Dispatches from Birtherstan - 27-28 December 2011

I suspect today's dispatches can best be summed up in song form:

We have Dr. Orly saying "give your money to MEEEEE!!!" Joseph Farah saying "give your money to World Nut Daily, and we might pass on some to Joe Arpaio!" And the "Article II SuperDuper All Worship the Prophet de Vattel PAC" saying "Of course we didn't give money to Dr. Orly. Oh, and give us money too".

Also you have Dr. Orly preparing to annoy the Supreme Court again. Victoria Jackson's off her meds again. And Neal Sankey has completely lost what marbles he had left.

26 December - Dr. Orly really doesn't play well with others. (malware and redirect warning)

"I got an e-mail stating that Article 2 PAC and organizations by Gary Wilmott are sponsoring New Hamshire challenge. I wanted to clarify, that I never got any money from Article 2 PAC or Gary Wilmott or his organizations."

Well of course not. Grifters don't share with other grifters.

"Gary is trying to send e-mails to residents of NH, however I do not know, what will it accomplish. The case was already filed, it is in front of the judges and it is up to them. 4 out of 5 judges were nominated by the Democrat governors of NH: Jane Shaheen and John Lynch, which means that they will probably stonewall and I will need to go to the Supreme Court. That is the truth of the matter."

And the truth of the matter is the Supreme Court will say no. Again.

"A number of people started blogs. Some of those blogs have bombastic names, like Article 2 pack or other names where all of these people are directors of organizations and all of them are seeking donations, selling merchandise, planing meetings. Please, keep in mind, that at the end of the day we need one law suit to succeed. At the end of the day I am the attorney, who is working 24/7/365 for 3 years now, bringing those legal actions around the country and paying for all the filing fees, copying, biding, Fed Ex, airfare and hotels traveling around the country."

Translation - "Don't send your money to all those other birthers, send it all to MEEEEEE!! IT'S ALL ABOUT MEEEEEEE!!!!!!"

"I was attacked by judges and and media and by bogus law suits filed by convicted criminals. I spent thousands of dollars fighting all of these challenges."

Does that include the convicted criminal you were screwing in the Dental Chair o' Luv???

"When you donate to this effort, think, who is actually doing the work."

And please ignore her success rate to date.

"I can continue bringing legal challenges around the country without all of these newly made up organizations, as long as you are donating, however what all of these organizations with bombastic names achieved so far or will achieve without an attorney, who is actually doing the work?"

Well, let's see. One organization with a bombastic name - "Defend Our Freedoms Foundation", has an attorney who is gadflying all other the place like a nitrous-fueled pogo-stick, and has a success rate of "zero" to show for her efforts.

"We’ve seen mock trials, which were completely ignored by the media and Congress. "

Why? Because they were MOCK trials with no legal authority.

"There were and will be meetings of a few birthers here and there under different names, however typically media completely ignores those meetings, courts and Congress ignore them also. No court will issue a ruling pronouncing Obama ineligible, because 5 or 10 or 20 birthers decided to meet somewhere."

Well, at least she's got the numbers of the various birther rallies right.

"No court will issue a ruling because a few residents got an e-mail. No court will decide to remove Obama from the ballot because of something written by someon on his blog or Internet magazine."

"I am concerned that this cottage industry of multiple individuals starting blogs, calling themselves directors of organizations will only stretch thin very limited resources and will impede my ability to file legal actions in different states and actually challenge Obama."

26 December - Dr. Orly isn't the only grifter trying to milk the party faithful for birther bucks. Joseph Farah also wants some of that sweet, sweet cash.

WHAT qualified forensic investigators and document experts?? All World Nut Daily has found is a copier salesman who writes books about mystery holes, a retired typographer who decided it was a forgery before he ever saw it, a PUMA who wrote books about Adobe products ten years ago, another "expert" who claims to have worked for Adobe in the 80's, and the "CIA Experts" that Paul Vallely's rice krispies told him about.

"That's why I urge you to make a donation to this active investigation right now – no matter the amount. If everyone who reads this appeal gave the minimum amount of $5, it would raise millions, far more than the necessary resources to get the job done and the truth about Obama out.

Yeah, that paypal button won't push itself after all. And mind you, Farah doesn't say that Arpaio will get all the money. I'm sure that World Nut Daily will get a substantial cut, with Arpaio getting just enough for Farah to claim they did something.

Oh, and John Woodsman calls Farah out on his "investigators" lie.

Secondly, you seem to have somehow forgotten about Ivan Zatkovich, John Berryhill, Nathan Goulding, Neal Krawetz, Frank Arduini, Kevin Davidson… oh yes… and myself.

When will you tell your readers the TRUTH -- that EVERY SINGLE CLAIM of proof of forgery that you have presented to the public has been completely debunked? When will you prominently cover and promote the 221-page analysis that I personally wrote on the birth certificate and the related issues?

By the way, you still haven't responded to my email and to the comment I made on one of your previous articles, both challenging you personally to appear on January 21 on Mark Gillar's Tea Party Power Hour Show and defend your claims that the birth certificate is clearly a forgery.

"As I stated, 4 out of 5 Judges of the Supreme Court of NH are appointees of the Democrat governors, so we know, that it is going to the Supreme Court of the U.S.

Applications for stay go to justices, who are assigned to specific circuits. NH is in the first circuit, so it will go to Justice Breyer, Clinton appointee."

27 December - The Phoenix New Times reports on Farah's trying to shill for Arpaio.

"Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's humiliating "Birther" investigation apparently has hit a snag in the funding department.

According to Arpaio, the "investigation" is being funded by donations to his "Birther" posse, and not with taxpayer money (which is a huge relief). However, the money, it seems, has dried up -- with, by Arpaio's estimate, only a few more weeks of work to do.

27 December - Gary Wilmott and Helen Tansey seem to be a tad bit upset at Dr. Orly.

Article II Super PAC is required by law to report revenue and expenses throughout the election cycle. All reports are then made available to the public for review.

Dr. Taitz states in her public pronouncement “I never got one cent from Article 2 PAC…” This statement is correct. Article II Super PAC is not and cannot be used as a fundraising vehicle to underwrite attorney fees and/or expenses.

The Article II Legal Defense Fund is an entirely separate legal entity established for such purposes."

Please confer with Dean Haskins. Apparently, he knows something about the Wolf Vs. Fuddy case. There is supposed to be a hearing tomorrow for oral argument on the motion for reconsideration on the case dismissal. People should know about the case and the hearing. Confer with Dean and make a post.

You should tell Orly that because she is the one doing the squabbling. Article2PAC is just clarifying the disinformation Orly publicly posted about them. And I have to say their response was very diplomatic.

Orly is the one that needs to look at the big picture and stop worrying about her damn donation button.

"1. Taitz v Fuddy January 6, First Circuit court, Honolulu HI (Attorney Orly Taitz v Director of Health of HI, Loretta Fuddy). Subpoena for production of documents was served on the director of Health Fuddy. I am asking my supporters to come to court to this hearing.

2. Farrar, Lax, Judy, Mac Leran, Roth v Obama, Brian Kemp, secretary of state of GA and Georgia Democrat Party ( Orly Taitz, attorney for Plaintiffs)- Trial January 26, Atlanta GA. I am asking my supporters to come to court to this hearing."

I expect that with the latest clever way of cranking up the need ("OMG Arpaio's devastating evidence will sink if you don't send money OMG OMG!"), there will be more people^Wfools willing to donate their last cent.
