Second off, as was explained before, Obama had to specifically request a copy of his long form, and the request had to be approved by the Director of Health BEFORE the copy was made. And it was explained in the document trail with said document that they ordinarily don't release copies of that record. So gee, no big surprise there.

Again, there is no credible evidence to support the claim that Obama was born outside of the United States. There is a considerable amount of evidence to lead people to conclude that yes, he was born in the United States.

Notice here that Rondeau admits to the fact that the birthers were prepared to reject any long form released as a forgery, sight unseen.
And since the State of Hawaii has confirmed (repeatedly) that both the short form COLB and long form are valid copies of their records, then by law they can't be forgeries since they were issued by the state agency responsible for such records.

16 September - Ron Polland / Polarik comes up with his latest flight of insanity. Not content with his previous claim that every single picture of Obama and his parents and grandparents are forgeries, he's now insisting that the "Nordyke" birth certificates are themselves forgeries!
As many of you know, the Nordykes are twins born around the same time Obama was. The birthers originally held up their certificates as proof of "what a 'real' birth certtifcate looks like", and, after Obama released the long form and it looked like the Nordyke certificates, as proof Obama's long form was a forgery due to supposed problems with the serial numbers.
Now, for those in the reality based community, the supposed "inaccuracies" in the serial numbers are due to the fact that Obama and the Nordykes were born on a weekend and the certificates were more than likely processed the following monday. That's not good enough for Polland / Polarik though.

Actually something interesting here. Polland / Polarik shows what looks like the same heavily redacted long form that Paul Irey used in Corsi's latest World Nut Daily article. Except the fact he seems to have the entire certificate number - or more of it than World Nut Daily showed. I wonder if Polland/Polarik and Paul Irey got it from the same source. Or, for that matter, if Polland/Polarik WAS Irey's source. He's forged copies before, after all.
As for his claims about the Nordyke certificates being "cut and paste" from each other, he overlays one over the other to show they're almost identical. Except they aren't it seems. Which he explains away by saying the differences are deliberate to make them look different when they really aren't.
Polland / Polarik also claims that the State of Hawaii has been deliberately forging birth certificates for "illegal aliens" since statehood so that they can commit mass welfare fraud.

Polland / Polarik is so in love with his own theories that he's obviously making things up to try and explain away anything that doesn't match his theories. Which just continues to build and build into a birther burrito of bullshit.

See http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/79955.pdf. However, the applicant is not required to provide documentary evidence to support his/her responses. One way to obtain the information necessary to complete this portion of the application is to ask one's parents or other family members where Mom and Dad were born.
