Arpaio may be Corsi's puppet, but he's not this stupid. He knows damn well he's operating out of this jurisdiction, and he would have to go though the federal law enforcement and federal court system to gain access to those records, and that each and every "investigator" that looks at it would be cross-examined and vetted as to their training and experience with such matters.
And the last place Corsi or Arpaio want to take this is to a court or an impartial law enforcement agency.
Arpaio is talking tough, but all this is intended to do is give Corsi and Arpaio an excuse to claim they're being stonewalled because they don't like the answers being given.

Seems odd that if they had the support they claim to have, that the room would be so empty. Looks like Arpaio is upset he's not getting the attention he thought he would.

In addition, I surely hope that the Secret Service is sent to visit Carl Swensson after that vile threatening letter to Speaker Boehner. He should be stripped of his Clayton County GOP chairmanship as well! I feel that what he wrote doesn't just tip-toe around the line, but repeatedly crosses over it and Swensson needs to be held to account.
