"Several weeks after U.S. District Chief Judge Royce Lamberth issued a rebuke to to birther activist, attorney and dentist Orly Taitz over her handling of a Freedom of Information Act request for social security information, Lamberth issued an order Tuesday morning dismissing the case.
Taitz, who lists a California address, sued the Social Security Administration in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia seeking information on the living holder of a particular social security number. After service at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and in Vietnam, Judge Lamberth served in the Litigation Division of the Office of the Judge Advocate General of the Army at the Pentagon from 1971 to 1974."
I suspect University of Texas School of Law trumps Taft Skool of Law and Stuff.

But has Lamberth acted ethically in this instance? The plaintiff, Orly Taitz, did not seek the social security number of a living person, but rather, had requested a copy of the application filed by the original holder of the number which is now reportedly being used by Obama.
Which the SSA has stated is held by a living person. Next?

The SSA seems to disagree with her. Then again Daniels also claims SSN numbers are never changed, yet the SSA's website shows people how to request a new number.

However, Susan Daniels, the licensed private investigator whose sworn affidavit stated that the number had been assigned to a person born in 1890 from the state of Connecticut, had stated that social security numbers are never reissued and therefore Obama was using it fraudulently. Why did Lamberth ignore this evidence of a crime?"
Because the database Daniels used states up front the SSN data may not be accurate. I suspect the Social Security Administration may have somewhat more accurate data about Social Security Numbers than Susan Daniels does.

What "racially-motivated flash mob attacks on non-black US citizens"?? I have found exactly two confirmed cases to such on-line, and one was at the Wisconsin State Fair on 11 August.
What I have found is a lot of claims and hype about such on right wing blogs though, including an American Stinker article that cited a case in Denver in 2009.
Sellin also mentions attacks against bicyclists in St. Louis on 25 August. Somehow Sellin sees this as all the fault of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Seriously though, what I see is Sellin and his friends TRYING to stir up a "race war", trying to stir up attacks, trying to stir up an attempt at rebellion. The amazing thing is they're trying to blame the very groups and people they're targeting. Which makes me wonder if the line of thought goes something like "we would have left them alone if they hadn't gotten so uppity and above themselves. It's their fault, really it is! They just didn't know their place....."
And what's interesting is both Kerchner and Sellin have used the "race riot" claim in the last 24 hours.......

"I don't believe I have ever seen as much racial division as there is today in this country. You would think that having had a "black" (using this term loosely here because I don't think of him as black, I think of him as a Muslim dictator) president that these black radicals would be happy, but I guess not. That leaves me to wonder - what is it that will make them happy? I think (unfortunately) that I have the answer to that; they want all whites dead. Nothing more, nothing less, they want whites dead. They have absolutely no clue as to how lucky they are to be in this country at all. Had Lincoln lived they would now be taking over South America - not the US.

They truly are trying to stoke something to give themselves an excuse to act violently themselves.
They are looking to setup a self-fulfilling prophecy.
