9 February - At World Nut Daily, Diana West wonders why Obama wasn't hauled off in chains for not jumping to meet Dr. Orly's improper subpoena.

Well, when the birthers legal arguments have lost in 99 out of 99 cases to date, it's rather hard to take their arguments seriously.
