President Obama to be found Unconstitutional (eventally)

It's 11:30pm here on the West Coast. And Gov. Mitt Romney has conceded. President Barack Obama has won a second term in office, and given his victory speech.

The birthers should be pleased.

Rather than go into the dustbin of political history, they get to spew their lies for another four years.

However, it can now be said that President Obama WILL eventually be found unconstitutional.

You see, the Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution says:

"Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term."

So the birtherstani can rest easy, knowing at 12:01pm on 20 January 2017, Barack Hussein Obama II will officially be considered to be ineligible to hold the office of President of the United States.

They only have wait a few more years….

(And on a personal note, I've waited four years to write this post. Forward though the next four years…….)
