25 August - Charles Dyer has been captured.
"The search for Oklahoma fugitive Charles Dyer ended Thursday morning in the Fort Bend County community of Pecan Grove.
Dyer was walking down the street with no shirt when a Fort Bend County deputy spotted him around 8 a.m., according to the FBI.
He surrendered peacefully in the 9700 block of Mason Road near Farmer Road.
“He was arrested and taken to the Fort Bend County jail, where a fingerprint check confirmed his identity,” Houston FBI spokesperson Shauna Dunlap said in a written statement.
Dyer told deputies he hadn't eaten in four days."

After making all this noise, the guy just "pussies" out cause he is hungry. This guy never learned how to live off the land in the USMC. I guess he didn't pay attention in basic to survival.

Looks like being on the run was not his cup of "tea". I am sure they will settle him into his new home where the opportunity to take a little trip is severely circumscribed.

Speaking of punking out, I read somewhere that motor-mouth Dina is now back off even more from the lie about the President's SS#.
First he was full-throating the "he has the SS# of a 120-year old." Then, when confronted on it, he claimed that he never claimed or supported that statement, but that the President is "using a SS# not assigned to him." Now, I see that he merely thinks that the President's SS# in "questionable."

Good to hear is contained and maybe, some time in a cell may give him an opportunity to consider his actions. Clearly, he is not cut out for the lifestyle he was professing. A group of 14 year old Boy Scouts would have had an easier time (as long as they took Wilderness Survival.
I thought it was odd that he traveled near to a major metropolitan area. I would have though running east towards the Ozarks would have been easier. There are many there who, at minimum, have the same distrust of the government and would likely not give him up. I read that he was trying to get help from fellow Oathkeepers, but as Darren found it, when faced with real danger, many of these Militia sort tend to run and hide quickly.

I guess possibly raping his 7 year old gives him something to do.
I am reminded of Eric Rudolph(sp) who was hiding out in NC countryside for a couple of months. He did much better at surviving than this pussy. One point in Old Eric's favor is that he isn't accused of raping a 7-year old girl. That probably helped him get assistance from folks in the country. That and it probably solved a couple of burglaries.

On the one hand we can make fun of him for "wimping out", but personally I am happy it ended this way. Honestly I had no ill wishes towards him in a mortal sense. Let him stand trial, and let justice be blind in all that. Regardless I am happy that no one was harmed including Dyer himself, I don't wish to see him getting killed. If the charges are true I would rather him spend his time in prison away from humanity and not becoming a martyr more than he will become to a few.
It is easy to laugh, but I am simply thankful that these people don't go crazy and do something stupid.

The direct discussions I had with Sgt. Dyer, tells me without a doubt he is already a victim of a gross injustice and malicious prosecution strongly driven by Child Protective Services who is adamant that he NEVER sees his daughter again even if he is fully acquitted! This man has already been crucified and there is little to no hope of a fair trial, the same as Vladek Filler in Maine and countless other men like them.
This kind of tyranny must be exposed as anyone else could meet this fate. Recently in Ontario we had William Mullins-Johnson freed after serving over 12 years in prison for a murder he did not commit. There too, CAS/CPS was deeply behind the drive to destroy an innocent man aided by the disgraced pathologist, charles randal smith. William was recently awarded $4.25 million by the Ontario Government which does not and can not replace 12 years of one's life! Another man E.P. who I can not name has recently been freed from prison on bail pending appeal. He was charged, convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison for a rape against his own child that never happened!
