfully compared the young Norwegians murdered by Breivik to "Hitler Youth." Presumably if they are Hitler Youth, then they deserved to die?"

26 July - Arizona birther and Tea Party nut Jeff Lichter get two TP groups in that state to pass motions demanding Congressional Investigations into Obama's citizenship.

And third, is the recently released long form birth certificate which he personally endorsed on April 27, 2011 from the White House Press Room legitimate and identical to an original held by the Department of Health in Hawaii or was it a forged document and therefore a felony under U.S. Criminal codes?"

26 July - The ABA Journal comments on Judge Lamberth's order against Dr. Orly.

"Taitz, who this time around is seeking information from the Social Security Administration concerning a claim that Obama has used the social security numbers of other individuals, included full social security numbers and redacted only the last four digits of social security numbers, the judge said. She was supposed to include only the last four digits and redact the rest of the social security numbers.

“After making the somewhat hysterical claim in her motion for reconsideration that there may be ‘an employee in this court, who is intentionally sabotaging’ her, plaintiff engaged the court’s courtroom deputy clerk in a lengthy, accusatory conversation,” Lamberth wrote. “There is no logical explanation she can provide as to why she is now wasting the court’s time, as well as staff’s time, with these improper redactions.”

Lamberth said he hadn't sanctioned Taitz only because the Social Security Administration didn't request that she be penalized."

27 July - Still operating under the delusion that elected officials have to do what she demands or else, Dr. Kate goes de Vattel on Marco Rubio.

"Rubio’s supporters, including republicans who don’t think about Article II, obots still trying to justify Obama’s existence, and the Tea Party, will want to bury Rubio’s natural born citizen issue first and foremost, perpetuating or covering up the constitutional crisis we are in with the usurper Obama. This will be done either for expediency to defeat Obama or continuing to cover for Obama, but it perpetuates a disservice to our Constitution."

Or, maybe, just maybe, it's because they're correct and Dr. Kate and friends are wrong.

27 July - Judge Lamberth's order makes the pages of Wonkette.

"Famous birther drag queen Orly Taitz is so frustrated right now, because no one will listen to her important ideas about Barack Obama’s fake social security number. She can’t even get justice in the court, probably because everyone there is a secret Kenyan with a fake social security number, too. Oh and also because she keeps “displaying her own stupidity,” by not knowing how to redact information. Maybe they don’t teach that sort of thing in Lunatic Dentist Lawyer College. But really, how can Orly Taitz be expected to properly redact a social security number when someone in the court is clearly sabotaging her case?"

27 July - The Pest and eFail publishes a call to action by Paul Vallely to "patriots and veterans" who don't like the scary black guy in the WHITE House.

"Now we must demand Patriots and Veterans (the backbone of America) stand up and sound a Paul Revere call to all people in your towns and communities that America is in serious jeopardy of being destroyed before our very eyes. The real threats to our country must be realized by all and action taken before unrecoverable damage occurs.

27 July - In South Carolina:

"A Tea Party (or Tea P-Arrrrrr!-ty) leader in South Carolina was arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling pirated versions of Microsoft software, Photoshop, and the Rosetta Stone language programs.

Anthony and Michael Trinca, 61 and 23 respectively, were arrested after a witness claimed that in May he purchased six copies of Rosetta Stone from Anthony Trinca through Craigslist for $125 each, but then discovered they were fake when tried to resell two of them. After refunding his own customers, the victim said he tried to get his money back from Trinca, who refused.

According to WMBF News, the victim picked up four of the six copies of the software from Trinca's home in Myrtle Beach, where he he says he noticed copies of other kinds of software as well that appeared to be heavily underpriced.

Anthony Trinca is president of the Grand Strand Tea Party -- whose site happily autoplays the Crimson Tide theme music. It also features a (probably) photoshopped picture of a pair of elderly people giving the finger, because, as the site says, "seniors in REVOLT" over the AARP's "

28 July - Dr. Orly posts a draft of a whole new FOIA lawsuit, this one against White House counsel Kathy Ruemmler. (Malware and redirect warning)

"8. Next day, on June 3rd, Taitz forwarded to Ms. Ruemmler request for inspection of the two “certified copies” of the original long form birth certificate for Mr. Obama, which allegedly were hand carried to the White House by Perkins Coie attorney, Ms. Judith Corley and provided to the public and reporters by the former White House counsel, another Perkins Coie attorney, Mr. Robert Bauer. Taitz requested inspection of those allegedly “certified copies”, that are now in Ruemmler’s custody.

9. Ruemmler did not respond.

10. Taitz forwarded to Ruemmler a second request under 5 USC 552 Freedom of Information act.

11.Ruemmler did not respond."

Why respond to the illegal requests from the crazy lady??

"14. 5 USC 552 (6) private records exception does not apply in this case, as Barack Obama already made the document in question public by posting it on WhiteHouse.gov. At this point privacy is no longer at issue. The only issue is forgery, which can be ascertained by the inspection of the hard copies of the document."

Actually it would be more like "Does the State of Hawaii confirm these are valid? Yes? okay, case dismissed"

28 July - At the Pest and eFail, Neil Turner wants to know where the birther veterans are.

"Just as many citizens also question whether the most recent White House released Birth Certificate is legally valid, or instead, a proven forgery. (HINT: it IS a proven forgery)."

Funny how the State of Hawaii disagrees with the birther stable of so-called "experts".

"Inasmuch as all appeals to Congress for redress of grievances on this issue have been ignored, and all legal actions regarding this issue in the Federal Courts have been dismissed by the Judiciary, it is time for those who have defended this Republic in the past, America’s Military Veterans, to now demand that Congress hold hearings to determine the validity of the Birth Certificate, and to determine if the facts prove whether or not a “natural born Citizen” sits at the pinnacle of elected power of the Executive Branch of The United States Government."

Being for accuracy, I have to criticize the Slate article. Beck may be a feckless fuckwit and total douchebag asshole, but he's never been a birther. When even Beck mocks birthers, that says something about just how crazy birtherism is.
