Daryn Moran claims to be in Washington DC, where his reports seem to be less "I'm arresting Obama" and more "Whine, I'm broke and can't figure out my smartphone".
Walter Fitzpatrick is in solitary. Charles Kerchner is upset that the Secret Service is keeping an eye on Moran rather than, you know, ignoring the Constitution and illegally arresting that uppity black guy. Someone needs to point out to JB Williams that when you cite a source to back you up, make sure it actually backs you up.
And Keyes v Bowen officially assumes room temperature.

I think the court was referring to Hollister illegally doing a change of address to have Obama's record sent to his address.

2 October - A "relative" (read, father) of Daryn Moran reports that Moran is supposedly in Washington DC and things aren't going well.

2 October - The Pest and eFail reports that Walter Fitzpatrick is in solitary confinement.

Actually Patrick, yes she did attack the Judge (even if indirectly) claiming all the “brunches” were corrupt even his.

If I recall, though she had already crossed the line with Land, partially for attempting to get reconsideration after her client had left her, the real nasty came with Orly's Response to Land's Show Cause order. He asks her to show cause why she should not have been fined $10,000 and she responds by showing why he should fine her $20,000. Well, I suppose she was successful. He did not fine her $10K.

Noticed this as well. However, since WND proves how birthers cannot not read proper English, or think for themselves, or, mostly, read beyond the headline, a whopping 100% of them will not notice that.
Textbook example. Just read another one on Orly's site where a commenter claimed "A => B", and when he was shown A was not correct, he retorted "but A => B proved B, so A must be correct!".

I see birthers cite stuff that doesn't support them all the time. I think most just cut and paste or repeat what they read on a birther blog rather than actually reading something. Most think that John Jay actually defined natural born in accordance with Vattel and seem shocked to find out differently. Of course, other are just stupid.
