WWJD

Patrick, you missed Darren Huff's conviction and immediate incarceration until sentencing at the end of February, 2012.

Patrick McKinnion

WWJD - You know, I DID write that entry too. Wonder what happened to it. Gahhh, having a Dr. Orly moment......

G

Patrick - FYI, most of your references to Karl Rove have a w in place of a v in his last name... so another quick editing find/replace correction to make.

Suranis

"Founding fathers must be up to 10K RPM turning in their graves."

You know, that is a really really good line. :D

Shay

"I don’t mean to be presumptuous, but I’m going to count myself standing on the shoulders of Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, and every author of every book I’ve ever read."

I see no mention of L. Ron Hubbard.

Wow... No wonder ole Tommy Macleran (Pissed off Vietnam Vet) is such a bitter person. To hear that voice would drive any man insane.

I love it when Birfers and 'Baggers with aspirations to the Presidency usually think the position is dictatorial... like they could just "abolish the IRS" or "deport all Muslims" without input from Congress or the Supreme Court.

It's like, "Adhere to the Constitution... and give ME unlimited power!"

Amazing.

Norbrookc

Macleran is particularly prone to believing it's dictatorial. Just looking at his rant about what he'd do in his first State of the Union address shows that. That the Constitution he says he wants to "defend" or "restore" doesn't allow him to do any of that just goes right over his head.

Darren is one of those idiots who can't grasp that he's being an idiot. He's a good example of what happens when you listen - and continue to listen - to other idiots. He showed up over at NBC's blog last year, and we all told him to take the plea, and keep quiet. Instead, he listened to the birthers who were egging him on. So instead of a misdemeanor and probation, now he's a convicted felon facing jail.
