One of the commenters at the blatantly racist website was reading the article written at the Examiner as he includes a link in a post here.

Link from racist site

The comment he wrote was very familiar in wording to a comment that was left on that article. Now, I can't find the comment left at the Examiner. I believe it was written by Steven Churchill.

And being a birther has nothing to do with being a racist. Riiiight!

Just take a look at the member list at the racist site. (5000+ registered) Noticing quite a few familiar names from birther and conservative sites.

If that report isn't made up - it appears they get significantly more donations for upkeep than sites like thepostemail ! ... These hate mongers finally found an outlet where they don't have to hold back their true feelings -- knowing they couldn't quite get away with that level of ugly on their regular sites. (though it hasn't been uncommon to see some openly racist comments on WND of which the only people to call them out for it were the so-called "obots" --- I imagine that's one of the reasons why WND has been employing forum supervisors lately -- they want to keep their "dirty little (racist) secret" somewhat in the closet...

I'm not going to ask how you got wind of that site - I don't want to interrupt you while you are washing out your eyeballs and brain with bleach.
And now, so must I :-(
What a foul, pathetic website.

Jeff Robison

Never mind - I remember how you found the site. Sorry, I think I was still in shock when I typed my first post lol...

Well, I see Orly keeps going from state to state with the same list of pretend "Presidential Candidates" that won't actually be a "Presidential Candidate" on that state's ballot.

I've pointed this out in the previous posts in regards to some of those early states mentioned, but since GA came up in this post, I will point out that none of these Birther pretend Presidential Candidates is registered to appear on Georgia's primary ballots either:

> “From what I understand, they have 30-45 days to answer our complaint,

So this is set up to be another EPIC FAIL where they will whine "we win by default because they didn't answer timely" instead of bothering to effect proper service (which isn't rocket science, after all).
Astonishing.

It's if they either fail on purpose or subconsciously want to fail (or to make an excuse which allows them to continue their belief that they can't lose except by "lawlessness" on the part of the judiciary).
They're like the big mouth boxers who claim "I'll destroy my opponent in the ring" for months, then just "happen" to break a finger the day before the bout.

> we are confident that our argument surrounding that one little word in the statute will garner the agreement of the court

This has the smell of "we will try a 'clever' interpretation which will turn the meaning of the statute into its opposite" - similar to what Wolf vs Fuddy tried (if that wasn't already the lawsuit they were talking about).

My guess:
They'll take §338-18 from Hawaiian law and claim that (6) applies because "We the People" are "legal guardians" of the President.

Anyway it will likely be as "creative" as Orly's claim that "verification in lieu of a certified copy" means "inspect the original in lieu of a certified copy".

The transcript in the Wolf v. Fuddy case is distressing. Why on earth would the Judge waste his time with all of that discussion about the Rules of Evidence?

OTOH, perhaps the Judge was just mocking the birthers. The comment to Ms. Nagamine at the outset regarding sanctions seems to be an inside joke, probably shared by the Judges and Nagamine regarding Taitz' lunacy. Nothing else explains it.

I didn't understand the exchange about Congress' role in determining eligibility. Doesn't a judge know such things? Why is he asking defense counsel and claims to "rely on their statement"?
