Despite Dr. Orly trying to threaten and screech her way into the boards hearts and souls, they decide that President Obama can stay on the ballot in Kansas after all.
Meanwhile we have Yet Another Claim of a military coup Any Day Now. Rudy Davies has some interesting views on horticulture, not to mention the fact he really needs sedatives. Kevin DuJan is desperately trying to make his new right-wing buddies happy with more vile claims from anonymous sources. Larry Klayman wants Mitt Romney to go full metal birther (oh, and nuke Iran).
Viscount Monckton makes a reappearance. Lame Cherry and Birther Report seem to be in a race to the bottom of the sewer. A birther ballot jihad gets shot down in Illinois. Van Irion is upset that he's being dinged for attorney fees. Linda Jordan gets a day in court for next January. 2 September - Oh look. Sorcha Faal is claiming a US military coup is in the works.

6 September - Rudy goes off the rails again.
At 2:40 he shows that he really needs his meds adjusted.
Around 7:25 he complaints about the fact that the Secret Service visited him after he called for President Obama to be beheaded.
At 11:50 his blood pressure starts to spike.
It's one of his more unhinged rants.
11 September - Rudy seems to think that bagworms infesting his trees is due to the United States not being a Christian nation.
So basically, in Rudy's eyes, if you're not a Christian, you're an "infestation" and "parasite" destroying America. And that people like him need to start "picking the bagworms out of America's tree".

"This group of influential black Chicagoans calls themselves, informally, “The Think Squad” and has been a big help with stories and activities in the past. If you consider the Jesse Jacksons, Al Sharptons, and other “Justice Brothers” types on one side of the spectrum…the Think Squad is the polar opposite. These are good people who openly talk about how terrible the Democrat community has been for black people for the last four or five decades and how Obama and his acolytes have made a great many things worse for blacks since he took office. 14 September - Afro.com reports that Kansas SoS Kris Kobach may be planning to continue Montgomery's challenge even after the withdrawal.

15 September - Not content to let Dr. Orly horn in on the Kansas thing, World Nut Daily decides to go the attention whore route as well.
"The state board, including three elected state officials, determined earlier this week there was not enough information available to make a decision, and they asked for evidence.
A team of activists and researchers who have spent years investigating the eligibility issue immediately dispatched a letter that included evidence Obama is ineligible.
But before the next hearing, scheduled for Monday, could be held, Montgomery fled, the Capital-Journal reported.
“There has been a great deal of animosity and intimidation directed not only at me, but at people around me,” the newspaper reported Montgomery said in a note to state officials. “I don’t wish to burden anyone with more of this negative reaction.”
State officials the next steps are unclear, but the board may not have the option to review the facts without the formal complaint. There was no immediate indication that anyone else was stepping up to continue the case.
The information set to be delivered for the committee to review at its meeting included a letter to members of the Democratic National Committee warning that certifying Obama as an eligible candidate could be “perjurious.”
The letter, directed to Kansas Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, was from activist Tom Ballantyne, author of “Oh Really, O’Reilly!”; former Army. Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, a physician who was drummed out of the military for questioning Obama’s eligibility; retired Col. Lawrence Sellin; retired Navy Cmdr. Charles F. Kerchner Jr; and activist Gary Wilmott."

15 September - World Nut Daily seems to be trying to find anything at all to throw against the wall. The latest is a "Forensic Profiler" (who just happens to have written a book for sale by World Nut Daily.
In a nutshell, said profiler is claiming that President Obama speaks in a "code" that needs to be "decoded" to understand the actual meaning.
“Obama reveals the completely secret trauma that controls his life, resulting in his deep misguided fury expressed toward America,” writes Hodges.
To understand Obama, says Hodges, one must see him as “the sandman” – the way he views himself because of the trauma in his life."
The writer of this is one Andrew G. Hodges. Which, in the article:

16 September - The Kansas City Star comments on the Kansas Board.
"It shouldn’t need restating, but for the record: There is zero truth to this ancient bit of nonsense, which has swirled for years and, I would argue, has passed into the realm of urban legend. I won’t waste readers’ time or brain cells in summing up the ridiculously obvious evidence against it.
Again, the story was valid journalism. The fact is that the board did not dismiss the man’s complaint, but instead moved to delay a decision until it had time to review documents from Hawaii and other states. On Friday afternoon the man withdrew his petition, though the board is still scheduled to meet Monday.
That had to be reported — and I agree with the editors’ decision to play it in a relatively minor spot on the first page of the day’s Local section. A big, blaring A1 headline would have been out of proportion to the actual news value, despite the fact that it was certainly the Kansas story with the greatest “talker” value.
But I also agree with a caller that day who thinks the story should have made a clear and definitive statement that the petitioner’s statement is false. The final sentence, noting that Obama’s birth certificate is posted on the White House website is a step in that direction, but it should have been even stronger."

"While the United States Supreme Court has waited to hear my case Obama did receive the Democratic Party nomination, however, in some legal opinions this was necessary first in order that a 'Cause of Action' could be substantiated. He won the Democratic Party Nomination against me violating the rules of competition, or eligibility requirements for the race, under U.S.C. and standing requirements.In my humble opinion it would be far better to place the issue of Obama's eligibility in the Obama Court by denying him placement on the Kansas Ballot, then to defraud the voters of the right to vote for an eligible candidate. Its very simple, if Obama was eligible the need for a fabricated long form birth certificate, a forged selective service card, a social security card that doesn't pass e-verify, closed college entrance records hiding foreign-student status, and a disbarment by Illinois law bar for not reporting an alias name would NOT be necessary.
There is also no reason that the Kansas Authority cannot admit my testimony on the record to the United States Supreme Court and come up with their own decision prior the United States Supreme Court conference of Sept. 24th, 2012.
With these considerations available to you, I must also make a record of your receiving it, that should the State of Kansas decide to allow Obama on the record, and the SCOTUS decision come down against Obama, the political consequences might not be favorable to you, and that of course should be a sincere consideration for you as I was forced to also lay on the line with Secretary of State Kemp in Georgia, and thus was also forced to include him in the law suit. This has unfortunately also led to damages of a million dollars reported and laid at the feet of Georgia in the United States Supreme Court on behalf of his decision."

This amount is absurd, but then, the entire situation is absurd."

"More than 600 fair-goers signed an informal petition criticizing the State Objections Board for delaying a decision last week on whether President Obama is eligible to appear on the November ballot.
The State Objections Board meets at 10 a.m. Monday in Topeka to take up the issue again.
Reno County Democratic Party vice chairman Kathie Moore said “a number” of out-of-state visitors at the Kansas Democratic Party’s booth wanted to sign the petition, but it was restricted to Kansans."
The petition was introduced at midday Friday and presented Sunday evening to the Secretary of State’s booth at the state fair.

17 September - The Topeka Capital-Journal reports on the Kansas Board officially dropping Montgomery's challenge.
"Dismissal of a challenge to President Barack Obama's presence on the Kansas ballot Monday provoked an angry reaction from people skeptical the Democratic Party's nominee is a U.S. citizen.
Secretary of State Kris Kobach, chairman of a three-person panel hearing the ballot complaint, said he was satisfied with documentation received since last week affirming Obama's birth in Hawaii.
Kobach, Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, all Republicans, generated a fire storm of controversy Thursday by delaying a decision on the complaint pending acquisition of authenticated Obama birth documents. The complaint filed by Manhattan Republican Joe Montgomery asserted Obama was not a natural-born citizen because his father was from Kenya.
However, Montgomery withdrew his claim Friday from the State Objections Board due to "intimidation directed not only at me, but at people around me."
Neither Schmidt nor Colyer were present Monday for the meeting called to accept Montgomery's withdrawal."

A woman who declined to give her name swooped in to declare Taitz part of a "fringe group" that had no business infiltrating the voting rights of Kansans.
"We should be ignoring this," the woman said. "His mother was born in Kansas."
Gaughan jumped back into the fray, but his comments were inaudible over those of Taitz."
Jet aircraft and Titan rocket exhaust is inaudible over the screeching of Dr. Orly at full throttle.
"J.A. Lee, a uniformed member of the Capitol Police, put an end to the fracas by ordering Gaughan and Taitz to leave the building.

17 September - The Wichita Eagle reports on the Kansas Board's decision.
"The State Objections Board brought the issue of President Barack Obama’s eligibility to be on Kansas ballots to a swift end Monday morning.
After accepting several records related to Obama’s birth in Hawaii, Mark Dugan, Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer’s chief of staff, moved to overrule the objection and close the board’s meeting.
The board’s unanimous vote brings an end to an objection raised by Manhattan resident Joe Montgomery, who said Obama shouldn’t be on Kansas ballots and isn’t qualified to be president because his parents were not both born in the United States."
And it looks like Dr. Orly didn't make many friends.
"But the board’s move got tripped up momentarily when Orly Taitz, a Californian who is a leader in the so-called birther movement, pressed the board to take more time to review the documents, suggesting forgery on behalf of Obama.
Secretary of State Kris Kobach deflected her complaints, saying the board has no jurisdiction to deal with the issue at this point. Kobach said the time to file objections has passed.
“At this point, we are without jurisdiction,” he said.
The exchange grew more heated as Taitz argued with Kobach. At least one person attending the meeting stood up, apparently upset with the exchange between Taitz and Kobach."

17 September - Professional seditionist Sharon Rondeau just isn't having a good day.
"A hearing was held at 10:30 a.m. CDT today by the Illinois State Board of Elections regarding a ballot objection filed by Michael Jackson and two other objectors to the candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama for 2012.
The Board of Elections has posted that the objections have been “overruled.”
Jackson had argued in his brief filed last Thursday that Obama does not meet the constitutional requirement of “natural born Citizen” because one of his parents was never a U.S. citizen. Many scholars believe that the definition contained in Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution means a person born on U.S. soil to two U.S.-citizen parents.
Unlike the hearing for his first objection filed last winter, Jackson said he was allowed to speak once. “They combined the three objections again, and everything happened so fast, then they consulted with their attorney, and they proceeded to say that I had filed a previous objection, it was ruled upon, and that I didn’t state my interest, which was wrong; I did,” Jackson said. “I am a registered voter, and this is my vote,” he added.
Jackson told us that while he was speaking, “One objector got up and left.”"

"William McGuffrage, chairman of the Election Board, told Jackson that his objection was not based on any “law.” The Illinois Board of Elections is relying on the birth certificate image presented to the public on April 27, 2011 but which has been declared a forgery by the Cold Case Posse working out of the Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff’s Office. Various experts have also stated that it is an unequivocal forgery.
Obama’s Selective Service registration card was found to be fraudulent by the Posse, and at least two private investigators have stated that the Social Security number Obama is using is the outcome of fraud. Some claim that Obama is using a “synthetic identity.”
“The examiner is supposed to be representing the people,” Jackson said. “McGuffrage was in such a hurry to get it out of there; they tried to vote it out of there right away.” The hearing lasted between five and ten minutes, and all of the members of the commission voted “aye” to maintain Obama’s name on the ballot.
A court employee commented to Jackson afterward that the hearing had been, paraphrased, “a bunch of baloney sausage.”
I suspect that the court employee was referring to Jackson's claims in that regard.

17 September - Another ballot challenge, this time in Vermont.
"The losing candidate in last month’s Republican U.S. Senate primary has filed a 40-page lawsuit claiming President Barack Obama is ineligible to seek the White House and demanding his name be removed from Vermont’s election ballot.
The lawsuit, filed by Washington, Vt., resident H. Brooke Paige, names Obama, the state of Vermont and Secretary of State James Condos as defendants. Condos, a Democrat, is named because he is the state’s top election official.
The case, filed in Washington County Superior Court in Montpelier, asks for an expedited hearing regarding whether Obama’s name can appear on the state ballot. The ballots are scheduled to be printed in the next week."

I suspect all it takes for potential birthers like Kobach to realise that they're about to board the express train to Crazytown is to have Orly show up. Kobach must have been hideously embarrassed to be associated with her and it serves him right.
As for Kevin Dujan, what a nasty piece of work he is. I don't like to give Dujan the clicks any more so I stay away from his blog, but Joe at Joe.My.God is always willing to tear him a new one whenever necessary. Joe's commenters can be quite funny on the subject of Dujan too.
By the way, a couple of years ago Dujan lost most of his regular followers when they found out that his co-bloggers, whose expenses they'd been paying through Paypal donations, didn't exist outside of Dujan's fertile imagination. Some time shortly after that he came up with a new "friend" whom he described as a sassy African-American single mom. Someone must have warned him that his vulgar attacks on black women including Oprah and the FLOTUS were unseemly, so he resorted to the "Look, I'm not racist, I have a black friend!" defense. But sadly, as Dujan himself will admit when he's in a downward mood swing, he has no friends.
