In today's dispatches, Dr. Orly seems to be opening up a second birtherstani civil war with anyone who won't kowtow and kiss her liposuctioned tush. An attorney in Massachusetts who claimed to be a birther that believes Obama was a Muslim is told he can't sue a newspaper for reporting that he's a birther that believes Obama was a Muslim.
Newt Gingrich frankly dismisses the birthers, causing some to frankly scream "say it isn't so Newtie!!" Birthers in Georgia want a special grand jury to investigate the Secretary of State for Georgia for the crime of not being a birther. New York and Arizona get their own birther ballot jihads. Matt Romney makes a birther joke and attempts to walk it back.
It looks like the amount of complaints the birthers sent the New Hampshire Department of State is in the double digits. And while Dr. Orly is starting a second birther civil war, the first one is still going on.

28 December - An attorney in Worcester, Massachusetts, has been told by the courts he can't sue a local newspaper.
"A lawyer’s lawsuit complaining that a newspaper depicted him as a “birther” and a “dope” has been dismissed.
Attorney Robert Delle sued the Worcester Telegram & Gazette for libel citing two separate articles. One was by columnist Clive McFarlane who, according to Delle, had engaged in a “confrontational” 30-second phone conversation before penning an article called “Birther’s True Colors Showing.” The article indicated that Delle doubted the authenticity of President Obama’s birth certificate and thought that the president is a Muslim. It went on to state that “this birther movement is mostly about the president’s race.”
In his lawsuit Delle denies that he is a “birther” who thinks Obama is a Muslim and complained that the column depicted him as hating and respecting people of color. According to Delle, he had told McFarlane that he could not reach any conclusions about the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate until he had a chance to study it."

29 December - Looks like the birthers in Georgia are getting cranky, because they now want a "Special Grand Jury" to investigate the Georgia Secretary of State for, wahhh, not taking the birthers seriously, wahhhh.

Ah, we have the Indonesian citizenship myth. To recap, Obama was too old at the time of his mothers marriage to be granted Indonesian citizenship, a US citizen minor cannot renounce or have that citizenship renounced for them, and the Hague Convention states that a country has the right to state their own laws for citizenship, which means US law would apply to determine who was a US citizen and who's not.

Expect the crazy to ratchet up in 2013, with ballot challenges for both the primaries and the general election. Expect the racism and the violent speech levels to increase. Expect old lies to be polished off, and new ones made up. Expect calls for marches, rallies and protests that only draw a small amount of people. Expect more "arrest" attempts. Expect demands for military coups, armed revolts, and violent overthrow of the government. Expect more conspiracy theories and sovereign citizen insanity.
And while I hate to say this, expect some actual violence as the more unstable birthers finally break.
And at this time next year?? If Obama loses, expect demands that the next president nullify Obama's entire term in office and try Obama for treason. If Obama wins, expect the crazy to spiral upwards as the birthers realize they have the scary black man for four more years.
It's not over people.

I think you mean 2012, not 2013. And I also fear actual violence from the unstable birthers next year. :(

And another prediction: If a certain Yellowstain was somehow involved in transmission of stolen documents to a certain "on-line paper", then a certain harp player may see the inside of a jail next year. (Everyone else that gets played by the Yellowstain will be spending New Year's Day behind bars)
