The Article II Super Duper We Really Don't Understand What The Constitution Says PAC seems to want Mitt Romney to debate an empty chair. Which may be rather foolish, considering how well birthers and the GOP have fared against empty chairs. The Southern Poverty Law Center notes the propaganda, theocratic, and outright dingbat qualities of Joseph Farah and World Nut Daily.
Joesph Farah decries the Southern Poverty Law Center, claiming that World Nut Daily is open to Neo-Conservatives, Conspiracy-clods, anti-UN nuts, bigots, and right-wing freaks of all stripes. Dr. Orly sees her anti-healthcare lawsuit moved to US District court in Texas with her as the sole plaintiff. It's just has full of lies as before. Van Irion throws a fit over the fact the courts told him "no, oh, and break out the checkbook".
Cody Judy and John Dummett seem to have this delusion that they're actual viable presidential candidates. Open racist, birther, and GOP county committee member Hugh McInnish manages to get 7 over GOP members to agree to an attempt to get Barack Obama off the Alabama ballot, 9 other GOP members actually remain sane. More death prayers. And Dr. Orly has a fit that Judge Carter is actually helping to teach other countries about democratic forms of justice and courtroom behaviour.

Oh, that pesky Ankeny decision has come back to bite the birthers again.
"The issue of the definition of "natural born citizen" is thus firmly resolved by the United States Supreme Court in a prior opinion, and as this Court sees it, that holding is binding on the ultimate issue in this case. \Vhile Ms. Fair and Ms. Miltenberger may disagree I with the holding of the Supreme Court, from a perspective of stare decises, the only means by which an opinion of the Supreme Court concerning substantive law can be overturned is either by a subsequent holding of the Supreme Court or an amendment to the U. S. Constitution. Both have occurred in the past on very rare occasions, but this Court does not believe that it has the discretion to simply disregard a holding which clearly applies to the definition or "natural born citizen" as it applies to President Obama."
And once again the de Vattelist fantasy bubble is broken by the sharp prick of reality.
"From a complete review of the pleadings and related exhibits as filed in this case, the Court cannot conclude that the Amended Complaint filed by the Plaintiffs states a cause of action in this regard upon which relief can be granted, particularly in the absence of verified proof that the birth certificate exhibited by President Obama is not genuine."
In other words, the "analysis" from a bunch of internet "experts" with no forensic or document analysis training doesn't count as "verified proof".

"The publisher of a homespun conspiracy newspaper has several black activists in Hawaii alarmed after he offered to pay them each $50 for copies of their birth certificates so he can expose that President Barack Obama is secretly not American.
The scheme, hatched by “Molokai Advertiser-News” publisher George Peabody, came to the attention of reporter Anita Hofschneider with the Honolulu Civil Beat.
Hofschneider noted that Peabody contacted the Martin Luther King Jr. Coalition, the African American Heritage Foundation of Maui and the Hawaii NAACP on August 25, asking each groups’ leaders for copies of their birth certificates.
“If you or your Negro members were born in Hawaii between 1955 to 1965, I will pay $50 for a copy of your Hawaii long form certified birth certificate,” he reportedly wrote."
Somehow I suspect his calling them "Negros" isn't going to go over very well.

"Peabody said that the purpose of his request was to compare these birth certificates to Obama’s to "expose the fraud" at Hawaii Department of Health."

30 August - In their Fall 2012 Intelligence Report, The Southern Poverty Law Center takes note of World Nut Daily's propaganda, bigotry, and racism.

Funny, Farah keeps insisting that World Nut Daily is "one of the most popular news sources on the internet". That ranking certainly doesn't sound like it.

Sounds like Farah has severe problems with concepts like "journalism". No wonder he's so upset at real journalists for plying their trade. Farah doesn't want to report the news. He wants to MAKE the news and shape what he thinks people's reaction to the news should be.
His style of "journalism" wouldn't have been out of place in the offices of "Pravda" during the Soviet era.

The Civil War was really a “second war of independence” — and, “the motivations of many in the Confederacy were … a desire to live up to the promises of the U.S. Constitution, to test the principle of a voluntary union, to promote self-government and the rights of states.”
So Joseph Farah is a Theocrat and Neo-Confederate. I wish I could say I was surprised…….

What they will find however is the normal dismissal for standing and cause of action upon which relief can be granted that thus far has been the BIGGEST factor in dismissing the cases does not exist in my case.

Additionally sanctions against Begley and Tepper were warranted, as they had in their possession videotaped sworn testimonies attesting to forgery in the alleged birth certificate, as well as video taped press conference by Sheriff Arpaio stating that it is a forgery as well. It was an egregious violation of attorney ethics, for licensed attorneys to seek a judicial notice of a document, while having evidence that such document is a forgery."
And their response was to get a statement from the State of Hawaii Department of Health confirming the document was valid. So much for your cry for sanctions.
"Taitz filed a complaint with the CA bar, as Tepper is a CA attorney, and bar investigator, who either pro bono or pursuant to some consideration, spent four years attacking and hounding attorney Taitz, with the purpose to covering up forgery in Obama’s IDs."

31 August - Alabama birther, open racist, and Nazi apologist Hugh McInnish makes a 8 August 2012 visit to a Alabama GOP sub-committee along with attorney L. Dean Johnson, asking for their help in keeping Barack Obama off the ballot unless he produces a "genuine birth certificate". (In other words, "until that uppity boy shows us his papers!")
Since cameras and recording devices weren't allowed in the room, McInnish and Johnson have come up with a VERY melodramatic, over the top, YouTube video showing off their presentations.
What's disturbing?

30 August - A sign in Victoria, Texas pulls the "Psalms 109" trick.
Psalms 109:8 is, of course, the verse that says "Let his days be few; and let another take his office." (KJV). Usually they also include Psalms 109:9-10 as well, which states "Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow. Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places." (KJV) It's basically an excuse by like-minded people to pray for the death of President Obama.
"The sign says "Pray for Obama", but it's the scripture quoted below those words that is raising eyebrows: Psalms 109:8.

Of course, his replacement sign isn't much better.

31 August - US District Court Judge David Carter recently went to the Republic of Georgia as part of an ongoing education seminar system to help judges, defense attorneys, and prosecutors in that country adapt to a more jury-based system. He went with two other US District Court judges.

Maybe instead of going to Tbilisi 14 times, former Marine Judge David O. Carter should turn his attention to what is going on in his own country and his own courtroom. Stalin is no longer a threat. Usurpation of the U.S. Presidency and the position of the Commander in Chief by a criminal with forged IDs, Barack Hussein Obama, is a threat to our Democracy, our National security and our economy. Will the former Marine and Federal Judge step up to the plate and hear this matter on the merits, remains to be seen. I don’t keep my hopes too high though…"
