Some Other Patrick

Pretend for a moment that Malcolm X was Barak Obama's father.

According to Wikipedia, he was born: Malcolm Little on
May 19, 1925 in Omaha, Nebraska.

So Barack Obama would be then have been born of Two American Citizen parents on American Soil... HMMmmmMMM....

Patrick McKinnion

Some Other Patrick - Oh, they've already explained that away. See, even if Malcolm X WAS Obama's father, his mother was still married to Barack Obama Sr. and his name is on the birth certificate, which makes him legally Obama Sr's son and therefore (da taaa) not a natural born citizen according to the de Vattelists.

Yeah, it makes my head hurt too.

Wow...the unhinged are becoming even more so.. from merely whiney and dopey letters to govt officials, they are now starting to get "threaty" towards said officials in their tone. If they keep pushing that envelope, they will learn that threatening any government official is against the law.

More and more of these idiots are just putting themselves on a pathway to jail time.

ALSO: Sounds like Moran's whole family lives up to its name...

Hektor

Yeah Pat, but isn't the birth certificate a forgery? And what Hawai'i has in its vaults the true Malcolm X sekrit Muslim BC? So a forged document conveys British Citizenship or something? Oh I know, he was probably born in Kenya anyways or gave up his citizenship because Lolo Soetoro adopted him.

The Magic M

> they are now starting to get "threaty" towards said officials in their tone

Pure desperation. Such online threats usually come from people who wouldn't dare confront a fifth grader on the street.

I also noticed on WND that they usually excel in the "blood must flow, but not mine" / "we need people to get it done, but I'm kinda busy right now, so..." babble.

"ut you know full well that not a single case has been judged because they all know they cannot rule that Obama is a Natural Born Citizen"

Obviously Ankeny vs. Daniels has fallen into the birfer memory hole. "It didn't happen" is the party line, it seems.

The Magic M

> appellants have provided no information about themselves beyond the fact that they are New Jersey residents and believe that the Act is unconstitutional. These allegations are insufficient to establish standing.

I think they really pulled an Orly on this one.

I mean, how could they have been so stupid, given the case history of birfer cases failing to establish standing? Was it so hard to specifically state how the act affected them?
It really makes you think these people fail on purpose (but maybe I'm giving them too much credit, maybe they're actually not just stupid but dumb as a brick).

(Just like Orly who still doesn't manage to properly serve defendants, though she's been told several times how to do it.)

I completely agree...although this bully/coward mindset is always hoping to incite some other "lone wolf" to act out their sick fantasies for them.

I see there is a P&E update today from Moran the Moron in which he reveals that he did go to DC & has been warned by the Secret Service yet again.

He whines that he is running out of cash and that no other Birthers have come to join him on his quest. He's put out a desperate plea to the Birther community & WND to publish his screed and encourage other Birthers to join him in DC before his financial ability to stay there completely runs out.

He fits that same description. He is all bark and no bite (thankfully, at least so far). He is just trying to be a martyr and incite a lone wolf to join him and do his dirty work for him. Fortunately, the rest of the birther community is made up of folks who are even more cowardly armchair warriors than he is, so he's more likely to get *crickets* and excuses instead of any compatriots on his fools quest.

Yes, I think you've given them too much credit. As others often say, ODS causes brain damage. Such irrational hate has made them dumb as a brick. They are hopeless beyond hope.

The question in my mind is just how much further can they deteriorate as a result of this condition. They seem to truly be approaching "Darwin Award Candidate" territory.

At some point, one of them is probably going to suffer a fatal accident just trying to tie their own shoes....

> At some point, one of them is probably going to suffer a fatal accident just trying to tie their own shoes....

And no doubt this will be "Obama's fault" as well...

> so he's more likely to get *crickets* and excuses instead of any compatriots on his fools quest

I fondly remember one guy in the P&E comments section who wrote about his not coming to the "National Action Day" (or whatever Theresa Cao's rally was called) with the excuse of "I'd have to sleep in the car". Gee, those people are really *really* fine "protectors of the Constitution". Kiddies are willing to sleep on the streets to get tickets for Robbie Williams, but people believing there is a "national emergency and constitutional crisis" can't even spend one night in their car...

Then again, I'm glad birthers aren't the most activist lot.

Hear, hear!
