Birther tears... Mmmm, so yummy. Come on, Leo, Mark, Orly, Carl, Kate... Cry some more widdle boo-hoos so I can use your pitiful impotent tears as toilet water.

Patrick, thank goodness for your update! I haven't been able to get on TFB all day and I needed my birfer fix.

I'm now almost convinced that somebody took Orly's tests for her. I cannot fathom how any attorney - no matter how harebrained - does not understand that SCOTUS decisions are determined by majority vote.

On the other hand, I am amazed that somebody can set new depths of fail on such a regular basis. Darwin Award winners never fail this often!

Wow, Birtheristan is collectively more directionless than ever these days. The endless failures in the Courts have certainly taken their toll, but it appears the EPIC FAIL flop of WND's Arpaio stunt has really done the most damage to take the steam out of their sails...

Nice to see your updates regularly

Dr. Orly seems to shop in stores without mirrors. There appear to be no mirrors in her home, either. Good heavens!

What does a birth certificate need to make it legal? It needs the official stamp from the state where it was issued. Once that is affixed, then it's a valid birth certificate...period.

There is no additional requirement that Orly Taitz or a Sheriff from somewhere in AZ needs to certify it too.

Also, I don't think a motion to dismiss can be frivolous. Orly just takes whatever legal-sounding words the judge uses from her previous cases and throws them willy-nilly into her next one.
