Today, we're going to combine two of my personal least favourite foods together into one gastronomical obsenity.
And we're going to make it a casserole to boot
Spam-Lima Bean casserole
Yield: 6 servings
1 cn Spam, ground
½ c Bread crumbs
1 tb Cooking oil
½ c Chopped onion
¼ c Chopped celery
¾ c Ketchup
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
½ ts Chili powder
1 lg Can lima beans, drained
¾ c Water
Combine ground Spam and bread crumbs. Form into small meatballs; brown a few at a time in hot oil in skillet. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add onion and celery to skillet; saute until tender (do not brown). Stir in ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, lima beans and water. Bring to a boil. Combine bean mixture and meatballs. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly

Well, I think you got the "boot" part down on this one...
In other news, I see Indiana booted Frau Doktor Taitz again.
