In today's dispatches, a press conference in Arizona, no press allowed,. However the teahaddists at the said conference seem willing to place Joe Arpaio in a position where he supersedes pesky things like the Constitution.
Dr. Kate tells the Lame Cherry-loving floaters back in her cesspool all about Arpaio's latest mound of Corsi droppings and Mike Zullo's latest from the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse (Maricopa CCCP). Disgruntled PUMA Bettina Viviano is once again all over birtherstan. And Walter Fitzpatrick is in trouble. Again.
31 March - The Western Center for "Journalism" posts video of the no-press allowed press conference that Arpaio and Zullo held for the Sun City and Surprise Tea Parties.
It's two hours provided by Tender Vattelvision.
What's interesting to note is that Zullo flat out admits that they didn't bother to check with the State of Hawaii Department of Health to confirm the validity of the records. Zullo also claims they didn't look at the printed document because they believe that there is no printed document (Funny, World Nut Daily's Les Kinsolving held it in his hands), and that they were "instructed" to look only at the file, not the document.
Furthermore, it doesn't matter what the Department of Health for the State of Hawaii says, because they're part of the conspiracy. (Moving the goalposts much??)
At one point, Zullo tells the audience that 685 rolls of microfilm were copied "on your dime, a good use of your money". This tends to suggest that they were using taxpayer money for their "investigation". (Mind you, it could be donations, and there were reports they were passing the hat for donations at the no-press allowed press conference)
He also says that they will not go to Mississippi no matter how much Dr. Orly whines, begs, and threatens. Which should annoy Dr. Orly.
31 March - Jeff Dempsey sent out some tweets from the Sun City/Surprise Tea Party no-press allowed press conference.

Note, it says "Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office". To hell with State and Federal law, to hell with the Constitution and that quant little "Full Faith and Credit Cause", they demand proof that would be acceptable to Joe Arpario (and, of course, Jerome Corsi) before allowing that uppity darkie on the ballot.
31 March - The Western Center for "Journalism" gives their highlights of the no-press allowed press conference.

Second off, neither The Postman's Tale or Viviano's story are anything new. In fact, they're pretty much recycled from 2008 and 2009.
And third off, I find it interesting that there's an increasing attempt to claim that birtherism stemmed from the Clintons and disgruntled Democrats. Particularly since the National Review and TownHall were some of the earliest proto-birther claims, and there are some posts in right-wing sites that predate the PUMAs by almost a year.

2 April - Because of conflict of interest, Monroe County, Tennessee, empaneled a special grand jury just for Walter Fitzpatrick.
"A man with the firm belief that the Monroe County Grand Jury is the most corrupt government body in the land, was given his own special grand jury in March. They promptly indicted him.
Monroe County Circuit Court Clerk Marty Cook said Walt Fitzpatrick faced a specially seat grand jury after he allegedly saw the names of the people on the current grand jury. Grand jury members, nor their proceedings are open to the public.
Fitzpatrick, 60, was charged with tampering with government records in December after he allegedly left the courthouse with a copy of a listing of the grand jury members."
And was caught on tape removing such.
"At that time Detectives with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and agents of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation executed the signed search warrant. Multiple attempts were made to get Fitzpatrick to the door of his residence but he refused to come to the door.
The officers told Fitzpatrick why they were there and used force to get in the house. Fitzpatrick was taken into custody without any further incident.
The officer searched the house and multiple electronic media storage and transmission components were seized. The hard copy documents taken from the courthouse, however, were not found."
Because he sent them to Sharon Rondeau, who has admitted she's got them.
"Fitzpatrick, who now lists a PO box in Athens as his home address, is scheduled to be back in court for a status hearing on April 30."
