In today's dispatches, Larry Klayman tells the birtherstani faithful over the weekend that his argument in the Florida Birther Ballot jihad is a can't fail win for the birtherstani. What he doesn't tell the birtherstani is that the case was dismissed on friday. But that's okay, because he's trying to organize another overthrow of the government.

It's past due time to have her medication adjusted. Or to stage an intervention.
"It’s not just Soros. If Soros dies his son takes over and does the same thing as Soros would have done. Soros has allied himself with both the communists and Islamists now. You can’t just take out one person and have the alliance disappear. It’s through the alliance that they have enough money to be able to push a teetering economy over the cliff. But the money is spread out in enough places that you can’t just get rid of the visible people and be rid of the cancerous danger. This is a boa that’s been wrapping around our necks for some time, and now everything is ready for the squeeze.
Ultimately we just have to have this coming economic collapse and rise from the ashes.
But the Obama people are counting on it being very, very bloody, and I fear that they have positioned the Hezbollah operatives (that were flown in direct unchecked flights from Iran to Venezuela and made it up through the border being deliberately kept open by Holder) in every state capital so that whatever disaster Soros uses to trigger the final coup will be followed by armed Hezbollah attacks that put the country in chaos - from which the communist-Islamist alliance arises and takes over.
To be truthful, it may end up coming down to whether the Hezbollah operatives have the biological and chemical WMD’s that were in Iraq, passed on to Syria, and were almost certainly in Iran at the time the direct flights took place. America is armed, but there’s not a lot of self-defense against botulinum, etc.
The truth of the matter is that the communist-Islamist coup of 2008 was enough to seize power of all the infrastructure that was supposed to protect us. That infrastructure has been used, instead, to surround us by enemies armed beyond what mere 2nd Amendment can eliminate. While we’ve been fighting the political battles, Hezbollah has been surrounding us, with a nod and wink from Eric Holder.
We are in deep, deep doo-doo and at this point only divine intervention can save this country. If people were made aware of what’s going on they could keep an eye out, knowing that our protection is ENTIRELY in our own hands and we will be working AGAINST the US government if we try to save the country. If the biological weapons are not located all over the country guns may be able to overpower the final coup in some places.
I hope I’m wrong. I hope the biological weapons were still in Syria and were not sent with the Hezbollah flights. I’m going to keep fighting the legal/political battle because I might be wrong. Or who knows how the Lord could intervene to foil the evil plans of this 2-beast regime. The outcomes aren’t mine to decide, but the battle is mine to fight as long as there is opportunity to fight. So that’s what I’ll do.
But I do want everybody to be prepared, and to realize that if the final communist-Islamist coup takes place in order to keep the election from happening, Christians need to be prepared to die for their Lord, or what follows will be unbearable. Obama has been planting the seeds for sharia all along. If there is a blatant violent coup in America, sharia will be instituted quickly, before the sleeping folks today will even have a chance to think about the position they’re in. Scripture is clear that after a person has accepted the mark of the beast and the Christians are slain, those who are left alive will wish they were dead. I don’t want to scare people but more than anything I want them to be prepared so they are not left here when earth literally becomes Hell.

29 June - Funny thing, but Larry Klayman seems not to have mentioned to Obama Ballot Challenge, that his Second Amended Complaint in his World Nut Daily sponsored Florida Birther Ballot Jihad case was not only stricken, but the entire case was dismissed with prejudice.

Hey birthers, guess what? You just got a Yet ANOTHER Court ruling on your "Two US Citizen Parent" theory.
And it was rejected.

Unless you're has idiotic an attorney as Dr. Orly, you can't "file a stand-alone complaint for declaratory relief " because your case was dismissed with prejudice

World Nut Daily wrote and published this article AFTER Klayman's case was dismissed. So either Klayman didn't tell WND about the dismissal, in which case he's lying, or he did tell them and they decided not to say anything, in which case they're BOTH lying.
That would be a violation of journalistic ethics, if World Nut Daily had any.

2 July - Well, it took a couple days for World Nut Daily to publicly note that Larry Klayman was lying though his teeth. Of course, they can't say that (bad for donations, after all), so rather than ask Klayman "why the hell did you lie to use and make us look even more stupid than usual, they get Klayman to spin his dismissal instead.

2 July - WPEC-TV in Florida reports on Klayman's dismissal.
"Leon County Circuit Judge Terry Lewis ruled Friday that the lawsuit had a number of flaws, including the fact that Obama is not yet that Democratic Party's presidential nominee. That will take place at the party's convention in Charlotte, N.C. next month.
The lawsuit by Fort Lauderdale automobile salesman Michael Voeltz challenged whether Obama can serve as president because he isn't a "natural born citizen." It not only questioned Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate, but said he wasn't qualified to be president because his father wasn't an American citizen.
Voeltz was represented by conservative legal activist Larry Klayman."

Don't know if you were aware of this, but "TorchnPitchforks" and "LiveFree1776" are the same person. He was too vile for even WND to tolerate, so they banned his "TorchnPitchforks" account a few weeks ago. He started a new one-"LiveFree1776".
Arpaio schedules his BC press conferences to occur slightly before major developments in the DOJ case against him. His DOJ trial begins July 19th, so Arpaio is holding his press conference July 17th. In this way he dominates the news cycle, rather than the racial profiling case dominating it.
He did the same thing with the first BC presser--kept moving and delaying it while he negotiated with DOJ. Then he suspended negotiations, knowing that this would lead the DOJ to file suit, though this information was not yet public. He scheduled the press conference a few days before DOJ filed.
