In today's dispatches, the fallout over the Arpaio dog and pony show continues, though many noticed it for the smoke screen that it was. Meanwhile, the State of Hawaii rolls its collective eyes. More of the Arpaio / World Nut Daily connection is uncovered, which is making Joseph Farah whine like a teacup poodle that has to make wee-wee.
Farah and Larry Sinclair have something in common - namely rejection. The IRS may want to look into the Maricopa CCCP (a paid for division of World Nut Daily). The undead ferret on Donald Trump's scalp chimes in. Dr. Orly continues her creepy subpoena stalking ways.
Ulsterman comes up with another Non-Player Character to talk to. Lame Cherry is breathtakingly incoherent. And Dr. Orly once again puts two and two together and comes up with burrito.
17 July - More exploration at KPHO over the Arpaio-World Nut Daily connection.
"At Corsi's urging, the Surprise Tea Party created a petition, demanding that the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office investigate the president's birth certificate. It's an issue Corsi was familiar with. He's been pushing the idea that Obama is not a US citizen for years.
Corsi is a contributor to and editor of the website WorldNetDaily, which is known for publishing conservative-leaning conspiracy theories. They have included:
* The idea that Oklahoma City Bomber Timothy McVeigh had connections to middle eastern terrorists;
* That TWA Flight 800 was destroyed by terrorists and covered up by the Clinton administration;
* And lately, that Obama's birth certificate is a fake.
Corsi came under considerable criticism when he argued that the official story of what brought down the World Trade Centers was a cover up.
In the meantime, Arpaio assigned the birth certificate investigation to his Cold Case Posse and despite Corsi's past, promptly added him to the team."
And this is a surprise how?
17 July - You know, the State of Hawaii Department of Health must be going "oh not this shit again???"
"The Hawaii state Department of Health released this statement on the issue:
The State of Hawaii has repeatedly confirmed the indisputable evidence of President Obama's birth in Hawaii. An exhaustive accounting of this is provided on the State Department of Health (DOH) website http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/obama.html."
17 July - Azfamily.com reports on the Arpaio dog and pony show.
Local Democrats are, obviously, rather annoyed.
"State Democrats and Arpaio's political opponents were quick to accuse the Sheriff of wasting taxpayer money and causing a distraction.
"There are crimes that are going on in our community that require attention and require resources, this is not one of them," said Paul Penzone, who is seeking the Democratic nomination to run against Arpaio in November.
"It's just a whole new level of embarrassment," said Democratic State Rep. Ruben Gallego."
But even local Republicans are trying to make sure the stink of birther doesn't splash on them.
"At least one Republican also criticized Arpaio for reigniting the "birther" debate."The joke's really on the taxpayers and the people who keep putting this guy into office," said Grant Woods, a former Arizona Attorney General. "But once again this is an embarrassment to this country coming out of Arizona."
But many of the state's most powerful Republicans seemed to distance themselves from the issue altogether.
3TV reached out to both Senators John McCain (R) Arizona and Jon Kyl (R) Arizona, as well as at least six U.S. Representatives from Arizona, but none of them wanted to comment on the MCSO "birther" findings.
Not surprisng.
"Secretary of State Ken Bennett, who earlier this year injected himself into the birther debate by demanding Hawaiian officials verify the President's birth certificate, was unavailable to respond to Arpaio's findings.
In May, Bennett told 3TV he opened his investigation after getting inquiries from more than one thousand constituents and because of "findings" Arpaio initially released in March.
"I simply followed a procedure allowed under Hawaii state law to verify something after a law enforcement agency in my state declared their findings," Bennett said on May 22.
On Tuesday, Bennett's spokesman, Matt Roberts, declined 3TV's request for a statement and said only that Bennett was "out of town, unavailable and does not have any plans to take action."
Which was interesting, since Ken Bennett was in the audience at the dog and pony show….
And the State of Hawaii weighs in.
"Tuesday evening, officials from Hawaii responded to Arpaio's allegations that their lax laws on birth certificates could pose a national security threat, saying the allegations "are untrue, misinformed, and misconstrue Hawaii law."
Joshua A. Wisch, Special Assistant to the Attorney General of Hawaii released this statement:
The State of Hawaii has repeatedly confirmed the indisputable evidence of President Obama’s birth in Hawaii. An exhaustive accounting of this is provided on the State Department of Health (DOH) website (http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/obama.html). When this issue last arose in May, the Washington Post noted that “the Hawaii Department of Health has released both the short and long forms of the president’s birth certificate; and that all this information, along with clear-as-a-bell explanations, is available to the public online.” (http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/in-arizona-the-birther-plot-plays-on/2012/05/21/gIQAV9tYgU_story.html?tid=pm_pop)
President Obama was born in Honolulu, and his birth certificate is valid.
Regarding the latest allegations from a sheriff in Arizona, they are untrue, misinformed, and misconstrue Hawaii law. The purpose of section 338-17.8, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is to accommodate foreign-born individuals whose parents were residents of Hawaii but were temporarily outside of this state due to employment or military service. Similar to section 338-20.5, HRS, which provides for a certificate of foreign birth, anyone who receives a birth certificate under this section would have noted on their birth certificate the physical location of their actual birth. It does not confer citizenship, which is, of course, a power of the federal government.
We also note that section 338-17.8 was not passed until 1982, so it cannot apply to President Obama, who was born at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu in 1961, as is reflected on his certificate of live birth, a copy of which can be viewed on the White House website, a link to which is provided on DOH’s website.
Vital records in Hawaii have some of the highest levels of privacy protection in the nation. Not only are Hawaii’s vital records some of the best managed, but they also have some of the strongest restrictions on access to prevent identity theft and fraud.

18 July - Joseph Farah must either be completely clueless, or think his readers are the biggest, most gullible dolts in the universe.
Then again, we're talking World Nut Daily, so the second part might be more accurate.
"Here it is for you to see for yourself: A CBS News affiliate report from Phoenix on the breathtaking conspiracy behind the audacious decision of the Arizona secretary of state to ask for confirmation of Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility before placing his name on the ballot.
And who was it that manipulated Ken Bennett to take this audacious action?
The CBS 5 investigative report by Morgan Loew concludes “the real driving force behind the move might have actually been a wealthy conspiracy theory peddler.”
And who might that be?
I’m not sure – after reading and watching the whole report.
It could be someone named Tom Ballantyne, but the story never explains how wealthy he is or how he may have accumulated his wealth.
The other alternative is me.
I suspect, from reading and re-reading the story, it’s Ballantyne, because he “admits” helping to mobilize tea-party members to lobby Bennett to act."
Let's take a look at the video, shall we?
4:14 long video. At about 1:25, it shows Joseph Farah, along with the comment "millionaire conspiracy theory peddler." And at 1:26, "his name is Joseph Farah". At 1:58, it shows and names Joseph Farah, Jerome Corsi, and Tom Ballantyne, identifying them as "Farah's contributors" And identifies Ballantyne writing for the Farah-founded "Western Center for 'Journalism'"
Or the article, where both Farah and Ballantyne are mentioned four times each.
"Both websites were started by Joseph Farah, a former newspaper editor. Farah is a leading voice in conservative media, questioning the citizenship of the president. A review of editorials Farah has written show he has also pushed theories that Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh had ties to a Middle Eastern terrorist group and that TWA Flight 800 was brought down by missiles and that the U.S. government covered it up.Author Tom Ballantyne, a contributor to Farah's Western Center for Journalism website, spoke to the Surprise tea party in April, and admits he mobilized the members to prompt Bennett to act.
"All of the polls that I've seen show that more than half the people in the country still don't know where (Obama) was born. And that's just a simple fact. He hasn't proven it," Ballantyne said."
So it's quite clear that the reporter is talking about Joseph Farah, and that Farah is either clueless or lying though his teeth.
“In the days and months before members of the Surprise tea party demanded Bennett investigate the legitimacy of President Obama’s birth certificate, two authors who contribute to conspiracy theory websites gave presentations to the organization,” reports Loew.
Those two authors, if I’m following this convoluted conspiracy invented by Loew, are Ballantyne and WND’s Jerome Corsi."
What "convoluted conspiracy". It's pretty straight forward. Corsi writes for and has books published by World Net Daily, owned and operated by Joesph Farah.
Ballantyne is interviewed in WND articles, and writes for the Western Center for "Journalism", a group founded by Joesph Farah.
The connections are very straightforward and clear.
“Both websites were started by Joseph Farah, a former newspaper editor,” Loew writes. “Farah is a leading voice in conservative media, questioning the citizenship of the president. A review of editorials Farah has written show he has also pushed theories that Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh had ties to a Middle Eastern terrorist group and that TWA Flight 800 was brought down by missiles and that the U.S. government covered it up.”
Actually, I went much further than that. I published two meticulously documented books on these subjects – the New York Times bestselling “The Third Terrorist” by Jayna Davis, and “First Strike” by Jack Cashill and James Sanders.
These were not “conspiracy” books. They represented investigative journalism at its best – something about which Loew knows nothing."
So Farah is proud of World Nut Daily's books and articles about Flight 800 being "shot down", or Timothy McVeigh being an "Islamic Terrorist".
That's like being proud of the corn and nut-studded grunt sculpture that one left to soak in the toilet until it can be flushed. Sure, it's impressive, but it doesn't change the fact it's crap.
You know, the term "wealthy conspiracy theory peddler" is really sounding like a quite accurate description of Joseph Farah.
18 July - The Phoenix New Times points out there's nothing new under the sun, and certainly nothing new in Arpaio's latest dog and pony show.
"In one box on Obama's birth certificate, there's a box titled "race of father," which is filled in as "African." The number nine is penciled in next to it.
Arpaio and lead "investigator" Mike Zullo say that according to the federal guide in 1961 -- the year of Obama's birth -- that number nine meant "unknown or not stated."
That's false, and it's nearly impossible that Arpaio's birther gang didn't know that.
After approximately two minutes on the Internet -- no, we didn't have to blow $10,000 on a trip to Hawaii -- we found this exact theory, and the documentation proving it false, from Obama Conspiracy Theories.
The coding for the number nine in the race meant "unknown or not stated" in the guide for 1968. In 1961, it meant "other nonwhite."
On top of that, Arpaio's birther pals conveniently cropped the area of the 1968 guide to omit the fact that they were referring to a section called "race of child," not "race of father." (Click here for the whole document.)
The birther gang proceeded to call the 95-year-old woman who coded and signed Obama's birth certificate to ask her if she made this error, and she said she did not -- because the accusation is false.
The other theory about the Nordyke twins and sequential numbering was also lifted by Arpaio and friends from the same authors of the race theory, and has also been debunked.
That leaves Arpaio and friends with stories about how nobody wanted to play their birther games in Hawaii, as they went around claiming to be police officers and asking for documents, as well as more "forensic computer analysis."
All of the computer things have consistently been debunked, and a quick Google search for Garrett Papit -- the guy who did the latest one -- will show you that this gentleman has been involved in birther theories on the Internet for more than a year now.
For the rest of you who never bought an ounce of Arpaio's "investigation" anyway, we apologize for wasting your time."
18 July - One of Arpaio's opponents speaks out.
"On Wednesday, Paul Penzone hit the airwaves with his first television ad of the campaign by slamming Arpaio for wasting time and money investigating President Barack Obama's birth certificate.
"We know that it was politically motivated. The sheriff recognizes it's a polarizing issue that has nothing to do with public safety for us but it benefits him politically," Penzone said in the 31-second ad.
He goes on to call Arpaio's investigation a, "gimmick." The commercial appears just a day after Arpaio tried breathing new life into the so-called "birther" movement."
19 July - Gee, I can't imagine why the DNC wouldn't allow a conspiracy-riddled website that spreads lies about President Obama to attend their convention. (/sarcasm)
" WND, the oldest and largest independent Internet news agency with an audience of some 6 million, has been rejected by the Democratic National Committee Press Gallery for credentialed coverage of the convention in Charlotte, N.C., in September."
And Joseph Farah has a mad.
"WND co-founder Joseph Farah, a veteran newsman who ran daily newspapers in major metropolitan markets for decades before launching WND"
More like "veteran newsman turned conspiracy theorist and propagandist".
“This decision by the DNC is clearly a political one,” he said. “The Democrats know there are only a few media outlets in the country watchdogging them with a critical eye as to their frequent abuse of the Constitution. They don’t want any hard-hitting questions asked at their dog-and-pony show. They are only interested in presenting a well-staged, choreographed extravaganza without any controversy. That’s why WND was not invited to the party.”
No, I think it has more to do with World Nut Daily being a partisan far-right extremist site with a history of spreading lies about Democrats in general and President Obama in particular, not to mention having as staff a batch of other hacks that have done everything from lie about military records to calling for revolt and the overthrow of the government.
You know. Little things like that.
"The Republican Party provided WND with full accreditation for its convention in Tampa."
What a surprise.
"Farah pledged to redouble WND’s efforts at reporting on the activities of the Democrats – from inside or outside the tent."
In which they'll do what they normally do. Make stuff up and lie, lie, lie, and lie.
19 July - Media Matters comments on Corsi's latest hand-me-down.
"So yes, this is all very silly, but there's something else going on here. Corsi offers the phantom-hand theory as part of the "compelling case that Davis was Obama's biological father as well as his ideological mentor." At the core of the birther delusion is the belief that President Obama holds an illegitimate claim to the presidency owing to his lack of U.S. citizenship. Now Corsi, one of the more committed birthers, is arguing that the president is biological child of Ann Dunham and Frank Marshall Davis, both of whom were citizens of the United States. And since both were citizens, any theoretical children they might have had would also be citizens. So Corsi is a birther who's arguing a theory that undermines birtherism."
19 July - The Maricopa CCCP may have it's own problems shortly.
"The identity of the accuser is redacted, but the complaint pegs "investigator" Mike Zullo with accusations of using the so-called "charity" for political purposes, and with the intent to turn a profit.
According to the Arizona Corporation Commission's rules, you can't run a charity with the purpose of "carrying on of propaganda," among other things, and the IRS says the type of charity that the posse claims to be can't just "[participate or intervene], directly or indirectly, in any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office."
For those who have followed the actions of the posse, it probably seems like that's exactly what it's doing."
I would go so far as to say that's exactly what it's doing.
19 July - And, of course, tribble mobility scooter Donald Trump has to chime in.
“The fact is Sheriff Arpaio is, in my opinion, correct,” Trump told Hannity. “Nobody was ever in the hospital by the name of his mother … and a lot of crazy things.”
He pointed out, however, the nation’s unwillingness to address the issue, including the role of the mainstream media in attacking anyone who challenges Obama.
“If that were a conservative, let’s say a George Bush or somebody, he would have been out of office already,” he told Hannity.
“Nobody has more sealed records than this president. So many of his applications … are sealed. He spent $3 million to keep everything sealed. You can’t find out anything about his college. I’m not talking about his marks. I’m talking about his application. It would be so interesting to see,” Trump said."
Amazing. Four paragraphs and not a single correct statement. Trump's "facts" are about has real as that undead ferret glued to his scalp.
19 July - Oh look. Dr. Orly is sending "I wuv you THIS much" subpoenas to Mike Zullo and Joe Apraio.
(Scribd link of Zullo Subpoena here)
(Scribd link of Arpaio Subpoena here)
Yes indeed, Dr. Orly is the Maricopa CCCP's very own creepy stalker girl
19 July - The inmates at Birther Report are having a collective fit that neither Congress or the media are taking them seriously.
Some just want prison.
"Anonymous said…[Reply] misprision of felonyprison for all of them
July 19, 2012 12:20 PM"
Some go the "waahhh, when is someone going to start a civil war???" route.
"Anonymous said…[Reply] Congress is definitely complicit in the Obama eligibility cover up.What a feckless, bunch of treasonous cowards.
How much loner are we going to put up with these bastards giving us the brush off?

"Dealio said…[Reply] Only by storming the capitol and arresting all involved will this end. Aside from protecting our way of life, the record needs to be set straight. Those are the reasons why we go. It's coming down to that recognition and, whether or not we've got the balls to do what must, and needs to be done. My thought is- we don't wait for anyone. Unless, of course, someone can show me a better, and quicker way, to see the illegal and co. behind bars. Someone should inform congress not to worry, they'll all be going to jail too. July 19, 2012 1:43 PM"
Some go all racist:
"Anonymous said…[Reply] @ Calamity Jane, My guess is that you may soon find yourself at the wrong time and place, and a gang of the blacks that you champion will beat you to within an inch of your life and/or rape you. "WAIT!", you will call out, "I voted for Obama, and I am on your side!" After they finish laughing, the savagery of you will begin. No, you haven't won, you have lost big time - you just haven't yet been confronted with the evidence of that loss. July 19, 2012 5:08 PM"
And some just go for the tried and true death threat.
"Anonymous said…[Reply] YEP ITS TIME FOR US TO ARREST THEM ALL WHEN THEY FLY HOME FOR THE BREAK THEY DONT NEED BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING WHILE THERE THEY ARE A WASTE OF OUR TAX MONEY. WE BE BETTER OFF TO SPEND 20 BUCKS FOR ENOUGH ROPE TO HANG THESE TRAITORS AND COWARDS. July 19, 2012 12:46 PM"

"Anonymous said…[Reply] They might retired with their high salaries and their great healthcare bennies, BUT when they are convicted of TREASON they lose big time. The penalty for a traitor is death by hanging. Clean out the pos's that have infiltrated our most sacred halls of congress. There are millions of patriots in each state of the Republic and if congress and the senate are all cowards or have taken pay-offs on this then they are traitors. Each state needs to vote them out of office and tar and feather each congressman and senator and carry them out of office and replace them with a TRUE American patriot. The commies run America now and take orders from russia and china. America is a country of cowards. There is nothing we can do now because we have been overthrown, we have no recourse, we complacently voted in the wrong people. We are all cowards and bozo knows it. The fib, cia, the feds, the generals are either communists or cowards. America is GONE. Now our only choice for POTUS is romney and bozo, how utterly ridiculous. Only Jesus can save us now. 19 July - Meanwhile, "Ulsterman" comes up with yet another work of fiction. This time, he's got a new voice in his head to go with "Wall Street Insider" and "White House Insider". Namely "Military Insider".
"For those who have followed these insider interviews from the beginning – you know just how accurate they have proven to be. "
Yes. So far Ulsterman hasn't gotten a single thing right.
"WSI: And you are absolutely convinced of that? It’s happening now – the election of Barack Obama was the signal? Implementation of this globalization plan commenced at that time? Fully commenced? Right?
MI: Yes sir.
UM: How? (Pause) The…implementation? How does that work. By force? Using our own military against us?
MI: No. That would be too much of a risk…most of our military personnel are good men and women. They signed up. They took an oath. And they are doing their job. Remember, I indicated some inside the military were part of this globalization movement. Not all. Not most. But some.
UM: But some of these inside the military – they have influence?
MI: Yes. Appointed to positions of authority. By this administration."
Oooooh, look at the screaming paranoia!!
"MI: Approximately two years ago…not quite two years ago…I received information pertaining to an election contingency plan. For 2012. After the 2010 elections there were particular operatives…specific to the Obama administration and Democratic Party leadership…indicating an overwhelming need to secure a second term for President Obama. That document’s title was…(pauses)
WSI: He can be trusted – I give you my word. Please proceed.
MI: That document’s title was “By Any Means Necessary”. It was unofficial – but we know it came directly from channels specific to the administration. We confirmed that.
UM: What channels? Who are you talking about?"
I suspect the channels were Agent Snap, Operative Crackle, and Comrade Pop.
19 July - Words come to mind with this Lame Cherry…..mostly "HUH???"
"I really would appreciate it if Barack Hussein Obama Osseiran AKA Barry Chin were the anti Christ, as then he would be interesting to me. I would even settle for anti Mahdi or anti Messiah, but this Chinoid Obama Chin is just so uninteresting as a pseudo negroid even. He is lint, bed fuzz, dust…..if he even was dog poop he would at least have that mystery of "Oh if I step in it, will it stick", but this Obama is just such a little thing upon my epic journey through this time dimension, that I just can not find anything interesting about him."
Yet you seem to obsess about him quite a bit.
"Where was I?Oh yes, I was talking about legendary me, Lame Cherry, who knows all.
Do you realize how hard it is to know all? You have to be inter phased with God or inter phased with thee entire computer archive network in 8 continents…….oh so you say there are not 8, well Baby Sister even knows there are continents under the ocean, so there.
Did you know ceramic knives are extremely alluring? I'm in love with ceramic knives."

Yes Lame Cherry is important my children. I call you my children, because you are children compared to me. You just need tending, minding and being told things, because there you go again in your mind wandering off on things, instead of paying attention."
"….right about then, the mescaline kicked in….."
"Yes I'm a legend, and not a myth. I don't have to say it myself, like Rush Limbaugh, but I'm like Chuck Norris, in people just know he is tough and say things about him, and he just can talk about things like biting beer bottle heads off and drinking glass as that is how tough Chuck Norris is. Same with me, I'm so legendary that Kings just say things about me….others have to respond for gins………Say I sure have had trouble with little gins girls. Wonder why them Japper chics want to have me as the man in their lives? Hmmm, maybe I should feed them Japper men some steak and eggs….chicken eggs to make them more manly as I really am more than enough man for all these women in being a super chic, but you know, I'm completely fidelity faithful, so I just have to help these Japanese men out and get them from out behind the rice paper.
Who goes to America and stands timing in a chicken house afraid to ask the whore to play posse, but a Japper man.Ok so this is the deal in I think out of the box, and most people do not get what the box even is, or where I'm thinking as they are all boxed in.I really do like Johnny Cash, but don't sing him to me as I'm not Michelle Malkin."

You really would look better in peach colors my dear………."
"….right about then, the NyQuil enema kicked in….."
20 July - Not only does Dr. Orly completely miss the point, but is once again trolling for military personnel to get into trouble (malware and redirect warning)
"BREAKING NEWS: MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY CAN DEMONSTRATE IN UNIFORMS IN FRONT OF THE DNC CONVENTION AGAINST USURPER OBAMA WITH FORGED PAPERS
Posted on | July 20, 2012"
O RLY??
"Until now members of the military were not allowed to demonstrate in uniforms. Now this ban was lifted, when members of the US military were allowed to march in their uniforms in a gay pride parade."
First off a political demonstration doesn't equal a parade. Military personnel were allowed to march in uniform at local and civic parades in the past, Gay pride parades are simply part of that group.
"Here is a new line of attack: “American patriots against the usurper pride parade” in military uniforms. We need members of the military in their uniforms demonstrating in front of the DNC, RNC conventions and in front of the American Bar association convention in Chicago. We need signs “Proud Americans against the Usurper”. “End usurpation of the US Presidency, send Obama to prison” “Prison for Obama and accomplices for forgery”."
UCMJ Article 88—Contempt toward officials:
“Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”
So Dr. Orly is trying to get some poor fool court-martialed.
"Important: if members of the military can demonstrate in uniforms in gay pride parade, they can demonstrate in their uniforms in front of the DNC convention and demand prosecution of Obama for usurpation of the Presidency using forged papers."
No, because the ban on POLITICAL activity in uniform remains very much in effect.
"PS. If someone is not given permission to demonstrate in a uniform in American pride against the usurper parade, let me know, we will sue the military for the discrimination. what’s good for the goose, good for the gander."
And if some idiot is stupid enough to actually put their faith in Dr. Orly's legal skills, than he or she deserves what they get.
20 July - And Joe Arpaio continues to flog the birther bishop.
“The only way we’re going to get to the bottom of this … someone and I don’t know who, has to look into this and really make a full-fledged investigation and take everything we have and move forward,” Arpaio told Boyles.
“Who do I go to? The U.S. government? I’m in a box. [What we need is for] Congress to open up hearings, get a special prosecutor and let’s get with it,” he said.
“I’ve got enough smoke, or even fire, now,” he said."
No, you don't even have a smoldering ember.
"Arpaio also was concerned that the media across America is so unconcerned about what could be a major Constitution problem.
“Why don’t they look at the facts? That’s what sad about the news media right now. They just don’t want to bring this issue up, no matter what we present,”
They HAVE looked at the facts. And the facts say something far different than what Corsi, Farah, and Zullo told you.
“Somebody ought to look into how easy it is to get a birth certificate in Hawaii,” Arpaio said. “All you have to do is live there for a year and pay some water bills and you go in and get a birth certificate for anybody. Why isn’t that a big issue when we’re talking about immigration and national security?” he said."
Because it's a pack of lies. Hawaiian state law doesn't differ much from Arizona state law when it comes to issuing birth certificates.
"And he said while multitudes of experts have confirmed the digital image from the White House is a creation, not a representation of a real document, the “boots-on-the-ground” investigation now has corroborated that."
So it's now "multitudes"??? Funny how none of these "multitudes" seem to have any training or experience in forensic document analysis……
As for the "boots on the ground" thing, they have done no such thing.
“Sheriff Arpaio’s findings threaten to plunge America into an unprecedented crisis. for if – and again, I emphasize if – he is correct, then Mr. Obama has perpetrated the most elaborate hoax in U.S. history. A fraudulent birth certificate would mean that Mr. Obama is ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief. His president would therefore be legally and constitutionally illegitimate,” he wrote.
“It would mean that he should be immediately removed from office – impeached. Moreover, every law and executive order passed under his administration – Obamacare, the economic stimulus, the Dodd-Frank financial reform, the government takeover of General Motors and Chrysler, the granting of amnesty to nearly one million illegal immigrants, the National Defense Reauthorization Act, the drone assassination list – would be null and void,” he wrote."
Ah, the "Magic Reset Button" that all good little birthers dream of.

Somebody needs to remind Orly that when she gets on her knees in front of Zullo and Arapio, she is NOT supposed to suck their souls through their urethrae - a simple hummer should suffice.
Great article, as always!

Told U So - So, are you "Beverly Lyons"?? Or "Real American Patriot" with it's fantasies about rope neckties?? Or maybe even *gasp* Lame Cherry itself??
Funny thing. I looked at the "Dispatches" you mentioned. There's not a single thing listed there that was anything other than a birther fail.
Much like your comment was.

Told U So must have been infected with the KBOA virus.
Really have to laugh at these so called "patriots". It would be truly amusing to actually see all the commenters at birther report follow the biggest bloviator by the name of Dealio into DC. All 15 of them surrounding the White House wouldn't be very noticeable amongst the regular tourist other than their constant drooling.

The Birthers just continue to sink further into patheticness in their delusions. They truly are the successor's of last election cycle's PUMAs in their sad ineffectiveness and utter incompetence.

Crazy factor. I checked out the "Dispatches" you described. There's nothing listed there that was anything other than a birther fall short.
