In today's dispatches, the fall-out from Arizona SoS Ken Bennett's lost weekend tryst with the birthers continues. The flurry of claims, counter claims, and "WAHHH, THE SCARY BLACK MAN IS STILL ON THE BALLOT!!!" is rather precious to behold. Including some journalists and elected officials that are getting a taste of the kind of crazy hate mail I've come to expect from the birtherstani.
In other news, it looks like some birthers are a bit annoyed with Comrade Taitz. Some in the GOP are getting nervous at Dr. Orly. Rudy is getting ready for his weekend birtherpoolza. More questions are raised in who was funding the Maricopa CCCP's little Hawaiian holiday. CNN is starting to note the birthers are still around, much like the drunk party guest screaming profanities at 3am.
I'm trying to figure out what shade of red Jerome Corsi's face is. While I try and decide between "brick", "apple" and "fire engine", he's promising more "explosive" news that already sounds like old lies. A very pale Tea Party birther video, with shades of "Keebler". Birtherstan's favorite tribble mobility scooter is back. And Dr. Orly gets told "No x2"
1 May - Someone seems a tad bit annoyed at Dr. Orly, if the "Orly Taitz - Former Soviet" website is any indication.
"Orly Taitz is a native of the former Soviet Union and widely known as the Queen of the Birthers for her numerous lawsuits challenging the eligibility of Barack Obama to be President of the United States.
But many of her followers and everyday Republicans who find her a distraction don't know she herself is the subject of lawsuits for professional and legal misconduct. She was also accused of having an extramarital affair with Charles Edward Lincoln in a lawsuit.
The biggest threat to California's future would be to send a laughing stock and unfit person as the runner up candidate to Dianne Feinstein in the November 2012 election. This website has been set up to help get out the facts about Orly Taitz that are a matter of public record and are easily found but often overlooked on the Internet.
Running Orly Taitz against Dianne Feinstein will only insure the continued failures of the tax and spend liberals. Unless Republicans want to guarantee the re-election of Barack Obama and his path to communism and socialism then why would they vote for Orly Taitz for US Senate?
It's time to get serious America."

I strongly suspect the person doing this site is a birther though, based on things like:

22 May - ConWebBlog asks the question "who's paying for Corsi's trip with Zullo and Deputy Dawg to Hawaii??"

WND only briefly mentions this, instead letting cold case posse leader Mike Zullo accuse Hawaii officials of "stonewalling" and Arpaio claim that "it looks like they’re hiding something."
Despite the fact that TPM published the email chain between Hawaii officials and Bennett, WND makes no mention whatsoever of it.
The ones who are actually hiding something here are Arpaio, Zullo, Corsi, and WND."

"Dark theories about President Barack Obama's citizenship show no signs of fading away.
But "birthers," as those skeptics of Obama's heritage are known, no longer seem relegated to tinfoil hat fringes of American politics.
Instead, it's Republican members of Congress, elected officials and state party organizations -- in Arizona, Iowa and Florida -- that are responsible for the latest round of conspiracy-mongering. And the loose talk could cause a headache for Mitt Romney this election season.

After his office was hit with more than a thousand e-mails in the wake of an Arpaio press conference, he thought he’d found a neat little solution in Hawaii law that would get the birthers off his back. He thought he could ask Hawaii for a “verification in-lieu of certified copy”—basically a pinky swear, by e-mail, that the state has Obama’s birth certificate on file, something a real birther would never have accepted—and that once he had that in hand, he could get the birthers to go away. 24 May - Some people in Phoenix decide to have fun at Joe Arpaio's offices.
"Wearing flip-flops, grass skirts and Hawaiian leis, with surfboards in tow and the pungent odor of sunscreen trailing behind them, around 15-to-20 members of Citizens for a Better Arizona stormed the 19th Floor of Phoenix's Wells Fargo Building this afternoon, briefly taking over the entranceway to Sheriff Joe Arpaio's tony executive offices.
The group's gripe? The fact that Sheriff Joe had dispatched one of his deputies to Hawaii as security for Mike Zullo, a top doofus from Arpaio's "cold case posse," who's still "investigating" crackpot claims that President Barack Obama's birth certificate is a phony."

He also prevented the pipeline from Alberta being built which would have generated many thousands of jobs and at the same time reduced the cost of gasoline. Okay so now let’s recap, he attacked the Catholic’s, he attacked the Jews, he attacked the non gay’s and he attacked industry in general. the question that must now be asked is why would any sane individual attack so many American’s that might have otherwise voted for him? The answer is I believe very simple, in that he does not care who will or will not vote for him, since he knows just like Speaker of the House John Boenher knew to invest in Healthcare Stock and Nancy Pelosi knew to invest in Visa stock, (thanks to insider trading, which just happens to be legal for Senators or Congressmen) that he will remain in power as president one way or another. Former Chief Deputy David Hendershott, Deputy Chief Larry Black, and Deputy Joel Fox sued Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, both counties, Investigative Research Inc. and its president Keith Sobraske and secretary Melinda Sobraske, and Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Deputy Chief Frank Munnell, in Maricopa County Court.
The plaintiffs say in their complaint that on Aug. 17, 2010, Deputy Chief Munnell submitted a 63-page memo to Arpaio, asserting "false allegations of criminal misconduct, malfeasance, allegations of obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and even included allegations of sexual misconduct."
They claim that in the memo, Munnell "made many untrue statements that he intended to cause harm to the plaintiffs and that he knew or should have known were false."
The memo includes allegations that Hendershott asked Munnell to donate money to a secret political action committee to fund Arpaio's 2008 political campaign, that Hendershott tried to stop Munnell from complying with state investigators, and that Hendershott, Black and Fox teamed up to manage the PAC, the Sheriff's Command Association."
