As a Washington State taxpayer myself, I rather hope they nail what's left of Jordan's rear to the courtroom wall with sanctions for her load of bovine byproducts.

9 September - The Daily Kos points out that Dr. Orly may be pre-positioning herself for a two-state smack down.
"Back in February, Orly tried to get the Indiana Election Commission to throw Obama off the ballot there. She tried to peddle 300 pieces of junk disguised as evidence, even after being warned that she was under oath and putting herself at risk for perjury. The crowning moment came when she tried to present what she claimed was one of Obama's old tax returns--but it was really a gift tax return. The commission--the chairman of which was Romney's Indiana state chairman--unanimously voted against Orly's motion for a default judgment….
In Mississippi, Orly filed a civil RICO suit against the Obama campaign and the Mississippi Democratic Party. Among other things, Orly claims that two sites set up to debunk the smears are actually part of the fraud. Gee, I didn't know that exercising your right to defend yourself was an act of fraud. More seriously, the Mississippi Democrats responded with a demand for information on who is bankrolling Orly. Seems that if someone else is funding Orly's lawsuits, those parties and Orly could be breaking Mississippi law.

9 September - From the green-screened bridge of the Starship USS Boobyprize Mark Gillar interviews Mike Zullo, Boy Defective, (who is being called "Commander Mike Zullo" and Arpaio's "lead investigator") about his recent Hawaiian vacation.
He didn't go with a Maricopa County - provided deputy for "Security", due to the visit being "secret". (more realistically, due to the Maricopa CCCP not having the money from World Nut Daily to pay for it).
He does mention that the police got called on him when he was "staking out" the assisted care facility that Verna Lee lives in. Seems the staff didn't think his "credentials" from the Maricopa CCCP were valid (he even has a Maricopa CCCP plastic badge, and claims he reports directly to Joe Arpaio, (more likely reports directly to Jerome Corsi). Also upset that Verna Lee didn't want to sully her retirement days with his garbage and told him to talk to the State of Hawaii Department of Health.
He's annoyed that the State of Hawaii Department of Health won't ignore state and federal law and let him or Corsi prowl though their records. More amazingly, he seems to think that his status as a member of the Maricopa CCCP TRUMPS Hawaiian state and federal laws in regards to those records. (It doesn't even trump Arizona state laws on this matter)
And it seems that the Honolulu PD, and most Law Enforcement for the State of Hawaii, has a less than stellar opinion of Mike Zullo, Jerome Corsi, or Joe Apraio and his deputies for that matter.
He also took some time to sniff around the Sunahara family, showing that he's lower than whale dung.
And he's pissed at Speaker of the House John Boehner for supposedly "blocking" birther investigations.
Zullo is claiming no more press conferences (I guess they can't stand the mocking they get from the press), but that, in much the same manner as a poorly-trained puppy, they'll be releasing lies in dribbles and dabs,

10 September - A thanks to reader "Northland10" about this 3 July 2008 article in the Independent Mail or Anderson, South Carolina.
"Wade Timothy Garner of Seneca has been sentenced to 27 months in prison for wire fraud, according to the office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina.
Garner, 48, also was ordered to pay $309,063.74 worth of restitution, according to a news release from the office of U.S. Attorney W. Walter Wilkins. Fourth Circuit Judge William B. Traxler imposed the sentence.
Since early 2006, Garner has taken various amounts of money from individuals in the Upstate saying he had access to certain no-risk, high-return investments, Wilkins said through the release. Several investors who had failed to receive profits on their investments with Garner began demanding return on their principle. Garner was unable to return the money and left the area, according to the release.
The FBI then found Garner living in a motel in Greenville. An FBI employee, posing as a rich investor, phoned Garner and asked about investment opportunities, according to the release. Garner said he had excellent, no-risk investments to make available to the caller, had always made money for his clients and never had lost any of his investors’ money."

10 September - "Reality Check" takes note of Mario Apuzzo's latest loss.
"Last week New Jersey Attorney Mario Apuzzo kept perfect his record of all losses in Birther cases. RC Radio can confirm that the New Jersey Supreme Court has denied his petition for certification for appeal of the denial of his ballot challenge of President Obama’s eligibility in Purpura et al v. Obama. The case was initially denied by Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin. The Secretary of State affirmed the denial and that was later affirmed on appeal by three judge panel in the New Jersey Superior Court. The court analyzed Apuzzo’s claims and said in their decision on May 31st that “We have carefully considered appellants’ arguments and conclude that these arguments are without merit.” The refusal by the Supreme Court to certify the petition for certification is the end of the line for appeals at the state level.
