"The first Woman to be appointed into a "Pubic Office" of the United States Department of Law was "Janet Wood Reno."

He is only a few years off. It would appear that he forgot about Annette Abbott Adams, a US attorney in 1918 and Assistant Attorney General in 1921 (was assistant US attorney in 1914)

I really hope Epperly gets to go before a female judge soon.

(Is it another sign of madness or some common sexist crank meme to use "woman" also as the plural form?)

Gordon Epperly reminds me of this but not funny...

"One gets the feeling that Mr. Epperly's love life is confined to livestock and the occasional desperate MOUSE in the area…."

Gordon Epperly can't even get things spelled correctly for a "legal" document. Maybe he needs a good woman editor or something?

Another Patrick

Oh yeah, this guy is a bonafide idiot.

"

    Black's Law Dictionary
says the same with no references being made that 'Suffrage' includes the holding of Pubic [sic] Offices of the United States." Page 15.

"As Congress has never granted Woman the Political Privilege to hold Pubic [sic] Offices of the United States by proposing Constitutional Amendments..."

Yes. "Pubic." He does it a few more places, but my god, he's an idiot. And a bigot.

Also, President Obama's black heritage, the "negro" part, comes from Africa, not from American Slavery, except on his mom's side. :)

Lou

@Another Patrick - I'm sure Gordy being the racist/sexist asswipe that he is would refute your citation on the basis that it comes from "BLACK's Law Dictionary".

Greg Brown

"the birtherstani version of the Dr. Bronner's soap label:" Brilliant, Patrick. You absolutely nailed it.
