Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi has been a busy little birther. In the space of a few days, he's pimped Joel Gilbert, published an article about an Israeli site that borrows a lot from World Nut Daily's birther propaganda, and uses a PUMA to pimp the tired old "Obama is Gay" crap.
Sam Sewell and Jerry Collete hear the familiar words "dismissed". Miki Booth ends up on Captain Gillar's starship. "Birther Report" is looking more and more like Stormfront every day, with no attempt to hide the racism. And one of the latest defendants in the Georgia Military Militia case is proud about his political beliefs.
7 September - Dr. Orly files a "Second Amended Complaint Motion for Preliminary Injunction" in regards to her Indiana Birther Ballot Jihad.

It's 81 pages of the usual, of which 51 seem to be the the actual motion. It's hard to say, because it looks like she repeats about 6 pages, and the various size and formatting inconsistencies makes it difficult to track.
Remember that radio show host, Amos Brown (on WTLC 1310) that Dr. Orly, calling herself "Lena", called and was outed upon?? Well, guess what? She added the poor man as a defendant, along with the radio station itself. Why??

During the show Lawson spoke for about an hour telling the listeners, citizens of Indiana, how safe and secure elections are and how they are free of fraud.
95. Plaintiff Bob Kern called Plaintiff Taitz and asked her to call in the show. Taitz called and advised the listeners that she submitted to Lawson an elections fraud complaint, which put Lawson on notice that candidate Obama is using forged identification papers and is not eligible for office. Taitz demanded an answer from Lawson, why didn't she respond to the complaint and why is she allowing Obama on the ballot under a name not legally his and with all forged IDs."
Notice she doesn't mention that she called the show under the name "Lena"…..
"96. In response, Amos Brown hung up the phone on Taitz. Brown proceeded defaming Taitz, calling her a "crazy birther", defaming her as an attorney and as a human being."

First off, someone who calls into the station under a fake name loses the right to bitch about "fraud".

So in other words, they accurately and truthfully pointed out you are bigoted, racist, crazy, and bringing frivolous legal actions. Good for them!
"Taitz' standing in the community was lowered due to actions by the defendants and Taitz suffered damages due to defamation by the defendants."
The only person who's been lowing the standing in the community of Dr. Orly Taitz is Dr. Orly Taitz.
9 September - Swiftboat Liar Jerome Corsi reports that Joel Gilbert gets a newspaper ad for his massive pack of lies about President Obama's father. While USA Today, the Washington Post and the New York Times all said "oh hell no", the New York Post (which is owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation) said "sure, we'll print your pack of lies".
"The New York Post has accepted a full-page ad declaring Barack Obama’s real biological father is the late Communist Party activist Frank Marshall Davis, not the Kenyan Barack Hussein Obama.
Filmmaker Joel Gilbert makes the case in his full-length documentary “Dreams from My Real Father: A Story of Reds and Deception.”
The ad will run in the Post’s New York City, national and international editions Tuesday and Sunday.
Convincing the newspaper to accept the full-page ad required Gilbert to go personally to the Post’s main editorial office in Manhattan."
Which I suspect consisted of "sure, bring the ad and a check, and no problem."

10 September - From the Clarke Daily News (Clarke County, Virginia), a report on Archibald v DoJ,
"On Aug. 31, a Justice Department trial unit defending the president in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit brought by Berryville resident George Archibald filed motions asking U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton to keep results of the FBI’s investigation under seal and to dismiss the case.
Archibald countered by asking Judge Walton to reject the administration’s legal arguments that the FBI records are exempt from release under the FOIA because they relate to FBI investigative methods that must remain secret."
10 September - Over at World Nut Daily, The human face rash, Jerome Corsi, reports on an "Israeli Science Website" that supposedly "proves" Obama's long form is a forgery.
"Israel Science and Technology, the national database and directory of science and technology-related websites in Israel, has published an article asserting the long-form birth certificate released by the White House is a forged document."
Which makes it sound rather official, Except that it isn't. It's a website that collects together science and technology-related websites in that country.

The professor established the first version of his website during his tenure as Netanyahu’s science adviser. The site has evolved into “the premier science and technology portal for Israel.”
At least according to Dr. Israel Hanukoglu. Not that he would be, oh, biased about such…
As for the proof? Well, Dr. Hanukoglu's website uses as "proof" analysis's by….Mara Zebest, the Corsi/Arpaio dog and pony show, eight articles from World Nut Daily, one from American Stinker, a "ConservativeByte" article citing World Nut Daily, and a Carl Gallups birther video.
In science terms, this would be what is called a "conformational bias", using a biased search for information and persistence of discredited beliefs.
If not flat out lying.

It's 110 pages. And, since it's not been filed, I'm reluctant to say too much until I see the crazy she's unleashed on the court.
She's claiming Fraud, Elections Fraud, Negligence, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Negligence (again), Defamation, RICO, Racketeering, Defamation of Character, and is demanding a "7th Amendment Jury"
I will note the plaintiff list, which starts with Keith Judd.
Keith Judd is the inmate in Texas who managed to get a good chunk of the Democratic primary votes in West Virginia. So yes, she's got an inmate with a history of rather novel legal and political claims as her client.
The next plaintiff is Dr. Orly herself, and one suspects that in her eyes, that's the only real one that counts.
Our old friend Thomas MacLeran, aka "One Pissed-Off Vietnam Vet" makes the plaintiff list, as does Leah Lax and David Farrar. (David Farrar once said he would stop his birther activities even if he lost his Georgia case. Nice to know he lies like every other birther.
Rounding out the list are New Hampshire State Reps Larry Rappaport. Lucien Vita, and Carol Vita, all Republicans.
The Defendant list is even more special. President Obama, of course, is on the list. So is Natalie Tennant (Secretary of State for West Virginia), Debra Bowen (SoS for California), Brian Kemp (SoS for Georgia), William Gardner (SoS for New Hampshire)
Not being content with that, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, SSA Commissioner Michael Astrue, Former Selective Service Director William Chatfield, Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, and AG Eric Holder make the list.
She doesn't leave out Hawaii Department of Health Registrar Alvin Onaka, Democratic Party of Hawaii officials Brian Schatz and Lynn Matusow, and 2008 DNC Convention Secretary Alice Germond.
Obama for America, the Ballot Law Commission of New Hampshire, and the Board of Directors for the California Republican Party also make her party list. Los Angeles County registrar Dean Logan, GOP Senatorial Candidate Elizabeth Emken, and Sen. Dianne Feinstein get their invites as well. And an extra special one goes to Federal Court Judge Clay Land as well.
Yes, she's suing a Federal Judge. This should go over well.
Daily Beast reporter John Avalon. MSNBC host Chris Matthews, Forbes Magazine reporter Kevin Underhill, Los Angeles radio station KFI-AM hosts John and Ken, get very special invites, along with MSNBC, CNN, Forbes, Clear Channel, KFI-AM, and "John Does and Jane Does 1-100 are included to wrap up the "oh god, not this twit again" list.
And, to wrap it up:

That President Obama not be allowed on the ballot, that every Democratic primary be nullified, that the results of the GOP Senate primary in California be overturned and nullified, that Keith Judd be made the winner of the West Virginia Democratic primary, that triple damages be awarded to all plaintiffs, cost and fees, and punitive damages.
And a pony.
Basically she's trying to refight every case she's lost AND sue anyone who said something mean about her. I'm rather hoping she's finally pole vaulted over the line and that the attorneys for the above defendants nail her liposuctioned ass to the courtroom door.
10 September - According to Talking Points Memo Muckraker, World Nut Daily is losing money due to their birther blather. At least according to Joseph Farah.
"In 1998, Joseph Farah’s WorldNetDaily warned the world that Bill Clinton had a mad plan to hold on to power, by exploiting panic over the Y2K bug. Fourteen years later — with two presidential transfers of power safely and peacefully completed — Farah and his gang are still sounding the alarm as the chief purveyors of undead conspiracy theories about President Obama’s birth."
Why? Because World Nut Daily has been a leading force in right-wing conspiracy claims and theories for the last 14 years or so.
"But Farah, who launched the website out of his bedroom in 1997, says that despite WND’s growth during the Obama era, its relentless pursuit of birth certificate stories is actually bad for business.
“There are advertisers who are afraid of WND because they think we’re obsessed or we’re out on a wild goose chase or it’s just too controversial,” Farah told TPM in a phone interview recently. “We would be making more money if we pretended like the rest of the media there’s no controversy here, there’s no question about that.”
I'm not buying this. The same get-rich quick schemes and quack cures are still being advertised at World Nut Daily now as in 2008.
Besides, World Nut Daily serves a purpose for its investors - spewing lies in hopes some will stick. They don't require that it makes money, they simply require a steady source of lies directed against their political opposition.
"When WND launched, Farah was running a non-profit organization called the Western Journalism Center, an outlet best known for publicizing rumors that the Clinton administration was involved in the suicide of White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster."
So they've been in the lies and dirty tricks department for a while now.

11 September - More arrests in the FEAR Militia case in Georgia.
"Four former Army soldiers and a civilian have been charged in new indictments for connections to an anti-government militia that authorities say was led by Fort Stewart troops who stockpiled weapons and talked of ultimately overthrowing the U.S. government.
A Liberty County grand jury indicted the five on charges of illegal gang activity and various counts involving theft, burglary and auto break-ins. Those crimes were committed to help fund the militia group, which called itself F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready, District Attorney Tom Durden said Tuesday.
"The burglaries and entering autos, they were committed in an effort to fund F.E.A.R. and what F.E.A.R. was at least advocating they wanted to accomplish," said Durden, the top prosecutor for southeast Georgia's Atlantic Judicial Circuit. Their plans included bombing a Savannah park fountain and poisoning apple crops in the state of Washington, prosecutors say.
The new indictments Monday bring to 10 the total number of people charged in connection with the militia group."
Oh, and remember how the press originally called the group "anarchists" and far-right bloggers said they were liberals??
"The indictments in south Georgia charged Joiner with three home burglaries, nine car break-ins, and other thefts of items including guns, cellphones, GPS devices, bulletproof vest, a motorcycle helmet and a woman's debit cards. 12 September - The Huffington Post reports on the human face rash's pimping of Kevin DuJan.
"Jerome Corsi, who, despite his books sales is not a credible author, spoke with Kevin DuJan in a new article for WND. DuJan, who reportedly worked as a gossip columnist in Chicago during Obama's years as a community organizer and an Illinois senator, alleges that the president was actively involved in the city's gay bar and bathhouse scene.

So Frank Marshall Davis is Obama's real father? Then one of the biggest birther points goes down the drain; that means Obama really did have two US citizen parents, and that makes him eligible for the office he holds anyway. DeVattel is never wrong!
