In today's dispatches, Sibley is told "no, you can't have appeal, not yours". Gordon Epperly dons his insulated klan robes and makes another appearance. Walter Fitzpatrick is grumpy that not that many people seem to be taking his latest treason -gram seriously.

Howse v Everyone+dog is booted to the curb. Birther Report shows their usual badly-civilized selves at Dr. Orly's latest. Andrew Hidges makes another appearance in World Nut Daily-linked sites. Dr. Orly's latest lawsuit gets press coverage, while the judge in Mississippi wonders if there's any rules that Dr. Orly can follow.

Noonan v Bowen is told no by the Supreme Court, and has been appealed. Mike Zullo's latest masterpiece is dissected. Sharon Meroni appears in legal paperwork. The American Stinker wants the House of Representatives to go even more bat-guano crazy than before. Dr. Orly shows how bad an American Patriot she really is.

In today's dispatches, a pre-election video from the Article II Super Deluxe Jumbo PAC. Lame Cherry shows their increasing amount of issues. (and screaming racism. Joseph Farah seeks God's judgement on America. Walter Fitzpatrick continues to harass real Grand Juries.

Sharon Meroni makes a pest of herself. Dr. Orly loses another one. George Miller provides helpful birther hints (which seem to involve being a threatening fruit loop), and a helpful document (written by a delusional fruit loop). Rudy Davis' cat tries to shut him up, but to no avail

World Nut Daily indulges in their silly "ThoughtPrint Decoding" weirdness again, while the Human Face Rash is upset that people are using World Nut Daily's comments section to challenge their lies. Dr. Orly submits her Supplimental brief for Mississippi, and it's full of syrupy goodness. And Ulsterman comes up with brand new voices inside his head.

Dispatches From Birtherstan - 6-7 November 2012

In today's dispatches, the birtherstani go into election day pull of pep and vim and vigor, certain that their "any day now" has finally arrives, and that Mitt Romney all arrive on his white horse and save them all from the horrors of having that scary black guy as President again.

As we well know, the birthers are quite used to disappointment by now.

Dr. Orly's Kansas Birther Ballot Jihad case is dismissed. Sharon Meroni wants to kick the votes of senior citizens to the curb. A flight of birther fantasy. Walter Fitzpatrick is trying to get the birtherstani to pay attention to him. PUMA Pac gets their kitty treats out and sits down to a delightful night of watching that uppity man who defeated Dear Hillary and Saint Sarah Moosekiller get his just reward.

Meanwhile, in the Reality-Based community, the United States re-elects Barack Obama for a second term as president.

This goes has well as can be expected among the birtherstani. The pimple on the undead ferret's butt screams bloody murder. Dr. Orly tries to rally the birtherstani faithful before clutching her pearls and weeping over the horror of it all. Joseph Farah needs a little cheese with his whine. George Miller is looking forward to the destruction of the United States and the upcoming revolution, as do the inmates at Birther Report.

A couple of Dr. Orly's plaintiffs need to find a new line of work. Dr. Kate has a meltdown, the floaters in her septic tank are in shock. And Ulsterman hears from his breakfast cereal about the election.

Dispatches From Birtherstan - 19-20 June 2012

In today's dispatches, Lord Monckton seems to be becoming the latest Great White Hope among the birtherstani. Much like a bad case of the clap, Dr. Orly continues to spread Joe Arpaio's affidavit around.

Arizona SoS (and Romney campaign co-chair for that state) Ken Bennett goes to an entirely new (or at least it was in 2008) birther conspiracy theory. So far the birtherstani are treating him much like any other heretic. Swiftboat liar Jerome Corsi finds a new half-assed conspiracy to write about. The Tennessee Democratic party asks the court "can we has sanctions again Van Irion now please?"

Birther buddy Schaeffer Cox finds out where he's looking to spend the next couple of decades at. Talk show host Stephanie Miller takes a shot at Dr. Orly, and Dr. Orly's ego causes her to bite hard on the lure. The Western Center for "Journalism" completes the World Nut Daily inbreeding of Larry Klayman's Florida Birther Ballot Jihad. And the Maricopa CCCP seems to be taxpayer funded after all.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 27 January 2012

In today's dispatches, The Pest and eFail has washed up at the conspiracy site "Gulag Bound", where they give their uniquely dishonest spin to the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing.

By this point the majority of birtherstan is firmly convinced that the judge in the Georgia Birther Ballot Jihad hearing gave them everything they wanted (and a pony) before the hearing, but the birtherstani attorneys just decided to go ahead with the hearing and their nonexistent "merits". However, we already have one ruling from the Judge that tells Dr. Orly she doesn't get one thing she wanted or a pony.

Some news video, along with a few YouTube hostings of the hearing footage, courtesy of Joseph Farah's buddy and comrade in arms Floyd Brown. Which meshes with the articles World Nut Daily managed to excrete without actually having had a reporter at the hearing.

Dr. Orly is in Media Whore Heaven. Sharon Meroni realizes she doesn't have what she needs to challenge Obama in Illinois after all. And the police officer in Arizona who thought it would be fun to post a picture of teens with rifles and a shot up Obama shirt tells the Secret Service "was that wrong? should I not have done that??"

In today's dispatches, we have an assortment of motions in the Alabama Birther Ballot Jihads, and a couple "nope!" from the courts in reply. The State of Hawaii tells Dr. Orly "nope", not once, but twice, while that state's attorney general's office goes "we can has sanctions now yes please??

Both Thomas MacLeran and James Manning seem to be hitting the NyQuil and Peyote smoothies again. And Sharon Meroni - surprise! - challenges Obama on her state's ballot.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 27-29 August 2011

In today's dispatches, Dr. Orly feels the need to repost a James Manning video, while the people in Manning's neighborhood may be fed up with him. The Terry Lakin Action Fund has an extra special padawan on their show.

The very idea of Marco Rubio being nominated as President or Vice-President has the white hoods of the de Vattelists in a knot. Lawrence Sellin dislikes the media he once worked for (I guess he's upset he can't get work in it anymore. The secret cRAP Masters get exposed by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

Dr. Orly shows herself to be an unthinking hate-filled automation without the slightest speck of human compassion (yes, I know, what else is new). Dean Haskins decides to pretend to offer (pinky to mouth) ten THOUSAND dollars. (He's not going to pay anyway, so why not shoot for a million???)

Dr. Orly is upset that the State of Hawaii Department of Health is actually CHALLENGING her. And more whiney Pest and eFail letters.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - 4 May 2011

In today's dispatches, "Ulsterman" disappoints the birthers by backpeddling a bit, now claiming it was only a "temporary" military coup. The birtherstani continue to show their ability to drive away family and friends.

The GOP continues to try and get the stink of birther off of them, but with 30% of Republicans polled continuing to insist Obama wasn't born in the US, it's going to be hard road to travel.

Gary Kreep brought Philip Berg along to the Appeals Court, while we now have courtroom audio and video of Kreep and Dr. Orly's performance in the courtroom. And even some birthers have their doubts about Dr. Orly. Donald Trump's likelihood of people voting for him is dropping like a rock.

Dr. Orly tries to do damage control on her court appearance, while demanding the State of Hawaii let HER personal hands and eyes examine Obama's long-form birth certificate. And many birthers are still stomping their little feet and demanding a REAL military coup.

3 May - And more fiction from "Ulsterman".

"I have been told by more than one source that Leon Panetta was directing the operation with both his own CIA operatives, as well as direct contacts with military – both entities were reporting to Panetta only at this point, and not the President of the United States. "

Those sources being "Rice Krispies", "Fruit Loops", with military information from "Cap'n Crunch", right??

"The president was then placed in the situation room where several of the players in this event had already been watching the operation unfold. Another interesting tidbit regarding this is that the Vice President was already “up to speed” on the operation. A source indicated they believe Hillary Clinton had personally made certain the Vice President was made aware of that day’s events before the president was."

Riiiiggghhhhttt......

You know, this touches on a constant with the birthers. Anytime Obama is seen doing ANYTHING Presidential, they have to try and explain it away. While we know their brains can't handle reality, it's a rather spectacular type of delusion they subject themselves to.

"In my initial communication to you of these events I described what unfolded as a temporary Coup initiated by high ranking intelligence and military officials. I stand by that term."

The birthers are going to be disappointed it was only a "temporary" coup.

Seriously though, I think "Ulsterman" realized he overstepped things when he said there was a de facto military coup against Obama. Witness the joyful reaction of seditionists like Sharon Rondeau and Walter Fitzpatrick. He knows that when it finally dawns on people like those two that Obama is still President and there HASN'T been a coup of any type, that even the gullible birthers might reject what he's saying. By saying it was a "temporary coup", he's doing a "cover your ass" maneuver to try and keep the gullible believing his claims.

And coming out of Veteran's day weekend, today's dispatches has Dr. Orly on a list of challengers. More about Fitzpatrick running his mouth in the courtroom. We peek in on Lame Cherry and find they're just as bigoted and hate-filled as before. The birthers attempt to spin the Congressional Research Service report - with results as predictable as they are laughable. Chris Strunk shows a level of legal skill that usually would be treated with Imodium AD. Gary Kreep and Floyd Brown are having adventures in Alaska. More about anti-Semite Andy Martin's Hawaiian Vacation. Sharon Rondeau continues to waste money on Fitzpatrick's phone calls. Conspiracy goodness from "Conservative Monster". And someone goes down a particularly ugly and vile road to harass Berg's paralegal.

Dispatches from Birtherstan - for 22-25 October 2010

Up until about 11am PST, I would have said Berg's failrally in Washington DC was the big Birtherstani news.

Not anymore. Walter Fitzpatrick posted a ranting article at the Pest and eFail decrying the court system and claiming everyone involved is against him. Furthermore, he's stated publicly he will resist arrest. And then news came out of Monroe County that Stephen Pidgeon is attempting to withdraw from Fitzpatrick's case and Fitzpatrick now has a warrant for his arrest due to failure to appear for a court date.

This has BAD written all over it. Fitzpatrick is unstable, has a history of increasing violence, and now feels that the entire Tennessee court and law enforcement community is against him. This is a recipe for disaster - and I hope they find Fitzpatrick before he hurts anyone - or himself.

Other than that, we have a luv note for Dr. Orly. More claims that Hillary Clinton is going to run in 2012. Ron Polland has his next steaming pile o' conspiracy poo. Dr. Kate is quoting Lyndon LaRouche profusely. Berg flogs his birtherpoluza, was late for it, the dog ate his homework, and he had an anti-Semitic band playing for the tens of people there. Not to mention giving the mike to another 9/11 truther and Lyndon LaRouche fanboy. The Pest and eFail whines Hawaii won't give them the answers they want, wants to harass the Army's Provost Marshall General, and is now a co-sponsor of Andy Martin's next Hawaiian vacation. GOP dirty trickster Floyd Brown talks to Gary Kreep. World Nut Daily, Democratic Underground, and AIPnews all have pictures of Berg's rally, which seems to be missing a key ingredient. The appeals court rules in Keyes/Barnett v Bowen - and it's another "no" for the birtherstani. And CEL3 resurfaces in Birtherstan, and it's a doozy.
