Dispatches from Birtherstan - 6-7 December 2011

In today's dispatches, the bottle or two of NyQuil that Philip Berg seems to have drank in April has finally worn off, because he's now trying to start his own birther ballot crazy train. Our old friend "LoneStar1776" likes smoothies and hates Cain.

Dr. Orly manages to reach a new low professionally with her latest legal dump upon the State of Hawaii court system. Not to mention she's got a whole new delusional conspiracy nut on her side!!

The two biggies is that Thomas MacLeran seems to have completely and totally lost it, threatening to hang "Obots", challenging Obama, writing nasty letters to the Tennessee Secretary of State, and joining Dr. Orly's Ballot Jihad.

While in Kansas, gunsight-seller, tea party member, and "Oath Keeper" Neal Jednoralski gets a visit from the Secret Service, where they don't seem to find his guns, threat to arrest the President, or his handcuffs with Obama's initials on them, to be very amusing.

4 December - Looks like someone woke Philip Berg up. Or maybe he wants to horn in on Dr. Orly's crazy train. Because after eight months, we get this:

4 December - Philip Berg also touts an award he got.

5 December - Looks like another example of the birtherstani brain trust.

"A Salina man who said he planned to be in Osawatomie today to arrest President Obama instead was visited by a Secret Service agent and two Saline County Sheriff’s Office deputies Monday evening and told to stay away from the president.
Neil Jednoralski said Agent Sa Tano, of the Secret Service and Capt. Brian Shea and another deputy showed up at his house around 4:30 p.m. and took four guns and a pair security handcuffs.
Jednoralski, 65, would not say what kind of guns they were. He said he bought the handcuffs specifically to arrest Obama.
Obama is visiting Osawatomie today to give a speech on the economy at Osawatomie High School. "

"I think my Second Amendment rights were violated,” Jednoralski said Tuesday at the Journal. “I don’t see any reason why they requested my weapons.”

Maybe that whole "threatening to arrest the President of the United States" thing??

And as "proof" of this, he cites Leo Donofrio's misquoting of "Minor V Happersett", Linda Jordan's illegal use of the e-verify database, and the Indonesian citizenship myth.

Hey, at least he left out his usual rants against anyone he thinks is a Muslim.

7 December - Dr. Orly posts a "Reply to opposition to Amended EMERGENCY MOTION FOR REHEARING MOTION TO STAY FINAL ORDER PENDING REHEARING" (PDF, Malware and redirect warning)

It's 17 pages of typos, misspellings, outright lies, different fonts, formatting errors, and tantrum-spewing demands. Even for Dr. Orly, this sets a new low for professionalism.

"The moving party asserts both clear error and manifest injustice occurred in this instance. This is not an attempt to simply “relitigate” the matters presented at the hearing on the original motion. Instead, it is a request for reconsideration based on the principals of new facts, new law, clear error and manifest injustice:"

Translation - "Wahh, you didn't do what I demanded you do last time!!"

"1.Plaintiff has shown that indeed current action was a properly filed agency appeal."

Funny how the court AND state law seem to say otherwise.

"During the October 12, 2011 hearing Defendants claimed that her pleadings do not constitute agency appeal and that appeal would not be proper under the circumstances. there is absolute zero substance behind this statement. In her motion Taitz stated, that after the hearing together with Channel 8 reporter and another witness she walked to the Health Department and inquired, whether the Health Department has any specific forms and procedures necessary for the agency hearing. Nobody in the health department had any such forms and procedures. Attorney for the defendant simply lied, simply made up an argument, that request for inspection of Obama's birth certificate , which was filed by Taitz and which was denied by registrar Onaka, was not an "agency hearing", that is typically done by the Health Department, and therefore current complaint represents proper appeal."

So let me get this straight. The fact that the Department of Health doesn't have forms to handle such demands somehow means the attorneys for the Department of Health lied about agency requests?

Hmmm…..I guess the fact that there's no form to request pictures of a leather clad Dr. Orly flogging CEL3's bare bottom while in the Dental Chair o' Luv, means she never broke off that relationship and lied about having done so.

At least if you apply OrlyLogic to it.

"Defendants did not provide a grain of evidence to show, that there was any specific requirement for agency appeal, that had to be satisfied and that was not satisfied by Taitz. as such, this was a completely bogus argument."

Somehow I suspect the court won't be particularly thrilled at her attack on a fellow attorney.

"Reversing this order is necessary to prevent manifest injustice. Moreover, Nagamine should be severely punished by this court for making up a statute, that does not exist."

Translation - "Wahh, she said something mean about me and cited a statue that I'm going to pretend doesn't apply or exist!!"

"Additionally, if this court does not reverse this order and does not allow Taitz and her document experts to examine the original document allegedly on file, the consequences of this ruling will be devastating for the state of Hawaii as a whole."

Is she threatening an entire state now??

"Today the state of Hawaii enjoys the full faith and credit by 49 other states, as well as faith and credit by the federal government and private individuals ."

Yes, it's that pesky thing called the "Full Faith and Credit Clause" of the United States Constitution. Look it up sometime when you're not jilling off to a bad translation of de Vattel.

"This happens because other states know, that the state of Hawaii has the same or similar rules of evidence and document authentication and verification as other 49 states which are similar to universal best evidence rule and that an original is provided in lieu of an alleged certified copy, for purpose of authentication and verification, particularly in light of evidence of forgery, which is universally practiced in civilized societies."

And the proof she offers to back this claim up?? The fact that the Obama campaign cited the birther elected reps in New Hampshire when they re-released the long form mugs.

As for the rest, she's never offered any proof of her car being tampered with, the computer stuff seems to be more due to her own incompetence, and she's made herself a laughingstock in the media.

7 December - The Pest and eFail publishes a press release from Dr. Orly announcing she has three suckers running vanity campaigns for President to join up with her.

7 December - Neil Jednoralski is upset because in his twisty little birther mind, he thinks law enforcement should have helped him arrest President Obama.

"The Salina Journal reports that Jednoralski had announced his plan to arrest the president to the Kansas Highway Patrol and to Attorney General Derek Schmidt, whom he hoped would prosecute the president.

"Instead of providing help, Schmidt's office confirms it informed the Secret Service. Jednoralski received a visit from a Secret Service agent and law enforcement officials at his home Monday evening in advance of Obama's speech Tuesday in Osawatomie, about 150 miles away. Jednoralski, a business owner, self-proclaimed tea party member and former candidate for state representative, was warned that he would be arrested for trespassing if he showed up for the speech."

"Jednoralski said that a Secret Service agent visited him at his home Monday and confiscated a pair of “high-security handcuffs” that he had planned to use on Obama. The agent also took four guns into custody.

“I was going to arrest him and drive him Topeka and turn him over to the state attorney general,” Jednoralski told the Salina Journal.

“I didn’t really want to surrender my firearms because I feel I have the right to have them, and they were never mentioned in the attempted arrest,” he complained."

And guess what? He hasn't learned any.

“If he comes to Kansas again, I’ll try again. I’ll put it out that I am going to make that attempt.”

Hey Mark, thank Newt Gingrich for the whole "Democrat Party" thing. Newt and his backers in the '80s put lists of labels, good (republican) and bad (democratic) to use in their talking points, and one of the commands was never to refer to the Democratic Party as such.
