"It’s the biggest local mystery in years. Who recorded, leaked and uploaded a complete audio recording of a hearing in a Marion County Superior Court? That’s a question that judicial officials are investigating after Praiseindy.com discovered that the complete audio of a hearing held in Marion Superior Court 14 on October 22, 2012 had been posted on You Tube on November 1st.
Speculation is that one of or more of the plaintiffs involved in a case trying to erase President Barack Obama’s name off Indiana’s election ballot may have been responsible for illegally posting the audio on line.
Making public audio recordings of local court proceedings in Indiana violates Indiana judicial rules. Audio recordings of Indiana Supreme, Appellate and Tax Court hearings and trials can be made public, but only with the express approval of those courts. Local court proceedings are not to be made broadcast or posted on line.
Earlier this year a lawsuit was brought by so-called “birthers”; individuals who mistakenly believe that President Barack Obama wasn’t born in the United States and that an elaborate conspiracy and fraud has occurred."

The Conservative Majority Fund, a conservative group known primarily for its birther conspiracy spreading, has launched a robocall campaign to gin up support for the president's impeachment.

15 November - And another death threat.
"A Florida man was arrested this November after posting threatening messages about President Barack Obama on Facebook. When Secret Service agents came to question 28-year-old Christopher Castillo about his violent comments, The Smoking Gun reports that the situation quickly deteriorated.
On Nov. 1, Castillo wrote the following on Facebook, apparently in response to Obama's views on health care:
That’s the last straw, if he gets re-elected I’m going to hunt him down and kill him watch the life disappear from his eyes.
Threatening the U.S. president's life is never taken lightly. After a tip-off from a concerned citizen, Secret Service agents arrived at Castillo's Melbourne home on Nov. 8 to investigate his intentions behind the Facebook post.
According to the felony complaint report filed by the Secret Service, an agent asked Castillo what his actions would be "if the President was standing here right now?" The angry man didn't hold back his opinions, replying he would “bitch slap him, and beat the shit out of him.” He also stated he would scream and call Obama a terrorist."
15 November - The appeal of the Mario Apuzzo-written Vermont Birther Ballot Jihad case gets the boot.
"Judge Robert Bent, in a seven-page decision filed Wednesday at Vermont Superior Court in Montpelier, ruled that the case brought by H. Brooke Paige of the town of Washington was improperly filed in state court instead of federal court, but lacked merit anyway.
“Mr. Paige’s lawsuit, interesting as it is for its extensive historical analysis, has no viability because he has no standing and the court has no jurisdiction,” Bent wrote. “It is dismissed in its entirety.”
Paige sought to have Obama’s name removed from the 2012 Vermont election ballot because he was not a natural-born citizen as required of presidential candidates in the U.S. Constitution.
Paige contended historical papers from the time the Constitution was written defined a natural-born citizen as someone who was born of parents who were American citizens. Obama’s father, now deceased, was a citizen of Kenya.
Bent cited a 2009 decision by an Indiana court that addressed a similar claim and concluded the natural-born-citizen challenge to Obama’s claim on the presidency lacked merit."

Specifically, it states: “We The People request the Obama administration to require Barack H. Obama to authorize the public examination of his birth certificate records together his college and university records. We have all seen the document produced by The White House which has been declared suspect by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, but The People request that Barack Obama authorize the State of Hawaii to release all related information concerning his birth in the State. We also request that Barack Obama authorize Occidental College and Harvard University release all records they hold in connection with The President. Said petition currently has a whopping 3,460 signatures.

16 November - You can count Al Hendershot (formerly of the failed Alabama Birther Ballot Jihad case) as part of the sore loser brigade. As George Miller reports:
