Garlic-Rosemary Tater Tots
1 package tater tots
4-6 large garlic cloves - minced
4 Tbsp dry rosemary
Preheat oven to 450 F
In a large bowl, toss the tater tots in some olive oil. Toss them until well-covered then add in the garlic, rosemary and a sprinkling of salt.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake according to the package directions or until brown. Halfway though, take them out and toss them before returning them to the oven.
You can also place them in the broiler for 1-2 min after the oven if you want them crisper.
