Dispatches from Birtherstan - 19-21 November 2011

Oh my goodness, what a busy weekend in Birtherstan. Tim Adams writes more fiction. More reporting on Dr, Orly's failure in New Hampshire, complete with racist comments in the now-censored World Nut Daily comments.

Dr. Orly lies, and the Pest and eFail eats it up with a spoon. Meanwhile people throw a tantrum over the fact the election board followed the law, instead of getting the scary black man off the ballot. Dr. Orly not only starts screaming "TREASON" at anything that dares look at her cross-eyed, but also starts with such fun terms like "execution" and "death penalty" as well.

Thomas MacLeran shows up at Birther Report, and an anonymous birtherstani lies about yours truly in the process. World Nut Daily comes up with an updated ebook version of Corsi's remainder bin special, making people wonder why their kindle or nook is suddenly full of digital doodoo.

We have video of JB Williams addressing his Veterans Against the Constitution failure. Dr. Orly gets a whopping 2% of the New Hampshire State House allied with her, much to the annoyance of that house's majority leader. Sher Zieve finds a PUMA even more paranoid than she is.

Zampolit Dean Haskins won't be home for the holidays it seems. Terry Lakin gets officially booted from the Army, and announces his vanity press book that looks to be 20% Terry Lakin, 80% birtherstani commentary, and 100% full of bovine fecal material. And seditionist Sharon Rondeau gives us an update on Walter Fitzpatrick (short form - he's still nuts).

17 November - On Facebook, Tim Adams spins another interesting tale.

Now I suspect we can call the first four paragraphs by what they seem to be - complete and utter fiction. Indeed, I would find it amazing that anyone other than a birther would believe this steaming pile of road apples.

However, the final paragraph actually has something of interest.

I wonder if it's budget cuts, or his activities with white nationalist and birther groups. Or maybe, just maybe, they found out he lied about his background??

18 November - Gather.com reports on Dr. Orly's New Hampshire failure.

"Birther queen Orly Taitz won't relent on her continued attacks on President Barack Obama, so the title of this should read "Newsflash: Orly Taitz Still Crazy." Nonetheless, the court systems have to acknowledge every suit she files even if they do get thrown out with laughter."

18 November - The Concord Monitor reports on Dr. Orly's failure.

"As state election officials yesterday rejected California lawyer Orly Taitz's argument to keep President Obama's name off the New Hampshire presidential ballot, supporters lining the hearing room in the Legislative Office Building cried out in protest.

"Traitors!" shouted one woman. "Spineless traitors!"

"Saying a treasonous liar can go on our ballot?" yelled State Rep. Harry Accornero, a Republican from Laconia. "You're going to have to face the citizens of Laconia. You better wear a mask."

How mature of them.

"But the commission wasn't convinced.

"Is there any decision, any place, by any body - adjudicatory body - to the questions you're asking?" said the chairman, Bradford Cook. "Because they've been asked a lot of places."

"No, but -" Taitz began.

"No," Cook said. "Thank you."

18 November - The Pest and eFail gives Dr. Orly's spin on it.

"There is good news and bad news. the good news is that a lot of people showed up. There were probably 100 people there. "

Pictures show about 30-40 people. Birther math again.

"Afterward, the assistant attorney general presented his case, which was a joke. A five-year-old could have made a better case. "

Even if that was the case, it was still a better case than your case was.

"And she looked at me with her stupid eyes and said, “Well, ah…ummm…well, ah, if there were a challenge, then I wouldn’t.”"

How very professional…. Once again she acts like the snotty rich mean girl in high school.

"So I stood up and told them, “Ladies and gentlemen of the committee, you have all the evidence that the paperwork was filled out fraudulently. If you allow him on the ballot in the state of New Hampshire, you are aiding and abetting forgery, fraud and treason. You will be criminally complicit.”

How very threaty of her.

"“The level of corruption was unbelievable. We found out that all five members of the committee are Democrats,” Taitz said. “As I was presenting all of the evidence, people were listening and getting more and more angry.”"

"I. There shall be a ballot law commission consisting of 5 members. Two members shall be appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, one from each of the 2 major political parties in the state based on votes cast for governor in the most recent state general election. Two members shall be appointed by the president of the senate, one from each of the 2 major political parties in the state based on votes cast for governor in the most recent state general election. One member shall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the council, and shall be a person particularly qualified by experience in election procedure. No person shall be appointed to the commission who holds an elected office or who is an election official. The terms of all commissioners shall be for 4 years, except that the first appointments shall be as follows: the members appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives shall be appointed for terms of 2 years, the members appointed by the president of the senate shall be appointed for terms of 3 years, and the member appointed by the governor shall be appointed for a term of 4 years. A member may be re-appointed upon the expiration of his or her term. The members shall elect annually a chairperson from among the members. Members shall be appointed and terms of office shall expire on July 1. Vacancies shall be filled in the same manner for the unexpired term. The secretary of state shall be recording officer and clerk of the commission, but shall have no vote in its decisions. "

What a surprise, Dr. Orly lied. Again.

"Update, November 19, 2011: Taitz stated that she was flying home to California last night and had used all of the frequent flyer miles she had accumulated thus far from various trips to fly to New Hampshire. The ticket would have cost $1,100 because it was booked at the last minute. She said she will need more such miles donated from supporters in order to fly to Hawaii for a hearing on November 30 in her case against the Hawaii Department of Health."

Oh, and send money so she can fail again in Hawaii.

19 November - Now something I want to highlight from both the Concord Monitor AND the Pest and eFail reports.

From the Concord Monitor's story:

"Representative Carol Vita kept getting right in the face of the assistant attorney general; she was yelling and screaming at him."

"Taitz reported that no one was hurt as a result of the hearing, which lasted about two hours in total."

This is not the behaviour of adults.

This is the behaviour of badly-mannered children who are throwing a tantrum because they didn't get their way.

And the fact that some of these spoiled brats are elected officials makes it even more pathetic.

19 November - Dr. Orly is still fuming that she was told "no" in New Hamshire. (Malware and redirect warning)

"We need such Usurper Obama ballot challenges in each and every state, we will burst this fraud and treason wide open. Supreme Court of the US will not be able to ignore 50 cases coming from the Supreme courts of 50 states, just as they could not ignore multiple challenges to Obamacare."

No, they would pick one, rule against the birthers, and hey look, the situation has been solved.

She honestly thinks not only is disagreeing with her treason, but that people should get the death penalty for upholding the law and telling her "no".

She's ratcheting up the crazy. Dr. Orly usually goes on a tear after she's been told no, but this time she seems a bit more......violent......than usual.

The screams of "traitor" are normal, because Dr. Orly equates someone following the law and telling her no to grand high treason. But she usually hasn't used terms like "hanging", "execution", and "death penalty" in response to being told no.

I wonder if that's because most of the people who have told her "no" legally are judges, and law enforcement take a dim view of an attorney threatening a judge like that. Maybe she figured an appointed commission was fair game for her hate-filled venom.

Maybe she's just gone that much more insane. After all, three years of constant failure and being openly mocked in the media has got to unhinge someone as ego-centric and narcissistic as she is.

Or maybe she's trying to provoke one of her cavity creeps to cross the line into more....direct action shall we say.

I've been writing about this loon for just about three years now. And she's gotten a lot, lot, lost worse of late.

19 November - Talking Points Memo reports on Dr. Orly's New Hampshire adventure.

"New Hampshire’s electoral governing body, the Ballot Law Commission, turned down the complaint in a public hearing via 5-0 vote. It got pretty ugly shortly thereafter.

“Traitors!” screamed the members of the attending public. “Treason!”

“You have no decency! You have no honesty! You’re committing treason!”

The group of birthers, which included several New Hampshire state representatives, erupted after the decision, shouting at the commission attorneys as they tried to exit the hearing room. By saying it has been debunked, when ALL the records have not been released and the ones that have all have been questioned by experts (from BOTH parties) and the evidence has been shown on the internet. This should at least suggest to any intelligent thinking person, who can get past the party issue, that a further look is needed.

21 November - Birther Report has a 20 November post showing Dr. Orly's "emergency demand" for New Hampshire to ignore the Election Board and remove the scary black man from the ballot.

9.Even name used by Obama in his application might not be legally his, as his mother’s passport records show him using name Barack Soebarkah and his school records from Indonesia show him using name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal name change from Soetoro/Soebarkah to Obama. One cannot be on the ballot, while using name not legally his.

10. Gardner has all of this information in front of him and decided to put Obama’s name on the ballot even though he knows, that Obama is not eligible. By doing so Gardner committee fraud and treason, by placing on the ballot in the state of New Hampshire a foreign citizen with citizenship of three other foreign nations and no verification of US citizenship, no valid US identification papers, no valid US birth certificate, no valid US Social Security number. Elections fraud and possibly treason is clear based on application. Gardner acted as a Democrat party operative and placed the well being of the Democrat party over the well being of this nation and over the well being of the state of Connecticut. Gardner committed elections fraud and possibly treason and needs to be removed from his position o the Secretary of State of NH, new Secretary of State needs to be elected by the House of Representatives in an emergency session and new Secretary of State needs to review the attached complaint on emergency basis and remove Obama’s name from the ballot, as an ineligible candidate, committing elections fraud and treason.

11. Additionally Petitioner is asking the Honorable Speaker of the House as well as other members of the house to file a criminal complaint of elections fraud and possibly treason against the Secretary of state Gardner and candidate Obama with the District Attorney of Merrimac county."

"A visitor to Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III at the Monroe County jail in Madisonville, TN yesterday has reported that Assistant Prosecutor Jim Stutts offered Fitzpatrick better accommodations in the annex of the jail if he agreed not to discuss what goes on within it or “make phone calls” while there."

Did the visit also mention the fuzzy pink unicorns and piles of pixie dust waiting for Fitzpatrick when he leaves as well??

I suspect it's more that Fitzpatrick was told to behave himself and he would be placed back in the jail's general population, and Fitzpatrick mouthed off again in reply.

"Fitzpatrick has been held in solitary confinement in “Cell 9,” which is normally designated for inmates with possible behavioral issues, since his incarceration on September 23, 2011, with the exception of his relocation to the Loudon County jail for a brief time and several days in the custody of U.S. Marshals prior to the trial of Darren Huff."

Not surprising, Fitzpatrick has a history of behavioral and mental issues.

Patrick - I think you are spot on in bringing to our attention that crazy Orly has crossed into a new level of dangerous territory in her own language.

In the past, she has consistently demonstrated that she herself is crazy, as well as that she openly supports racism, sedition and suggestions of violence by the comments she allows on her blog from her unhinged followers.

In the past, she has also demonstrated a long history of yelling charges of "treason" against anyone, including judges and other officials, who disagree with her or don't rule in her favor.

So the "implied threat" and not-so subtle trigger-message encouragement to potential "lone wolfs" to act has ALWAYS been present with Orly.

...But her language and tone in this latest event absolutely HAS crossed a new line from implicit to DIRECTLY stated violent threats in HER very own words.

You have done a good thing by clearly honing in on this change in her tone and pointing it out...
as this easily ramps up the liklihood of her words stoking an unhinged mind into crossing the line and taking action...

I think BOTH the intention to incite others AND her own continued descent into further and further madness are TRUE.

At some point, Orly's own ever-increasing rage-based craziness places herself squarely into that very same susceptible unhinged "lone wolf" category that she is trying to inspire...

Fortunately so far, we know that Orly is too full of a grandiose sense of entitlement, lazyness and ineptitude to do much on her own, without trying to get all of her "flying monkeys" to do her dirty work for her...

Further, some of the other disturbing trends you've pointed out in this post compilation are part of that very same alarming pattern.

For instance, even Taitz very lies of claiming that the Elections Board are all "Democrats" is part of a disturbing new trend of dangerous extremist entitlement-mentality bigotry on display.

It is just another slipperly slope of bigotry-based bogeyman language on display. Soon it will move into calling them socialists, communists, etc. too...

The intent of such wordings are clear. They are ever-stronger dog-whistles to their own "tribe" of followers to consider anyone that doesn't 100% agree with them and immediately act out their every selfish hate-based demand immediately as "THE OTHER" and by that, they really mean "THE ENEMY".

This evolution of their language and classification is not just telling, but disturbing... as it shows the true dark hearted mentality of these people.

Those that view the world in such extremely stark "with us or against us" terms and apply such classification terminology to an ever increasing pool of people are really revealing the brutal entitlement dictatorship desires within their own souls - if they could, folks that disagree with them would simply be incarcerated or killed. That's really the emotional end-point desired result that they are expressing...

So yeah, again... it has become clearer and clearer that we are dealing with folks that have really approached the ledge of zealous extremism and bear increased monitoring as a result.

Further and perhaps more importantly, we ourselves need to be less tolerant about giving such increasingly extreme language a pass and work harder to not only correct the record at every opportunity, but also restore a sense of societal shame on such behaviors. It is the only way I can think of to try to nip this slippery slope of exclusionary extremism before it slides to far into "dangerous" territory...

On a somewhat lighter (and shorter note), I had a few other areas of commentary to add in regards to today's compilation:

1. Re: Tim Adams and his "colorful" background claims - The part I found most telling is his story about bribing officials to get access to all of his own records and then having to take on a different identity and "go underground". What kind of person does that? Only one who has a really bad record and past that they are desperate to cover up. When you really parse his embellished story of bravado - all the way through to the end of using it to "justify" why he is no longer employed... well, it seems the big picture story hear is really someone desperate to make excuses and spin a cover-up for a lifetime of constant bad behaviors and failures.

2. Re: Luis D Rey Gutierrez - Clearly a total RACIST. No shades of gray there.

3. Re: OPOVV - I see he's trying to push the fictional meme that McCain released all his records and trying to spin Democrats as being Birthers...

Sorry OPOVV, but PUMAs don't count as actual Democrats and any "birther" related challenges to McCain came from the right and the unhinged, NOT Democratic circles.
