In today's dispatches, the Daily Pen rewrites some old birther lore. Dr, Kate's racist friend Lame Cherry shows their usual bat guano insane self, while Dr. Kate whines that Obama's the real racist and why hasn't the military arrested him or "sent him home" yet???

Most reports and video show that Dr. Orly was escorted out of the building in Kansas and that she was being her usual self as a result. Dr. Orly, obviously, is trying to rewrite history to ignore the facts. The human face rash reports on the latest Hawaiian vacation of Mike Zullo, boy defective. And some familiar recycled memes are on display.

Joel Gilbert's latest is heading to landfills and waste baskets all over parts of the US. Linda Jordan is upset that the judge actually did his own research rather than just taking her word for things. And the birthers get part of their wish, as someone who claims to be "President" gets frogmarched to prison….

15 September - You know how, in 2009 and 2010, the birtherstani were all aflutter over the idea that Barack Obama was going to release a forged and artificially aged "long form".

Guess what, the people at the Daily Pen (the birther blog that not even many birthers believe or trust), have brought that claim back to life.

"Now, a recent ballot challenge in Kansas has brought another course of the same valid but unanswered questions regarding Obama’s failure to provide credible, authentic, corroborated documented evidence that he is Constitutionally eligible to serve as president. For more than four years, liberal operatives and media abettors have toiled to protect Obama while ridiculing anyone seeking the truth about this matter. Kansas officials have determined there is reason to question Obama’s eligibility on their ballot. "

Yeah, funny how the US Constitution trumps birther myths and lies.

" A recent request by investigators to the state of Hawaii specifically, for an officially certified .pdf digital copy of a birth certificate of a Hawaiian-born member of the research team was met with Hawaiian Health Department officials stating that they “do not provide, nor have they ever provided” any digital computer versions of official birth certificates.

Therefore, the problem for counterfeiters of the Obama birth certificate image is that the state of Hawaii did not authorize the creation of the .pdf file, nor did the state of Hawaii create the .pdf. image for display on the internet, by anyone. It is upon this fact that forgers will attempt to pass off a forged paper document which they will claim is the actual certified paper copy of the original held by the state of Hawaii and which was originally allegedly created for Obama in 1961, say legal analysts.

“Of course they are going to do this,” says TDP editor, Pen Johannson, “it is their only option. They must descend deeper into this lie because the truth is beginning to destroy their psychotic delusions of Obama’s grandeur. The truth is killing them. After all, they are dissonant liars condemned to defend a perishing dilemma. We are winning this silent war on darkness and principalities.”

The very fact that the image of an alleged government document was digitally fabricated and posted to a government website means the image, at some time between issuance and posting, was forged by unidentified individuals working for Obama, not an official agency with authority to certify such a file format. Therefore, the content of the image cannot be relied upon as a accurate representation of the content in the official copies allegedly issued by the State of Hawaii in April, 2011. "

And yet the State of Hawaii has linked to that PDF and (repeatedly) verified that the information it contains is correct and factual.

"Moreover, the reprobates working that which is unseemly within the mainstream media have continuously defended the false image as “Obama’s long-form birth certificate”, even after a 10 month criminal investigation by Maricopa County Sheriff, Joe Arpaio presented evidence the document not only contained falsified information but also that it was never authenticated by the State of Hawaii. "

Must be news to the State of Hawaii.

"The teeth-gnashing truth for Obots is, simply, the image posted on the website is a counterfeit because the very fact that it is a digital image and not a paper document. "

Funny, World Nut Daily's own Les Kinsolving held that paper document in his hands. Kinda hard to do if it's a digital image.

Which doesn't stop the Daily Pen from playing the sedition and treason card (bold face mine)

15 September - Let's check in on Dr. Kate's racist bigoted friend Lame Cherry.

17 September - KSNT-TV reports on the Kansas Board decision.

"After the meeting, police took control over a loud and unruly confrontation in the hallway. Officers made Taitz and Obama supporters take their concerns with each other outside of the building.

Meanwhile, Kobach confirmed President Obama will be on the Kansas ballot. Kobach says, "The birth certificate on record with the state of Hawaii matches the birth certificate that is on the White House website. So I have no doubt."

As arguments continued outside, all parties made sure their voices were heard. Topeka NAACP President Ben Scott says, "It is absolutely an insult to any Black American to see that our President is being denigrated simply because of his race." Taitz says, "We see evidence of the most serious crimes committed by Mr. Obama and he needs to be criminally prosecuted and sent to prison just like anybody else." Topekan Patrice Peters says, "The underground railroad came through Kansas. It's wrong that this is happening. It's not the legacy of Kansas and I want the people of this country to know that."

17 September - The Miami Herald reports on the Kansas Board meeting and Dr. Orly's tantrum. (The same story shows up on the Lexington Herald as well)

"After the State Objections Board somewhat clumsily disposed Monday of a Manhattan Republican's claim that President Barack Obama shouldn’t qualify to be on Kansas ballots, advocates for and against Obama verbally clashed inside and outside of Memorial Hall, which houses the offices of Secretary of State Kris Kobach and Attorney General Derek Schmidt.

Orly Taitz, a California lawyer who is a nationally recognized leader in the movement challenging Obama’s citizenship, made her pitch to anyone who would listen that Obama isn’t a citizen.

Obama supporters and a few people with signs indicating they’re part of the Occupy movement, meanwhile, said Kansas made a big mistake by even entertaining such a thoroughly debunked idea and they chastised the lawyer while reporters tried to interview her.

Taitz tried to ignore the protesters."

Funny, the video showed her trying to scream over the protestors.

"“It was clear that all of Obama’s thugs were under the marching orders to yell and scream and not let me speak,” Taitz wrote on her blog later in the day. “As I was giving the interviews they formed a half circle behind me, about 20 men, most of them african [sic] American men, who were yelling, screaming, hackling [sic]. I thought in a minute they would beat me up.”

An Eagle reporter saw nothing indicating violence from either side. A state trooper said he didn’t plan to file any complaints or cases."

Oh good. She got called out on her lies.

17 September - Dr. Kate continues her swim in Lake Hypocricy.

As for "hateful", I would dare say that Dr. Kate's entire blog gives a prime example of just that.

18 September - The Collegian (an independent newspaper at Kansas State University), reports on the Kansas Board decision.

"President Barack Obama will be on the state of Kansas’ presidential ballot this November, after the State Board of Objections unanimously ruled to dismiss the allegations brought forward by Joseph Montgomery, K-State faculty member, that Obama is not eligible for the office.

The Wichita Eagle reported on Monday afternoon that Secretary of State Kris Kobach stated that the board did not have jurisdiction over the matter and that the time for objections had passed.

Montgomery, communications coordinator for the College of Veterinary Medicine, withdrew his objection Friday after himself and his acquaintances were subject to what he called “animosity and intimidation,” according to the New York Daily News. Montgomery’s objection argued that Obama’s father was not a citizen at the time of his son’s birth, rendering Obama ineligible to be president.

Sue Peterson, director of governmental relations at K-State, supported Montgomery’s right to file the objection.

“Joe did that on his own time, and that’s his right as a citizen,” said Peterson, who noted that during the election season, political opinions receive heightened attention. "

However, it seems to have cost him.

"Montgomery was also the announcer for the K-State Marching Band, a position that he no longer holds.

“Everyone has their opinions, but sometimes you have to be careful with what you say,” said Frank Tracz, director of the band and professor of music. “There is a lot of negativity brought along by this situation, and we decided it was best if he no longer did our announcing.”

While I understand why the marching band may have been uncomfortable with him being their announcer, I can't say I'm happy to hear they let him go.

18 September - Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi gets around to reporting about Mike Zullo's second Hawaiian vacation. (You know, the one I reported on on 9 September??)

“I was shocked by the lengths the Hawaii Department of Health has gone to deny the family of Virginia Sunahara a copy of the original long-form birth certificate that the family is lawfully entitled to request and obtain,” Zullo told WND. “I had to ask the question why this little girl’s 1961 long-form birth certificate was so disconcerting to the Hawaii Department of Health?”

Because under Hawaiian state law, and as Duncan Sunahara has been told by the courts, he does not have a right to a copy of the "original long-form birth certificate". The family is not "lawfully entitled" to it. Corsi and Zullo are lying though their teeth.

"During the proceeding, Nagamine argued that Duncan Sunahara’s request did not derive from a true interest to examine or obtain a copy of his sister’s original birth records, to which he was entitled under Hawaii law. Nagamine insisted his underlying interest was to produce evidence in Obama’s birth controversy, to which he was not entitled under Hawaii law."

And the fact he's hanging around with birthers would disprove this claim how??

"Zullo was quick to point out that in the court proceedings Nagamine admitted the entire volume of birth certificates containing not only Virginia Sunahara’s long-form certificate, but also those of the Nordyke twins and Barack Obama, has been moved to a special secure location with very limited access.

“The point apparently is to hide away Obama’s original birth certificate, if it exists and then deny anyone access to see the document on the premise it’s too fragile to examine,” he said.

“What purpose did the Hawaii Department of Health have in preserving these records if it was not to show them when requested to family members and others who have a legal interest in seeing the documents?”

Maybe to keep boy defectives like you from trying to make a quick buck by sneaking in and swiping the original??

Barack Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital at 7:24 p.m. Hawaii time on Aug. 4, 1961, and was given No. 151-61-10641, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 8, 1961. Virginia Sunahara was born at Wahiawa Hospital at 9:16 p.m. Hawaii time on Aug. 4, 1961, and was given No. 161-1961-011080, which was filed with the Hawaii registrar Aug. 10, 1961.

So, Virginia Sunahara’s birth certificate number is some 440 numbers higher than the Nordyke twins’ and Obama’s birth certificates, even though Virginia Sunahara’s birth certificate was filed with the Hawaii registrar two days after Obama and one day before the Nordyke twins."

Except, if you actually look at the numbers in order. Here's the numbers we know about:

Ah’Nee – 09945 – August 23rd
Nordyke, Susan – 10637 – August 5th
Nordyke, Gretchen – 10638 – August 5th
Obama, Barack – 10641 – August 4th
Sunahara, Virginia - 11080- August 4, 1961
Waidelich, Stig – 10920 – August 5th

There's a couple interesting things about this:

The Nordykes, Obama, and Waidelich were all born at the same hospital, it suggests some sorting or pre-processing at the hospital, with the same clerk handling that batch. If you look, the numbers match up in alphabetical order:

Nordyke, Susan – 10637 – August 5th (saturday)
Nordyke, Gretchen – 10638 – August 5th (saturday)
Obama, Barack – 10641 – August 4th (friday)
Waidelich, Stig – 10920 – August 5th (saturday)

Processing would have been when the Department of Health got them the next business day.

Now let's look at the two outliers

Ah’Nee – 09945 – August 23rd
Sunahara, Virginia - 11080- August 4, 1961

We don't know the hospital that "Ah’Nee" was born at (Corsi and WND redacted that info), However, Virginia Sunahara was born at different hospital. Which means in a different batch of certificates.. Also, since she passed away a few days after birth, they may have handled her birth certificate differently as well.

This was debunked months ago. Is Corsi that desperate??

Linda Jordan's address, phone and email are NOT redacted, please be advised. I guess Pam Barnett was too busy slapping the "Obama Ballot Challenge" logo on each page to notice that she was publishing personal data.

And she's grumpy that the Judge actually did some homework.

"Judge McPhee grossly and I think deliberately misrepresents the affidavit of software expert Mara Zebest.16 McPhee writes that Jordan offered a report by “a part-time computer programmer last employed in May 2077, who examined a copy of the pdf image of President Obama’s birth certificate and concluded that the original was forged.” No where in the Affidavit and Report that Jordan offered from Zebest, did Zebest say that she was a part time computer programmer or that she was un-employed."

You know, it's a funny thing, but judges can look information up about the cases on their own.

"Is there reciprocity between states concerning findings of forgery? The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department spent nine months conducting a full fledged investigation of the PDF file revealed by the White House on their website on April 27, 2011 purporting to be an image of a scanned photo copy of Barack Obama’s original birth certificate. Investigators concluded that the file is a completely manufactured and manipulated file, made up of many different layers and that the image it contains never existed in paper form. It is a forgery."

Funny, but the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department supposedly made this determination (based upon claims from a select batch of non-professionals with no experience in forensic document examination), ignored any evidence that didn't support their pre-determined finding, and then did NOTHING with it except have a batch of press conferences and World Nut Daily articles. They most certainly did not submit their evidence for any form of review, nor did they file any form of criminal charges.

That being the case, why should a court take notice of questionable heresay evidence?

18 September - Some people in Kansas are less than happy with the flirty birther games in that state.

"Two Topeka community leaders labeled as false Tuesday claims of a California lawyer who asserted she was threatened by black men behaving like "animals" and "thugs" after she unsuccessfully argued Barack Obama should be dropped from the presidential ballot in Kansas.

Ben Scott and Otto Vaughn, who attended the State Objections Board proceeding chaired by Secretary of State Kris Kobach, said remarks by Orly Taitz characterizing the aftermath of the hearing were inaccurate and racist.

Taitz, regarded as a "birther" who believes Obama ineligible to run for president because of his citizenship status, appeared Monday at the ballot challenge hearing. The panel unanimously voted to close the case brought by a Manhattan Republican who believed Obama lacked standing due to evidence he wasn't a natural-born U.S. citizen.

After the hearing, Taitz said Kansas officials were duped into retaining the president on the November ballot. Her view was challenged by Obama supporters. Persistent, loud debate among rivals in the lobby of Memorial Hall led a police officer to order two individuals — Taitz and T.J. Gaughan, of Topeka — to exit the building.

Taitz said later in a statement she was partially encircled by 20 men, most of them African-American, who led her to conclude "in a minute they would beat me up."

"Obama's people were yelling, screaming and acted like wild animals," Taitz said. "I was silent and politely listened to what they had to say."

She's on video. We SAW how she acted.

Well, it was said by Dr. Orly Taitz. So yes, it was a false picture of events. The woman cannot tell the truth to save her life.

"The statement by Taitz that she was cornered by black men eager to do violence to a white woman was a lie, they said."

"We didn't talk with her," said Scott, president of the Topeka NAACP. "She called us 'animals.' I don't have a problem saying it was a racist remark."

I don't either. Because it WAS a racist remark.

Vaughn, who had a great-grandfather who was a slave, said the most vocal critics of Taitz after the hearing were both white.

"There were no black males surrounding her," Vaughn said. "That lady, I feel sorry for her. A bigot is a bigot."

Yep. And that bigot's name is Dr. Orly Taitz.

18 September - It's two, two, two wing bats in one, as seditionist Neil Turner discusses the Kansas Board decision with James Manning.

18 September - Joel Gilbert's big news may have something to do with the Human Face Rash, Jerome Corsi's news that over one million copies of Gilbert's silver drink coaster will supposedly be sent to six swing states.

"One million copies of the documentary film that presents evidence Barack Obama’s real father was Communist Party activist Frank Marshall Davis have been mailed to households in the crucial presidential-election swing state Ohio."

Where they will be taking up landfill space and finding new uses as sun catchers.

"Gilbert also has sent another 100,000 copies to New Hampshire, and he has plans to send 1 million to six more swing states."

Aren't there laws against littering??

18 September - Amusingly enough, a man that some birthers actually think IS the president has been arrested.

"A federal grand jury in Montgomery, Ala., charged James Timothy Turner, also known as Tim Turner, with conspiracy to defraud the United States, attempting to pay taxes with fictitious financial instruments, attempting to obstruct and impede the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), failing to file a 2009 federal income tax return and falsely testifying under oath in a bankruptcy proceeding, the Justice Department, the IRS, and the FBI announced today.

According to the indictment, Turner, the self-proclaimed “President” of the sovereign citizen group “Republic for the united States of America,” conducted seminars at which he taught attendees how to file retaliatory liens against government officials and to defraud the IRS by preparing and submitting fictitious bonds to the United States government in payment of federal taxes. Turner is alleged to have attempted to pay his own taxes with a fictitious $300 million bond and to have assisted others in attempting to pay their taxes with fictitious bonds purporting to be worth amounts ranging from $10 million to $100 billion.

An indictment merely alleges that a crime has been committed, and a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If convicted, Turner faces a maximum of 164 years in federal prison, a maximum fine of $2,350,000 and mandatory restitution."

Oh dear. What will happen now with the secret cRAP masters and "President" Timmy Turner.

18 September - USA Today has more on the arrest of "President" Tim Turner of the RuSA…

"The movement, estimated by the Southern Poverty Law Center earlier this year to number about 100,000 ardent followers and about 200,000 sympathizers across the country, is rooted in an ideology that rejects government authority at its most basic levels, from its power to tax to the enforcement of criminal laws including common traffic regulations. The law center, which tracks extremist groups in the United States, based its estimates partly on its reviews of tax disputes and other court documents.

Mark Potok, a senior fellow at the law center, said the charges against Turner represent a "very important'' development in the government's dealings with the sovereign movement.

The Turner case, Potok said, is a "classic example of paper terrorism'' employed by the movement to defraud the government.

Federal prosecutors declined to comment on the significance of the indictment unsealed Tuesday, but the court documents outline an alleged national campaign in which Turner sought to teach followers how they could use fictitious financial instruments to pay their taxes.

In 2009, according to court documents, Turner allegedly traveled the country, from Miami, Baltimore and New York to Seattle and Portland, Ore., conducting tax seminars for followers who paid up to $150 to attend.

Turner was arrested without incident in southern Alabama's Dale County."

18 September - More about the arrest of "President" Tim Turner.

"Federal court records show prosecutors also made a filing asking that Turner be held in custody until trial for a combination of reasons, including calling him a flight risk, for his alleged belief that he’s not subject to federal jurisdiction and because he is allegedly a serious danger to the community.

Records show Turner allegedly conspired with several other people, who were only identified as “B.H.” of Dale County, “T.F. and “K.F.” both of Covington County and “M.E.” of Houston County.

Another reported sovereign citizen, Monty Ervin, 61, of Dothan, received a 10-year prison sentence in federal court earlier this year for a conspiracy to defraud the federal government conviction. Ervin was convicted in a tax fraud scheme that exceeded $1 million.

Records show Turner and several others mailed out a “warrant” in March 2010 to the governor of Alabama ordering him to “resign within three days” of his receipt, and to direct the IRS to stop all investigations against the sovereign people.

Federal records also show the government alleges Turner had made plans to use a passport to flee the country to Malta on a private jet if prosecuted by the federal government.

The filings also said Turner reportedly created a shadow government known as “RuSA,” which has established its own court system and militant wing of so-called “rangers.”

Why do I get the feeling she was told "no" again??

The use of the word "obnoxious" is interesting. It tends to suggest that she actually takes President Obama's position - if not his very existence - as a personal affront and attack.

"I wonder how the higher state courts and the 10th Circuit will ultimately look at this.I am sure they will not be amused. This is not CA, the 10th Circuit is quiet different from the 9th."

And I suspect the 10th will be as unamused as the 9th by Dr. Orly's antics.

19 September - We found out what the big "surprise" that Tribble mobility scooter and Romney surrogate Donald Trump had planned for the RNC.

And yes, it's has lame as one might expect.

"Meanwhile, Trump also criticized Republicans for not airing a video featuring him firing an actor playing President Barack Obama during the GOP’s national convention last month and argued the opposition party isn’t “being tough enough.”

“Today” broadcast excerpts of the video, in which Trump gives an Obama impersonator a performance review before deploying his “You’re fired” catchphrase. The first night of the convention — when the video was scheduled to air — was canceled due to Hurricane Isaac, and the video didn’t air later in the week.

Trump said the video was the RNC’s idea and was made by “top Hollywood people.”

19 September - Yep, the "big news" is that Joel Gilbert supposedly found someone to bankroll his sending out 1.1 million drink coasters to voters in swing states.

Mind you, all the "proof" of this claim is from Joel Glbert (who has already been caught lying on many occasions) and Jerome Corsi (who is a known liar)

That being said, I wonder how many are being sent and who is funding this. Even at 40 or 50 cents each, that's not a small chunk of change. (Wonder if it has anything to do with the "fundraising letter" Corsi sent out in March for things like this)

I will also say that if anyone gets one of these and wants to donate to me, I'll gladly take it off their hands. I've got a curiosity on how bad it really is……

I'm in OH and I'm on the GOP mailing list, so if I or any of my family get one of those crap videos, I'll let you know and try to contact you to get you a copy.

Speaking of copies - *if* these folks are to be believed, the cost of this fools endeavor is huge - don't forget that you have to factor not just the cost of packaging & mass-mailing that type of media, but also the assembly cost to produce & label the DVDs in the first place...(plus the amount of time - which if contracted out, is also a huge assembly labor expense). Let's not forget the cost to purchase the distribution mailing lists in the first place!!

My tally comes to 2.1 million DVDs (they said 1 million for OH + 100 K for NH + another million for 6 swing states). When you factor in all the costs, (even assuming very generous volume discounts), especially in what would need to amount to a time-sensitive "rush" job, I suspect the true "total cost per" is easily over $2 per DVD sent.

So, either they have some really rich insane Birther throwing away mulit-million dollar amounts on this one silly marketing effort, or they are greatly exaggerating / lying their asses off.

Also, thank you for providing all that info and coverage on the Turner Sov/Cit arrest & situation.

I had read a little bit about it yesterday, but I didn't make the connection between Turner and the cRAP masters for some reason, until you reminded me of it.

I also wasn't aware of the other associated arrests. Glad to see these crazy sov-cit paper terrorists and their tax fraud schemes get finally busted and facing real justice!
