What's interesting is that the Fetish Nostalgia site "30sg.com" has some later issues of that magazine for sale. The oldest being #412, published in 1966. There's an issue #556 from 1968 as well. So we might assume a once a week printing schedule. Which means that #9 would have been out in 1957 or 58.
At 0:19, we have the cover of "Exotique" #6, and at 0:25, the cover of #4. Exotique was printed between 1955 and 1959. 30sq.com has issue #10 - published in 1957.
0:31 shows the cover of "Secret Pleasures" by Carlson Wade. 30sq.com shows that as a photo collection of Exotique - published in 1958
0:40, "Battling Babes". And guess what, it's a Exotique magazine from the mid 50's

And during the time period these magazines were published in, Stanley Ann Dunham would have been in her early to mid teens and in Jr. High and High School (they moved to Mercer Island, WA, in 1956 when she was 13) And the pictures of the woman in question are clearly NOT someone that young.

There's ALWAYS been pending birther cases. Because the birthers keep thinking that the judge in such and such a case will ignore the law and get rid of the scary black man.
And the courts have given the birthers arguments exactly the consideration those arguments deserve.

This is Jerry Collette saying that he's not willing to accept the word of the State of Hawaii (despite the Full Faith and Credit Clause), or any other forensic or document specialist that he doesn't personally agree with.
Considering Collette then goes on to cite the Maricopa CCCP's "evidence" as "proof" the long form is a forgery, I think we know quite well what "competent witness" Collette would find "acceptable to plaintiff."

"45.I am claiming the right to not be governed by somebody who does not meet the constitutional requirement for the office, while defendants are denying that I have such aright."

18 June - The Miami Herald reports on Larry Klayman's Florida Birther Ballot Jihad hearing.
"The argument has been debunked and rejected many times, but that hasn’t stopped people from continuing to file lawsuits disputing President Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve. A South Florida man is behind one of the latest challenge, asking that Obama be blocked from having his name listed on the Florida ballot this fall.
Plaintiff Michael Voeltz filed the suit in Leon County circuit court in February. His attorney, Larry Klayman, says he has evidence Obama wasn’t born in the United States and therefore is not a citizen eligible to serve as president. Even if he were born in Hawaii, Klayman said, the president isn’t a “natural born citizen” as required in the U.S. Constitution because his father wasn’t a citizen.
Gov. Rick Scott has been a critic of Obama, but his administration is siding with the president on this issue. Attorneys for Secretary of State Ken Detzner appeared at a hearing this morning alongside the president’s lawyers to argue for the case to be dismissed."

How apropos that they want to have a 'dudly' constituted kangaroo court for you. The inevitable guilty 'verdict' to be rendered between the serving of the orange juice and the second plate of waffles, no doubt.
I suppose the fact that one couldn't commit treason against an individual state is completely lost on these people, eh?
Regardless, I am jealous of you, sir. I want to be named as a defendant in one of these half-assed trials someday. I wish to show up with family and friends and laugh at whomever conducts the enquiry whilst heartily eating my eggs and bacon!

Klayman states in interview:
“The evidence shows that he was most likely born in Kenya. In fact, when he came to this country he used a different name and on some of the documentation he submitted he stated that he was a foreigner, not an American and that way he qualified for a certain type of financial aid and other aid and his first name was Barry Soetoro. He did not go by the name Barack Obama,” Klayman said.
“Plus the birth certificate as analyzed, we’ve never seen an original copy. No one has, and experts who have looked at that birth certificate and these are in the affidavits in the court file show that birth certificate was likely forged and altered as well as his social security card and other methods of identification.” .

if this is his proof, then Klayman has lost the case.

I've seen this meme a lot recently in Birtherstan. So either birthers are real parrots or, as I've often claimed, their actual number is much smaller than the number of accounts posting at WND (i.e. sock puppets).
