Dr. Orly goes ape dump at Philip Berg. Jerome Corsi once again makes claims without proof. New Hampshire gets another dose of OrlyLaw, and Indiana is next. A whiney letter? In the Pest and eFail?? Really??
Walter Fitzpatrick gets another free stay at the greybar hotel. Former PUMA Helen Tansey comes up with a birther PAC. Thomas MacLeran seems to be having arguments with the voices in his head. And losing.
Finally Dean Haskins comes up with a brand new idea for the birthers, by which I mean "stale, already been done, and failed."
On a side note, I am suspecting we've not heard the last of Neal Jednoralski.
In fact, I fully expect more twits like this to crawl up out of the slime and try for crap like this. This is the logical progression of the fake "grand juries", fake "trials", calls for military coups, "citizens arrest warrants", sovereign citizen crap, and the rest of the garbage we've all been seeing from the birthers for the last three and a half years.
What's next? Self-appointed "deputies", "posse members" or some inbred wanna-be militia making the attempt?? Jednoralski was stupid enough to think law enforcement was going to help him, so he advertised what he planned to do.
What's to say the next loser or losers are going to be as stupid?? They've had nothing but a constant string of failures behind them. No "OMG" moments" "Any day now" hasn't arrived. All their Great White Hopes have turned to ashes and dust.
And it's becoming obvious that the GOP is too disorganized to find someone that would sit well with moderates and the GOP base. Which means, deep in their hate-riddled hearts, they know damn well they're looking at Obama winning a second term.
This has got to be making many of them crazier. The question is not if any of them will become crazy enough to take "direct action".
It's how many and when.
I have no doubts that the Secret Service will do their jobs. But how many bystanders will be taken down?? How many elected officials will face the wrong end of a gun for the thoughtcrime of telling a birther "no". How many people will face an impromptu "death sentence" for the "crime" of being considered an "oBot"??
How much blood will end up on the hands of the Dr. Orlys, the Jerome Corsis, the Walter Fitzpatricks the Sharon Rondeaus, the Philip Bergs, the Dean Haskins, the Lawrence Sellins, the James Mannings, all of the other hate and treason-filled hatriots we've all come to know??? How many families will lose a spouse, a parent, a child, a loved one, as a direct result of the constant stream of bile and sedition and naked racism these jackals have vomited onto the American landscape.
Law Enforcement caught this one (and I have NO doubt he planned to go armed) because he was stupid enough to tell them his plans.

Yes, and has Berg has been REPEATEDLY told, the Hague Convention of 1930 also means that US law covers US citizenship, and US law states a minor cannot renounce their US citizenship or have it renounced on their behalf.

Something else that Berg has never once provided any proof of.

At this point, I can only assume that Berg is either indulging in willful stupidity, or he flat out knows he's lying. Why?? Because, as I told his paralegal, not once, not twice, but three times, that the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia AND Indonesian Law 68/1958 are two separate things.

Furthermore, the part that Berg miscites is Chapter XIII. (Education) Article 31, of the Indonesian Constitution, which states:
"1. Every citizen has the right to education.
2. The government shall establish and conduct a national educational system which shall be regulated by law."
Nowhere does this say anything that the right to education is denied non-citizens. Furthermore, Jacques Bertrand's "Nationalism and ethnic conflict in Indonesia" tends to show otherwise.

In its official formulation of policy in June 1967, no mention was made of the 1959 ban on retail trade in rural areas that remained in place. These strongly suggest that there was no ban on non-citizens attending Indonesian schools. Berg knows all of this, he's been told all of this repeatedly. All I can assume is:

2) Berg is showing a high degree of willful ignorance, and/or
3) Berg simply doesn't care what the truth is., and/or
4) Any or all of the above.

8 December - So let's take a look at this "Article II SuperPAC" website.
And they start with a scary-sounding video.
And their "Sources" page include the legal and Constitutional "scholarship" of Charles Kerchner, Mario Apuzzo, Leo Donifrio, the Pest and eFail's John Charlton, and JB Williams.
Their contact page gives a PO box in Simi Valley, California, but doesn't give any names. However the press release (PDF) shows Dr. Orly's old friend, former PUMA, and owner of the "T-Room" Helen Tansey, with an email address of "Director". And the Whois shows "Tansey & Associates"
The odd thing being that Helen Tansey was for a long time in Virginia. Wondering if she moved, or if someone else is helping her with this new de Vattelist fetish site.

1) re: Neal Jednoralski's tweet referencing "Killing Lincoln"... yeah... quite chillingly telling what kind of mindset that dimwit had going into this. Sadly, I suspect we haven't heard the last from him and it is clear that he didn't learn his lesson either...
2) re: your 4 choices to explain Phil Berg - The answer is 4 - any and all of the above.
3) re: Ablow on Fox - what he's really upset about is that the ODS folks can't get Obama to act as frothing mad as he makes them... ha! It really comes down to folks that can't control their own emotional impulses and therefore deeply resent (and also can't understand) someone who has the maturity to do so.
4) re: Orly & NH. Yeah, I don't see Orly getting any local representation to join her on this fools errand. As much as I'd like to see the NH Supreme Court play rope-a-dope & grant her rights to petition their court, just to severely smack down and sanction their ass, I just don't see that happening. I think they will simply dismiss her frivolous case without comment.
I will be more interested to see if these 9 NH legislature Birthers are able to get themselves re-elected next year...

If there were actual and legitimate threats against Sheriff Arpaio's person, he could investigate. Death threats against most public officials of that type is a crime. Of course, there's no crime in him or Corsi continually SAYING he's getting threatened sans evidence.
It is hard for me to fathom a situation, especially given how crazy with power Arpaio gets when anyone actually challenges him (arresting even members of the county government because they challenge him, etc.) where he believes there is a legitimate threat against his person but doesn't investigate or refer it to prosecutors.
Claiming that one is being threatened because of the "insider information" one has is a favorite tactic for people everywhere.

I'm sure that Arpaio gets death threats on a regular basis, but not for being a birther. Anyone who has followed his career over the past few years could see why he'd attract them.
MacLeran is just psychotic. He obviously has no clue about the Constitution, and seems to somehow believe that "veterans" will join his "uprising." The fact that there's an awful lot of veterans who aren't white and would take great exception to his rhetoric - along with most white veterans - doesn't seem to register with him.
