Farrar will never get a trial (as in, before a jury). The best-case scenario is a hearing. And Taitz knows how well those go.

They are using PIs to find missing relatives and good friends. The relatives and friends all went missing as soon as the victim started severe birthing.

In the late news for today, Jerome Corsi throws a hissy at Mr Maskell and the CRS report...

Patrick, do you have any links to those reports? I'd love to read the write-up details on what transpired...

> The latter, a natural born Citizen, is created by nature and the laws of nature, not man.

I always find this the least convincing argument.

Nature knows not of "citizenship" or cares about country borders. So applying "natural law" to clearly man-made concepts ("citizen parents", "within the country") is as bogus as it gets.

Kinda reminds me of the bigoted arguments against homosexuality - first they go "it's against nature", and when you point out there are animals that practice it, they go "but we're not animals!"...

In a similar vein, "natural law" seems to be a code for "whatever I think God's or Nature's will is".

I would agree, especially since they claim the "laws of nature" without actually quoting anything from actual Natural Law authors. My understandings so far from Locke's Two Treatises would not help their case.

As with the troll who runs around using kind, natural kind, etc. I find the use of laws of nature by birthers to be a "it's not natural" argument. It is as if they think that Obama is different from them and therefore, unnatural to be their president.

A detailed rundown of Mad Orly's latest flailings of failure in the HI courts can be found here:

Oh - and to Magic M & Northland10: yes, anyone who invokes that type of language of "kind" is indeed making a blatent racism-based argument.

I'd be willing to bet that the CRS report was asked for by various Congresspeople on the Republican side, just to give them a "sanity check."

I always love these keyboard warriors who call for armed rebellion or are "promising" to pick up weapons and join "the fight." They'd be screaming in terror and wetting their pants if someone took them up on it.
